The WORST Doubletree I have ever stayed at. Dirty....
The WORST Doubletree I have ever stayed at. Dirty. Run down. Bad service. Suspect security. Indifferent staff. Never again.

Double tree is very close to the max transportation and it's convenient to reach downtown!! Walkable to moda center.
Nice hotel in Portland. Very well connected with public transport. The room was nice but it was a little bit loud inside. The bar in the hotel is worth to be visited. The people working in the hotel are very polite and helpful.
Went to the DoubleTree for a work conference. Staff was friendly, and the location is nice (same block as the MAX.) I really liked the Oregon nachos for happy hour at the bar. Not a bad experience.
The room was great and there were lots of great food places
Here for the 4th time for Valentango. Always love the venue and the space. The food at the bar is very good, slightly spendy. The mall is right next door. Plenty of food nearby. The rooms are quite comfortable too.
Good hotel in a pretty good location. It's not down town but really close. Rooms are huge. This was my second time staying there. Will stay again
Great Customer service. Warm chocolate chip walnut cookies T check in. The rooms A/C was fantastic. The restaurant food was amazing
Decent room, everything was good but there is nothing special either. Good place to stay.
Just came for a meeting. Everything was well done, the meeting acoustics food service and staff.
Thank you.

Very nice hotel. Very spacious for events. Staff was nice.
Nice surroundings, paid parking space available in front of the hotel, spacious entrance, spacious loading and unloading area, close to shopping malls, markets, well maintained inside and outside the building, great park near the hotel to enjoy
close to the convention center and lloyd center mall. tons if food in walking distance. rooms are pretty big and the bathroom with double door access is always nice. have to request a microwave and refrigerator which can't be guaranteed.
Clean quiet rooms, superb service by all staff personnel, nice lobby and bar/restaurant
Best cookies EVER!! Great location, right across from lloyd center and the park witch makes it great for the end of the STP. The swimming pool is outside. There is endless options for breakfast.
Had to request bath to be cleaned and towels wash clothes??!
The service at the Hilton is very good and they give you a cookie when you start sure the only problem I had was that the wifi is very slow.
Went to the Portland Holiday Geek Fair. Air Conditioning in the building was on full blast and everyone was freezing, but otherwise a good event with no other hiccups.
I have been a loyal Hilton customer for years, and of the Hilton Hotels DoubleTree is my favorite. I have stay at many different Doubletree locations and maybe my standards are too high. In fairness to this location it is the only hotel I have stayed with in Portland so I can not say how it fairs to others in the area, my 1 star rating is in relation to other Doubletree locations.
First, the overnight parking fee is the highest of any DT I have stayed with.
Second, the room felt smaller then any other DT location, and the bathroom felt very cheap and a little dirty (shower head).
Third, my room was directly across from the elevator and a service door. I have never had a room right across from the elevator before so this might be the case for all such rooms but I was woken repeatedly by banging from the elevator, service door, or both.
Last, and this may seem like nothing but is one of those cute little things I like about DT so I have to say that I was very disappointed that they didn't have warm cookies for guests checking in.
Overall it wasn't horrible as rooms go in general but if you are used to Doubletree standards you may be very disappointed...
Gorgeous views and accommodating staff, however no mini-fridge of any sort in the room.
I didn't personally love it but my clients I liked it a lot
Can't sleep, windows make so much noise that it will wake you up.
Beautiful space for large events, and accommodating staff.
I attended the DoubleTree Hotel for a professional meeting. Parking was easily accessible and the hotel provided great food.
The people who work here are amazing! I would definitely come back and suggest this place to everyone!
One of the best values in town -- period. Really close to the light rail stop and the convention center.
I have met friends here for drinks a few times. The lobby and restaurant area always look very well kept and service is consistently good. Make sure to get your hands on their cookies! So good!
This place has endless rooms that all can support something great and events that are just magical, to the DoubleTree Hotel, thank you for hosting such amazing experiences.
Clean, good location, fantastic service. Could not ask for more.
The meting rooms are large, spacious, well lit and provide well maintained resources such as screens for projectors. My only complaint was; when reading the map to find my room, it was very difficult to read the names of the smaller rooms. It took me a few moments to discover which room I was meant to be in, due to being unable to make out what room names the smaller rooms had.
I love this hotel. Always treat me well and give me upgrades. perfect location in Portland!
HHonours members receive complimentary breakfast buffet, otherwise buffet cost ranges from $14 to $18 or a la carte items available. Nightly parking fees are $25 a night.
Events in the parking garage structure are always weird. Nice that the space exists, but it's a bit awkward, and feels cheap.
Great hotel and only a twenty or so min ride from the Airport via light rail. The cost is $2.50 each way so it's a killer deal
A very nice hotel with good food. Its a super fancy place. Only downside is that there's bad cell service in the building.
Big spacious rooms, clean beds, loved the balcony view.
Attended work meeting in the ballroom. Very nice location. The food was good and the staff were all very professional.
Great place to stay. Comfortable bed and room. Only thing I was surprised about is no exhaust fan in bathroom.
Pros: Good service. Close to event we are going to and many places to eat. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Cons: TVs are out of date and no fridge.
Have attended multiple professional and hobbyist functions at this location. Always a great setup and quality staff.
Stayed here 3 nights and the room was very clean and comfortable. The prices are great considering the area it's in. I absolutely loved the location of this hotel because everything was withing walking distance or a short train ride.
Attended a merchant expo, and the space/accommodations were exactly as they should be!
I went there for a company party. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the parking - they wanted to charge $20 to park, but then when we left the lift gate was up and we didn't have to pay... I guess? Kinda confusing.
My room is really small but the hotel was nice and stuff was friendly
Great except for the homeless guy practicing nun chucks out front and the amount of homeless across the street. But I learned that's all of Portland.
The staff are very professional and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Attended a conference at the DoubleTree and everything was managed very well. All the staff I interacted with was very helpful and professional.
Their nuts and chocolate chips cookies are awesome!!
Only went for a sale in their expo center, had a good time, though.
We had a rather large business function at the DoubleTree and the staff was amazing. They were very accommodating with any requests we had and were right on top of everything.
A little warn. Restaurant is a bit bland. Rooms need some maintenance
Small rooms and no amenities. Staff is unhelpful and parking is not free
Attended the Northwest Food and Wine Festival at the Doubletree. Venue was not large enough to accommodate the amount of people attending the event.
Left items in my room cleaning crew say they didnt find nothin car got broken into on side of the building ...beside room was great front desk staff was good
Very convenient location, friendly staff, and huge convention room
Good location, great views, friendly staff. Almost a 5 Star, but they missed my extra pillow request on their Hilton Honors app via Android. I received a confirmation of the request via gmail, but the staff must have missed it. But overall a good experience so far.
Staff efficient and polite but those new 'pillows' are nightmares & parking was expensive for PDX
Was given a warm cookie on arrival and pretty much any extra toiletries I need. Complimentary wifi is a little slow, but checking in online to get my key was fast
Just wish there was a spa and 24 hour food service. The staff here is wonderful. The park across the street has family activities all summer. Lots of parking and easy access to rains and shopping.
Service from staff was great. However the hotel is dated, rooms very small, and walls paper thin. My room is one room away from the elevator and kept up at night from the sound of the elevator moving up and down. I have stayed in rooms before next to the elevator but never where you can hear it roll up and down like dump truck. The room service food was average. Definitely need improvements to modernize the facility if i were to return again.
The good: comfortable bed, the room was dark with the lights off, and the hotel was quiet. Made for a good night's sleep. The bad: the room was very small, no tub in the bathroom, the bed was small (it would be awkward for two people), and it took about five minutes to get hot water in the shower.
The staff are very polite and accommodating. Amazing staff made it a memorable and smooth stay.
