There wasn't anyone to take your language the staff was friendly they couldn't do a laundry for you they didn't have a fridge on the room wouldn't recommend at all

The hotel itself was fine, but the menu was mostly wrong or out of the items, also for breakfast it was very unorganized, half the food was missing and there was not enough glasses or mugs for anyone to be able to have a drink

The room was very modern, clean and tidy and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Air conditioning wasn't working in my room though and it was very very hot

The hotel is located near the centre of Woking with plenty to offer nearby. The rooms were nice and cosy, however did not have a great view. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the whole stay.

Pleasant enough place, room was nice and clean, good shower and comfortable bed. We had the king deluxe so we got a hairdryer, coffee pod machine, iron and ironing board. There was an armchair and table plus a chair at the desk. We also had some complimentary snacks and little cakes which was a nice touch.

Check in and check out weren't that speedy, seemed to be all about giving everyone a free cookie, which coincidentally is the 1st question on their post stay survey. The cookie has nuts so allergics, be warned.



Bar was alright, not a huge range of draught stuff but it was fine for a night.

We ate food as part of a party and it was pretty good, also had a buffet on the evening which was good.

We didn't go to the town but it seems to be fairly close to the hotel. We went to a bar round the corner, only 5 mins walk so quite handy after the hotel bar shut at 12 midnight.

I'd stay there again and probably will as we have friends close by.

Very nice indeed. Staff in reception were very helpful. Really easy check in and lovely complimentary cookies. Room was very clean and spacious. Only dropped a star due to the tv not working on all channels. Kept boxing out. Great night sleep.

It's lovely here. Friendly welcome complimentary water, cookie and tea, coffee and herbal teas. Excellent room service and delicious food!

Generally good conference facilities, tea and coffee jugs need better labelling.

So so disappointed with how we have been treated, booking got cancelled due to covid which is no ones fault but 6 months later I'm still waiting for my refund, constantly keep getting told accounts team are still being furloughed !! Buy yet they happy to now take bookings and take your money. But cant give it back . I will never book with them again .... the fight goes on as we speak , financial ombudsman here we come

This Hotel is best place to stay as well room infrastructure and facilities are far better in terms of pricing...!!!

Good modern hotel. Nice layout and good meeting rooms. Some staff a little disinterested, but overall ok. Food ok. Parking good but expensive.

I have been attending my works christmas party here the last 4 years, we have been having our party here for many years before and the venue and staff are so lovely and polite to us all and patient which is great especially once the drinks go down. I the only reason for 3 stars is the food, in my own opinion the food is not that great here and I struggle every year. This year the starter was ok, best I have had out of the 4 years but the salmon main course was really fishy flavoured and I thought there was far to much sauce chucked over the top my whole plate was basically swimming in it. Room is a lovely big size and although pricey it is good that there is a bar inside for us to us. Was a great nice just left starving :)

So nice inside beds where basic but I guess that's what i get should have upgraded. Although it was basic my room was expensive

Good location, well furnished rooms and good service from the staff. Only thing I would aaka is for decaffeinated coffee to be available at breakfast!

hotel itself is OK. bed is comfortable and clean. same with the toilet. nice and clean. parking is too expensive. the drinks at the bar are way too expensive.

By education I have a soft for the hospitality industry (studied hotel management), and with an international career I have spent hundreds of nights in hotels. Combine this with a fairly gently nature and positiveness, I always look for the good in people and their efforts. I ve written many reviews, but this is my first 1 star rating in years.
This hotel is poor in so many ways. After my last visit, I told myself, do not go back. Yet I am someone of second chances....
And I regret it.
Two days in a row a shower with cold water. After first notification(i am not a person who complaints yet gives feedback to improve). Problem still not solved. After second mentioning, asked for a different room. (No apologies by hotel whatsoever). Staff in the restaurant who just do not know how to deal with business travelers.
Telephone in restaurant rings so loud, you think you are at a construction yard.
Noise isolation of rooms, below many standards. Heard two neighbours snoring.
Real poor hotel. Feel sorry for many.
Feel sorry for some of the kind staff.
But I m done. No more. Bye.

Had a lovely stay the room was amazing so nice even had USB port for charging which was great as I had forgot my plug, the breakfast in the morning was amazing so much to choose from both my kids who r funny eaters were able to find just they liked an it was all to the highest quality will definitely go back again lovely stay an got complementary cookies for all an colouring stuff for the kids. Just a great stay all round thanks u.

Good Hilton standard. Next to main road but room was very quiet. Breakfast was good self-serve.

The room was too hot and the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. The restaurant staff were charming but ineffective. But after being allocated the incorrect sort of room when we finally got in the room the bathroom and beds were great. Underground parking was included in the price which was excellent.

A few weeks ago I met with colleagues from work at the Wilton for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the sevice we recieved during our meal, specially from Mariana, whom looked after us during our time there. She really made a fantastic effort to make sure everything was as expected or better with a very professional and friendly approach. We felt so well looked after that we schedule another breakfast meeting as a result of the great service and we were fortunately enough to get the same quality of service once again. Well done Hilton for looking after your guests with some very welcoming and professional staff.

Room was very nice but there was no hot water when we went to have a shower in the morning. We reported it but in our opinion it was not handled very well and was not resolved to our satisfaction and we ended up leaving without a shower, which was not good as we had a long drive to do. On checkout we mentioned it again but still nothing was offered in the way of compensation. Will think twice before booking this hotel again

Really good staff in here - they can't do enough for you. Really looked after my nana and grandad brilliantly

This hotel is amazing, amazing breakfast and dinner handed by the most loving and caring waiters. Also the hotel rooms are amazing and the beds are so comfy, I had a better night sleep there then I do at my own house.

The worst service I have ever seen, with the pandemic they have that hotel with many people who do not meet the distance rules, food for a thousand people 4 workers to serve the tables, breakfast impossible to enter the restaurant, bad bad bad.

Very good hotel went to conference held their for mental health by Unite the union. Tea coffee and nibbles very good lunch was good as well quality service all round .

Good value, central location ideal for getting around locally and the train into central London, good quality hotel with very friendly staff

Comfortable rooms. Beds are a little hard for me, but then I do like a super soft mattress. Most people would find the medium firm mattresses they have perfect. Much cheaper at weekends than during the week as mainly people staying for business. Friendly staff. Good room service. Great cookies!

Located next to the city center, 3 minutes walking distance, garage, well equipped room. Free Wi-Fi. No minibar. Complemantary bottles of water. Noisy window. 30 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport. 26 minutes by train station Woking to Waterloo Station London. Very friendly receptionist, thank you for the oranges .

3 more points to add after my stay:
-window in the room cannot be opened, no fresh air.
- Coffee offered at breakfast is miserable
- emergency exit staircase with wood and carpet is very dangerous in case of fire, door on ground floor has to be unlocked by pushing a button to get out?

Lovely room, great food, most staff very helpful and friendly, fab outside area, lots of shopping, cafes etc but the parking is daylight robbery. This is the only reason why we won't be back.

Renovated since last visit in 2009. Nice, cozy and familiar. Rather poor attraction in near town of Woking. Good for business purpose.

Overpriced for very basic and pokey rooms with hideous outdated decor. Air conditioning does not work. The positives are the cookie on arrival, convenient central location and the friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

Best location to stay in the city center everything is close from shops to train station. Nice clean rooms nothing too fancy but functional more like a business hotel for short stay. Also full on weekends with families assuming because of Legoland.

Mattress was awful, room was missing lots (had to ring reception 3 times on 1st night), kettle didn't work, shower was broken, reception staff couldn't answer several simple questions (does the restaurant have a kids menu?.... "it depends") Restaurant staff excellent, good location and great cookies

We accept it was a promotional price that included Legoland entry..we accept staff are coping under covid restrictions . Easy parking. Spotless room. Warm chocolate chip ,"welcome" cookie. Staff polite

Food was the issue.
more than disappointing breaded fish looked like supermarket value option: pale white chips. Masala had 4 bite sized pieces of chicken.. nachos a joke....looked as though they had simply emptied pack of tortilla chips into the bowl, stuck it under a hot grill..*2 issues...1) you could lift the cheese off like a layer of paper and 2) the staff carried the bowl on a plate so we didn't realise the bowl itself was so hot it could burn fingers.
At breakfast...given that there is a family promotion running...there were only 2 cereals ..cocopops or weetabix.
Yes...this was a budget experience but no excuse for poor food.
And it wouldn't take much to get the food sorted

I was sold an expired drink on sunday at the bar, albeit inadvertently as the barlady was really nice

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in during the Covid pandemic and probably one of the worst prior to Covid. Given the wrong room on check in, staff barely pick up the phone after multiple calls down to reception. And the air con in the room randomly switches to high heat mid way through the night. All in all would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Attended a meeting in one of the function rooms. The resources and refreshments were on point.

Just went in for a coffee. Attentive staff. Comfy bar area. Very relaxed atmosphere.

I got terrible bed bugs in this hotel. The hotel's reaction was also terrible.
Even they charged laundry fee which they had given to me free of charge. It took long time to get refund after lots of argument with reception.
I met general manager and he confirmed to compensate enough for family. That was what he suggested. However, after his going back, he just told me only very small point like 20,000 was possible. Felt betrayed by him. Too disappointed for the hotel.
I rejected his suggestion. Hilton with bed bugs!!!

Great place to stay, gorgeous + clean rooms, and (if you're a Formula 1 fan) there's a McLaren F1 car in the lobby, just to the left of the entrance doors (because McLaren is based in Woking).

I've stayed at this hotel twice, and both times booked a Twin Room for my mate and I - and not been disappointed.

The free, warm cookie at check-in is also a treat, and despite being next to a road on one side, there's not much road noise, and because the hotel is set just outside the town centre, you also don't get any noise from the bars and clubs in town.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful.The service is 5/5,the breakfast was delicious and you can eat as much as you want.The staff are helpful and friendly my stay was very enjoyable and i will certainly come again.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Visited for a two day induction and stayed over night. I was booked a Deluxe guest room which had recently been refurbished. The room itself was great, finished to a good standard with excellent amenities.

Friendly staff who offered a good level of customer service. I would stay here again.

I didn't do much in the room, but it's clean, average sized room, a bit pricy, but good location.

The room was lovely, comfy bed and very clean. Food in the bar was also lovely shame the waitress was so rude when she brought me the wrong food and we questioned it. Breakfast was by far the best I've had in any hotel. Will return again!

Went to pay deposit for a Christmas party. Very professional service and got to see the room which was nice. Very friendly staff and made to feel like a guest which is unlike other hotels.

By far the best hotel staff I have ever come across. The service is superb. The ambience is very pleasant. The hotel is clean, modern and welcoming. The room was big, clean, and ideal for my stay. The area is cool. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. There are car parks around in addition to the car park of the hotel itself. The food was a great verity, fresh and delicious. It is one of the places that you ask yourself when would be the next time to go back to as you are leaving. I recommend it to everyone that wants to spend a holiday in a stylish place away from the craziness of London but not too far.

Usual Holton but incredibly disappointing food sad!

The hotel is very well presented. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff here are excellent and extremely helpful. The hotel has a free cookie upon check-in policy which is a bonus as they are delicious! I will definitely be using this hotel again and recommend it to all.

Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. They couldn't do enough to help and made our stay as comfortable as possible. And the breakfast was amazing! So much choice!

Great customer service, lovely staff and good parking facilities. Parking is not free though but I guess if it was you wouldn t get any parking. Would definitely recommend.
