It took them 5 weeks and 5 phone calls to update the adress of my invoice. Terrible service overall, they say yes to everything but nothing really happens. Interior is rather old fashioned. Expensive room rates.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Honest review. I have never reviewed anything. This hotel is revolting.
My first encounter was walking from the car park to the staircase to the reception and seeing black bin bags with hundreds of flies hovering them.
The bags were revolting and it smelt like there was a dead body in them. They had been there for weeks.
As you come into the car park there is rubbish everywhere and furniture from the 90s era which was appalling.
We met a gentleman as we were leaving (we didn t stay and we were then treated badly as there was no consideration for how this whole experience made us feel), he told us that his room was even worse.
Himself, his wife and two children checked in that evening, to be greeted with used plates outside their door, both sides.
Inside their room was hair and dirt in the bath, a used cup with water in it and split around it beside the sink.
I ve stayed in hotels since everything that s happened with covid and now there is regulations you have to have a sticker outside after it s been cleaned. Not one, had that sticker.
Over the years I ve stayed in hotels, a lot of Hilton hotels in particular and this is the worst hotel I ve ever stayed in .
It is a tip. It should be shut down. I felt dirty just standing inside of it.
Over 10 years of booking hotels/accommodation with friends, family and myself all over the world and with all different ratings, this is genuinely the worst I ve ever stayed in.
Just back from a couple of nights at this hotel. We booked it as a package to visit legoland through legoland holidays. The hotel staff were lovely from beginning to end, the service was impeccable, very polite and attentive. On the second night after a long day exploring we decided to eat in the hotel and went for the al la carte menu, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food - superb, and we have travelled a lot and eaten in a lot of top notch restaurants! The hotel also has a small play area which was a god send for our little one but also kept the older two 9 & 11 entertained! The only downside to the stay was the fact that it took up to 40 mins to get to legoland - which we were not advised by legoland holidays at the time of booking. Other than that - hotel, staff, food and accommodation GREAT!!
Hotel all round was fantastic. Rooms spacious, clean and cosy. The staff as friendly and helpful and the food in the Wocca Grill was divine. Alex the best waiter at the hotel and breakfast also a must if your staying a few nights. Will be back here again for sure.
Nicely decorated and clean rooms close to the Woking center and train station. Excellent breakfast and always a friendly staff. My only complaint is that the hotel seems to be used as a training facility for new staff, which leads to recurring issues during check in and check out.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they didn't make you pay for parking if you actually spending money there - most hotels dont charge for this.
From start to finish was a joy, we had a package with Chessington World Of Adventures, so our stay was here for a night. Check-in was easy, got given the cookies. Clean room, etc. Comfy beds, breakfast was great, on check-out we wanted to purchase a tin of cookies which we read in the Information book that we could but the lady who served us was little confused but gave us a handful for our journey without hesitation.
Expected Better Customer Service For Such A Popular Hotel Chain. AC Didnt Work So Told Receptionist The Next Morning However Never Got A Reply Or it Resolved So Had No Choice But To Sweat It Out At Night The Next Day!!!
This hotel is very clean and tidy, the beds are very comfortable, you'll have a good night's sleep.
Breakfast in the morning was very good.... Impressed in all aspects of hospitality and the variety of food on offer. Will definitely use this hotel again
Hilton was in a great location in the city, rooms were large and very comfortable. Rooms had cold air conditioning. Hotel also had a gym. Only negative is the hotel does not have a pool.
Stayed at this hotel multiple times for work. Good hotel, really friendly staff who good service all around. Rooms are clean however the AC in the rooms is a huge letdown. Leaves the room uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep. Only alternative is to have a loud external unit plugged in which requires the window open which exposes the room to the noisy traffic outside.
Check in was straightforward however the lady at the desk couldn't confirm if the restaurant was open. When I tried calling room service the first time (about 3.30pm) the phone rang with no answer after 15 rings. Returned to hotel about midnight and found children's cot was provided however a mattress and blanket were not. Called room service for a mattress and was told there wasn't one and offered a duvet to fold up instead. Needless to say our child had a restless sleep.
Room (and bathroom) was comfortable and clean but cannot say that it was anything special. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Stayed over during our visit to Lego land top place very modern and clean, close to the town center, and the all you can eat breakfast was fantastic value, only negative was the parking bit confusing and tight
Small rooms. A. Lot of very rough common people stay here. Travelling folk staying when we were there and loud lager drinkers in bar. Would not stay here ever again. Should have gone to stay at Brooklands hotel again.
I am going to say the best that the hilton has in a word, MARIANA. simply the best attention, I see how people literally wait to be attended only by her, good for hilton!
Check in was great, but communication was aweful, table booked for evening meal after reading the menu in our room, menu given was completely different to what was in our room only 3 items suitable for a child and no record of our table being booked. This was corrected by the lady seating customers and food sorted by duty manager, who were most helpful. I appreciate they are working on limitations due to covid but communication doesnt take much. Felt quite let down as this hotel boasts in pride by its name and company.
I went to the Doubletree Hilton for a charity quiz. The recrption area if the hotel is nicely decOfsted and the restaurant looked good too. Our event was in a function room which was attractive. We had a hot Buffett and considering the catering was for about 100 people I thought the good was good.
I ve stayed there few times once was 7th floor which is bit refurbished and better newer rooms up to date. Now I got room on 2nd floor which is old style Hotel Hilton. I had few issue at the reception staff wont listen what I was saying so they mixed up reservation and I was ending up wakeing up about check in time but I had two more nights. Printer downstairs not working so forget about printing stuff. Once they gave me smelly room of cigatettes so I went change for another one. Few issues and I dont think so I ll choose again in Woking Hilton.
Very clean hotel with helpful friendly staff . Need to make sure they can serve toast quickly and properly made. Good breakfast selection and decent gym. Beers are very well kelt which somehotel chains do not achieve. Here the beer was tip top.
First morning of 2 my room did not have any hot water . Second day it was my colleagues time .... And worst is that this happened several times before as well ..
For the price my partner and i paid we found the room wanting-dirty bathroom, paint chipping in the bedroom, a double sheet on a king size bed (no hospital corners) . We've stayed in plenty of double trees and feel extremely disappointed on this occasion.Would we stay there again absolutely no chance !!
