Went with friends who had messy rooms which isn't good in covid. The restaurant food was good with limited options. Breakfast was packed and not very well prepared for the busyness. Came in a deal with Thorpe Park

Connected room is not a good idea
Because there is no privacy ,we had a bad experience , the joining room keep knocking our door and saying to keep the noise down,because there kid are trying to sleep.
We have come to enjoy our self , that spolied our night .That all l have to say. Every thing was fine.

Easy to find location. Fantastic rooms and great bar.

Clean tidy rooms, and communal areas. Great nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking available on site. Good breakfast, only lost a star due to long wait on arrival to check in.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, nice food in restaurant in the evening, great breakfast. Nice having a kids play area in restaurant. Car parking underground was pretty tight if you have a big car.

Same as any other Hilton hotel. Nice sized room and very friendly receptionists. Rooms are not sound proof which disturb your sleep if some one talking in a lobby or opening a door of next room. Apart from this, fantastic breakfast and welcome cookies. All the room got additional beddings, either convertible sofa or bed drawer. Large desk with chair and cupboard with iron.

Excellent hotel. Extremely clean and exceptional customer service. Great value for money.

Would stay again, food no more expensive than Holiday Inn.

The staff were awful. Not a single one could speak fluent English and overcharged us for our food. Would not stay there again!

Service is consistently good. We arrived before the check in time but they still allowed us to leave our baggage in the room

Good location for town, roads ok, nice meclaren f1 car in lobby.

It is what it is. Good location for train to Waterloo and there are some great restaurants right there in Woking Town Center.

Less than stellar for a Double Tree, but located conveniently near community square and within walking distance to train, cinema, and wild life museum. Small rooms, out dated baths, but friendly staff

Excellent. Clean, pleasing rooms and restaurant, pleasant efficient staff and good food. Tickets for Legoland, only 30 minuted away, offered with the room bookings.

Overall a good stay! Rooms clean and tidy, if a little dated, and the bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and made an effort to make our stay comfortable. We had room service breakfast which was nice though would have been good to include sauces with the full English and butter for the toast. Very central location in Woking and only 8mins walk from Woking station.

Lovely hotel and attentive staff. Warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch. That said the housekeeping in our room was not quite as good, We had a clearly dirty glass in the bathroom (toothpaste in the bottom) and there was a rubbish left in the tea and coffee caddy. Our kettle was also broken and would not turn itself off when boiled. The restaurant staff were excellent and breakfast was very good, It is a shame about the room because I would have easily given 5 stars otherwise.

Good food, friendly service, good location and equipment in relation to the price. On the downside, it is not possible to open the window in one room and in the other only possible to set aside on a hot day without working air conditioning. The night was impossible to sleep, it was like in the oven, the staff accepted the complaint, but stated that it could not compensate because the booking made through the Legoland website. Preposterous. It was supposed to be a good opinion but impossible after a sleepless night.

A good place to stay cool and have a nice diner and sleep.

First time visiting the hotel and its the usual Hilton standard. Room was nice and clean, hotel staff very friendly. Car parking was limited but we managed to get a space both nights even although we arrived after 6pm. Easy to get to using sat nav, would use again.

Excellent. One night stay with tea & breakfast in the hotel. Everything was top quality: best chicken burger I've ever had, good house wine, comfy room, amazing breakfast buffet (hot & cold, full English, fruit, cereals). I will definitely look to stay here again when I'm next in the area.

OK hotel rooms, not too glamorous but does the job and the beds are good. I stayed there around 40 days ago now and was double charged, I have emailed multiple times and been passed around the company but am yet to find someone who can resolve the problem and issue a refund for the second charge. Shame, OK hotel but shocking service.

A good location in the city with all amenities. I was presented with a warm cookie on arrival which was nice.

Not the Hilton chain I remember. It was a disappointment to be given a room which wasn't made up, so I went back to reception who apologised and gave me another room, only to find there was used empty glass right outside our door? , the room was made up but after unpacking we had a couple turn up with the same room key?? Not sure what's going on with their booking system but it's not professional. The beds is OK but the sofa bed is awful, they need mattress toppers, now differing from back pain. The breakfast was nice and location of the hotel is nice.

Standard level conferencing facilities, food was OK. Kindly kept the laptop charger I left there so I could pick it up.

Not far from Thorpe Park. Very comfortable and excellent buffet style breakfast

Room very modern but mould in the bathroom around sink and shower. Breakfast was paid but don't be food by " full English breakfast " its sausage ,beans and fake scrambled eggs

Hotel Lobby is impressive and on first glance the rooms are good quality, too. But, its minor details that let it down:
1. No fridge
2. No safe
3. Toiletries are poor quality
4. No kettles, coffees or teas etc.
5. Shower curtains stink of mould
6. AC is weak



Positives:
1. WiFi is good
2. Beds are comfortable
3. Rooms are clean
4. Chargers (Plugs and USB) are next to the bed both sides
5. Staff are friendly

Lovey stay at the Hilton staff was really Lovely and helpful beds were really comfy also had a really good nice sleep and breakfast was really nice would recommend staying there again. The town was only a minute away not to far.

The room faced the road and was very noisy, the toilet didn't flush very well and the water came out of the shower at a low pressure.

The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpfull.
Parking is way to expensive (twice as expensive as the parking lot next door which is open 24/7, so park there!)
Room wasn't properly cleaned (bathroom floor was dusty).

The 'help the environment, re-use your towel' sticker was on the wall, but we still got clean towels. That's not how it works!

Overall: not a very nice hotel to stay in

Room smelt of feet, air on broken so I slept in 30 degrees, wasn t allowed to open the window, and the shower thermostat was broken so my shower bounced from hot to cold every 20 seconds.

Worst hotel I have stayed in since I started my career, and given I am normally staying in a Wetherspoons hotel at the moment, that is saying something!! 1 star because the iron worked... otherwise it was rubbish and overpriced. Hilton should do better.

Staying at Double Tree in Woking for my business trip. I'll be staying here for a couple of weeks. Based on initial impression, the hotel seems very nice. The room is cozy and clean. There is complimentary Wi-Fi for internet access with decent speed. Great selection of breakfast and lunch/dinner options as well.

This hotel is of very poor standard for Hilton. Our fridge was broken. Had to wait for more than 30 mins for more tea bags. Very noisy neighbors but staff could not accommodate another room. Staff member Shannon is a rude and racist staff member who should not be dealing with customers as she has no manners. She refused to give us two extra pillows. When I made a complaint to the manager she rudely interrupted and then laughed in front of other customers about my complaint. This racist person should not be behind the desk.

Ill rate it 1000000000 star than 5 its the best place ive ever been to the bed is so so clean no pubs strange white stains no marks bathroom is very clean staff are nice atmoshphere is great price of a room a night isnt all that cheap like 250 pounds a noght but its way worth it
