Typical business hotel on the outskirts of Milan. Nice and tidy with clean rooms. I think the hotel is mainly used for conferences due to the distance from the city center, it takes 20 minutes witb a cab without traffic. There is really nothing to see near the hotel.
The hotel a great room service, the staff is friendly and competent. The breakfast is large and varied, in addition, the rooms, as well as the design highly recommended. The only drawback only a gym, no spa.

No room service, no restaurant, most of the services not available due to COVID measures, but room rate still the same. For this money find some place where you can eat. ( Check in advance, they may opened the restaurant already)
Fantastic in every respect. I stayed at this hotel for a training course. From the reception to the check out the staff was extraordinary. They literally took care of me beyond all expectations, with education, kindness and precision. The splendid rooms and the impeccable services (room service / restaurant / shuttle). Besides, I slept on the most comfortable bed that exists. I will certainly return is the council.

I stayed at the Double Tree for 12 nights with a booking made by the agency along with 50 other colleagues. On the second day, due to a technical fault, the boiler stopped working causing the interruption of hot water and heating (in January!).
The staff apologized and said they would restore service in a few hours, but we had no hot water or heat for almost 5 days.
The management of the problem by the managers was really bad, personally I went one night to another hotel because due to the cold I got a cold. Eventually the service was restored and you were given a bottle of wine with a letter of apology. Considering the cost per night of this hotel, such a situation is not acceptable, but since the main customers are companies the policy is to pay very little attention to the customer.

The hotel is good. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is very varied. The only negative is that it is problematic to buy a public transport ticket if you want to get to the city center at a leisurely pace ...
For a so called 4* hotel, having only 1 usb charging point in a tv is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Hello...it s 2019 and not 2001 !!!!!!
To add insult to injury, I woke up this morning having NO ELECTRICITY to my room, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! My phone didn t charge meaning my alarm didn t go off meaning I missed an important meeting. When I made the receptionist aware of this , I was just given a new card and NO EXPLANATION !!!!

A bit far from the center, but always very welcoming, and above all very kind staff. With the courtesy and a small tribute they recovered some of the carelessness that had occurred in the preparation of the room. Hilton quality hospitality.
Nice room overall. Perhaps the shower accessories were a bit.. cheap. Other than that, all good.
The overnight stay was very enjoyable from start to finish. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a hot chocolate cookie, a gesture much appreciated by my children, quick check-in without problems. The rooms were clean, large, fresh linen, the right soundproofing. Breakfast is very rich, international, buffet and bar requests made to order. I would go back there again even if not very close to the metro (on foot) because it offers a shuttle service up to the metro
Too few staff, man has to wait everywhere. The courtyard does not invite you to linger.

The hotel itself is nice. The staff is really kind and the rooms are clean and tidy. The problem is the area around the hotel that, at night, is full of prostitutes. I won't come back.
The hotel is a gem in the rough. The neighborhood around it is very industrial, car shops and a few industrial machine businesses. But inside the hotel is high in modern Decor. Great bar, wonderful lounge, and the restaurant, I can't say enough. Surprise surprise, that was the best Filet I've had this year. The staff is ultra friendly, ultra kind and incredibly helpful. Modern and comfortable. Uncomfortable for public transport even if equipped with a shuttle to the subway. Rates too variable: recalled to book after 1/2 hour passed from 100 to 150 euros

Beautiful property and the best part it has a boutique inside with the name of Max Martini which has all mens formal collection.must visit.
Facilities are good, not great . I stayed for 2 weeks, house keeping not up to standards and inconsistent, I almost want to pull out my race card but . This is at most a 3*...definitely not a 4* rating.
Everything was perfect! The service was exceptional, the food was nice and the rooms very spacious and clean! Only downpart is the location, but there's a free shuttle service to to bring you to and from the metro station and shuttle bus to the airport station

Our stay at the DTbHHM was just great. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice, the breakfast was rich and should meet every demand. The location at one of the tram stops is perfect. With a daily / single ticket you can drive wonderfully directly to the cathedral. The area is not the best of all but you feel very safe. We were several times at Du Kelheit on foot and never felt insecure. Honestly, you have to say that the street is directly in the street in front of the hotel. Nevertheless, you do not feel insecure. We would book this great hotel immediately and without reservation. PS: Mandatory Double Tree Cookies are absolute world class
The only problem I had was with the food. For 26 per plate I expected more. The portions were small. The menu was very limited. Some things on the menu were not supplied when the food was delivered and no explanation was given why those items did not come with the plate.

Once inside, you will be greeted by very friendly staff and get a little tasty attention.
The hotel room and especially the bathroom is very clean and is cleaned daily.
The breakfast is also highly recommended as there is something for everyone!
Rooms very clean. Lousy breakfasts. Every day the same and the choice of dishes as in a poor two-star hotel. Anyway, lunch was no better. Really some total failure. In a 4 star hotel in Italy, olive oil in plastic sachets, the same salt and pepper. Orange juice is some hideous diluted water with sugar and an orange flavor. The only thing good is great coffee.
Overall I do not recommend it.

I Stayed here for a work trip as my company office is few blocks away. Hotel feels new and is quite well maintained, very clean, spacious and has everything a business traveler might need. Food was also above average. Location may not be ideal for tourists as city center is 30 minutes by taxi.

I had the pleasure of attending a conference. The room was very tidy and clean. New chairs, notepad and pen of the hotel is available natural and sparkling water. During the break, the ultra-modern bar served over 80 people in a very short time and with immense kindness. As for the route to the hotel .. it was a short walk from the villapizzone station. So all very positive

The hotel is nice, the rooms are having bath tubs, clean 7/10, is far away from metro or train station, but you're having the luck to book the shuttle that is taking you to the subway station or train station, with the tram is a bit tricky and is supposed to leave you close to the hotel, there is a bus too but I didn't tried it because it was Sunday and the lines are working differently then during the week. Nice stuff and ambient.

I stayed overnight on a business trip; the hotel overall is of average quality if the price had remained in the Convention ( . 85,00).
The rooms are clean enough but show many more years than they have.
The restaurant inside was not a positive experience, despite the kindness of the staff; I ordered a Milanese cutlet (we are in Milan!?!) and was hard as a shoe sole.
The extremely standard breakfast, pre-packaged products, with nothing characteristic; a hotel of this standard must raise the quality of the breakfasts.
At the same price Milan offers better.

A very nice place to stay but the restaurant and bar are poorly managed for a large group attending a convention.

Very nice hotel - with the old tram 1 or 12 very easy to reach. Also easy to reach with the S5 and 6 via Milano Certosa; A cheap penny market is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel; The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant (bar) very friendly and helpful; Got a very nice and quiet room on the 4th floor; 2 bottles of water and a drink voucher for the bar (sparkling wine or orange juice) were added to the obligatory cookie as a Hilton Goldmember for free; Room and bathroom were extremely clean - especially in the bathroom were very many amenities (toothbrush and pasta, mouthwash, comb, razor, cotton buds, shoe cleaning cloth ....) ready; Very comfortable beds; the air conditioning was very quiet and could be switched off completely; Excellent WiFi reception; Good breakfast except for the scrambled eggs; Very good price / performance ratio! (Room 417 was excellent )
