A good hotel with a fairly large room. The only downside is that some elevators have a problem reading the card to the room and therefore hard to get to the upper floors.

I had made reservations at another hotel but needed to stay here. Young man working the front desk found a room for me though he never asked for my address or Hilton Honors number. Didn't even ask when I checked out. The food at the hotel was just ok. Only real standout is the osso buco though the risotto was undercooked. Service is their saving grace. Anytime I needed something, they responded quickly. Was happy they were able to provide a room in hotel with my co worker, but will stay at Hilton Milan whenever I visit again.

Convenient for the Milano City fair. Good breakfast but room cleaning could be improved. Excessive price for what is offered.

Quiet , tidy, elegant , lovely staff specially the bar and receiption beatiful girls , helpfull services, taxi call service, car rental service; comfortable rooms with: safe, iron, coffee maker , alert, TV five minutes walk to nearest tram station, three minutes to Mc Donalds fast food, I advise this hotel except there is no close metrostation so can go by tram or bus to center of city ...

Great hotel

Room and facilities ok, but if you're vegan stay well clear of this place! They don't know what it means and don't have any options for breakfast. No margarine and no plant milk. The only vegan thing was tomatoes.
If you're unfortunate enough to have any other meals in this place, expect straight out of packet, cold, uncooked tofu, limp, tasteless vegs and overly salty rice. I stayed there with work and had informed them in advance of my requirements, yet still they had nothing prepared, not even chopped up fruit. It was a total shambles. Go to nearby Radisson instead.

Great business style hotel, clean, efficient, good breakfast, nice fitness room, a bit crowded.

Stayed while attending training held in the hotel. When arriving at night it felt like entering the set of Mad Max but the hotel thankfully doesn't match the surroundings. Friendly staff in all areas. Good choice at breakfast buffet ( 15). Would happily stay here again.

Pan eta is either overcooked or undercooked. That's all ok.

Absolutely unacceptable service by staff we booked a room with two double beds and when we showed up there was only two single beds. They would not accommodate us in anyway, when we asked to speak to a manager we were told he was on holiday. Receptionists were very rude and made us pay extra to get the room we originally booked!

Incredibly helpful staff. Hotel is a bit out of the way, but the rooms are comfortable.

A warm chocolate cookie will be given at check-in. There are plenty of free outside parking lots available for free parking in front of the hotel.

Clean, modern rooms. Hospitable staffs, good buffet breakfast, good ammenities in the room (welcome cookies, kettle, tea + coffee + the works and a takeaway cup!).

10/10 coming back.

Excellent hotel with clean and elegant rooms helpful staff and give the possibility to offer many services including hire with driver or tram tickets and what not discounted a free luggage storage. Sympathetic that on arrival they offer you a cookie and in the room they give you a small bottle of water. I advise

Airconditioning of rooms doesn't work properly. Gym is located in basement and there too airconditioning is not effective enough. Staff is rude and it feels as if they are doing a favour by attending you. Also food is not upto mark. Good thing is that grocery store lidl and pennyland is nearby. But loved the welcome cookie they give on check in.

Respectable, clean, organized and tidy, reasonable breakfast.

It is beautiful as a hotel to recommend the room very well the bedding very comfortable nothing to say the restoration a delight
