Nice hotel in the sub urbs. The area is having many South American settlement in the vicinity. Many restaurants and a few pubs around though not a very happening place.

The hotel has a very good structure, very comfortable and large rooms, with extremely comfortable bed and pillows. However, the hotel is located far from the center of Milan, which makes it difficult to get around during sightseeing (it is not near the subway station, and public transport is only possible to use buses / trams).

It's a hotel that I really like ... although if I tell the truth, there are few things I do not like about Italy hahaha! I LOVE ITALY! The customer service of this hotel is very friendly and always pending so you do not miss anything! I really like this site and I RECOMMEND IT TO YOU! A greeting!!!

If my family and I had stayed at a Hilton hotel in Milan instead of The Westin Palace, Milan for Chinese New Year 2019, our trip to Italy would have never been ruined:

On February 11, 2019, my backpack (with all my valuables inside) was stolen at the PanEVO Restaurant at The Westin Palace, Milan. My family and I were seated close to the restaurant entrance. When my wife and I left our table for food, my 21-year-old son stayed at his seat, and no one but a waitress approached our table. (Because my son thought the waitress was a staff member, not a stranger, he was not cautious about what exactly the waitress was doing.) Shockingly, after the waitress left our table (and then left the dining area for quite a while), my backpack was gone! We immediately told Westin s front desk staff about the theft and asked them for CCTV images. They kept us waiting for a long time and then told us that there was no CCTV camera inside the restaurant. They also told us to report the theft to the police by ourselves, and that was the end of the conversation!

After finally returning home, I made a written complaint, but the general manager of The Westin Palace, Milan (Ms. Alessandra Pagano) simply said public areas and venues of luxury hotels may attract sleight-of-hand tricksters. But why weren t there any CCTV cameras installed at Westin s PanEVO Restaurant to make it less attractive to sleight-of-hand tricksters?

Anyway, if there are still tourists who are brave enough to visit The Westin Palace, Milan after learning about my awful experience there, my advice is . . . WATCH OUT! BRING YOUR OWN SECURITY GUARDS to take care of your belongings, and when a staff member approaches, HOLD YOUR BAGS TIGHT! If you don t take my advice, once your valuables are stolen, Westin s staff members will only tell you to go to the police by yourselves and then give you a cold shoulder!

Good hotel, a bit far from the center. Although near the railway station Certosa and tram stops, you can easily reach the center. The hotel has a shuttle, just write them and they will meet you at the railway station and, like at the subway station, but it is better to clarify. From the subway a little bit. Stayed with family for 3 nights. Put a cot for free. Breakfast is average, dishes do not change. It is a bit strange that they did not find anything local (even there was no pizza at breakfast, although relatively recently they were in Tel Aviv in Hilton there was a delicious pizza). At breakfast, find something to eat, and then immediately to the center for shopping or sightseeing.

City centre hard to reach. The hotel is far away. Tram station is close, however it takes at least 45 minutes.

Hotel breakfast is poor.

Well laid out hotel with spacious atrium and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff and across all areas including bar, restaurant and front desk. Bar service excellent. Hotel located about 15 minutes by taxi from city centre. If I really had to find fault, I'd suggest that the outside courtyard area is cleaned more frequently (it's 2pm at the time if writing this review and half full wine bottle and glasses are still on tables from other guests last night). Also based on environmental issues perhaps withdrawal of two single use plastic straws with each drink may be a good move. Otherwise, well worth a visit

Great rooms, fantastic staff & located in a historic site.

We've enjoyed our Double tree experiences and this was typical. Very friendly staff. Clean room. However, it would be nice to have breakfast included as most places here in Italy do. Coffee, croissants and fruit would be great with the option to pay for the deluxe buffet. Also, while I found the bed to be very comfortable, my wife's back problems were inflamed by the pillow top mattress.

Last little note: we love the Double tree cookies. The ones served here were tasty but overcooked. Maybe Italians prefer crispy cookies rather than the soft homemade ones like we get in the States.

Not warm to people from all parts of the world. Rudeness all over from staff at the breakfast. Front desk people are only slightly better. Rooms are decent enough, location itself tucked into a semi residential location. Easy to connect by tram at the street corner.

I have been in DoubleTree hotel for a professional IT service. The workers were professional and I had the possibility to join the lunch of the corporate buffet and the food was averagely good.

Rooms are clean and new but do not recommend if you are arriving at night and using the train to get to it. Neighborhood is not very safe to walk at night. We were planning to use his hotel for 3 nights but end up leaving after the first night because of the location.

Stayed here for a couple of business occasions. It is a fresh modern hotel with comfortable spacious rooms and a great conference centre. Staff was friendly and helpful at every request. Love to cookies, I'm looking forward for my next stay.

I ate the worst pizza of my life in Italy. Ingrades of embarrassing quality, and seemed heated in the microwave. Double mozzarella daisy and beer 17 euros.

Very friendly front desk, breakfast at the trade fair time you can do without it, loud and simple, rooms are clean and spacious, unfortunately tv not usable and it smelled very strongly of cleaners.

Although located to the north west of Milan City centre, this hotel is only a 15 minute drive from the Duomo. The hotel rooms are well equipped and supportef by genuinely friendly and courteous front of house and bar, restaurant staff. Wel worth a visit and there's normally some excellent booking opportunities at advantageous prices online.

The entire team from check in to the meals to check out was the absolute best. Great job team!

In Milan's industrial zone, the night is quiet and quiet. The Duoma Square is a 30-minute tram stop with 19 stops.

The hotel is not bad but it is hardly accessible by bus

More than a hotel, it is a sea port. Parking was not available for a whole week. It is not acceptable. All guests must be able to use all the services.

I stayed in this hotel on the occasion of the Venditalia fair which is held in Fiera Milano City.
The hotel itself is a nice property, the rooms wouldn't be too bad in size, but there are many flaws; cleaning is really insufficient since for example, as soon as I entered the bathroom, after I realized that I had placed the shower mat (where you put your feet when you leave) on the contrary I turned it over and in the part that had previously touched the floor, a lot of hair (I had entered the bathroom the first time just then).
The carpet in the rooms is quite damaged and in any case should be replaced with a less old type of flooring. The soundproofing is excellent, also thanks to a large window that cannot be opened (glazed) which in my opinion is a further flaw since it will never receive real air in addition to that of the air conditioning.
The breakfast is quite complete but nothing special since some things are missing that are also found in less "luxurious" hotels.
Finally, the cost of a double room at 165 euros per night (it was a standard room) seems very excessive to me.
The super positive note certainly lies in the very kind, professional and exhaustive staff.

Room service not so good, mixed up my order and could not change it after 11pm. Breakfast super disappointing, limited choice, canned fruit and chemical orange juice. Are we in Italy? Is it a Hilton?

We stayed at this Hotel for a Sony event. Super clean rooms with very comfortable beds. I slept better than at home. Curtains that completely obscure and therefore very little light came in. Rich and good breakfast. We also had lunch at the hotel and it was all really really good.

Excellent hotel , have parking , good breakfast , very nice stuff and very helpful. Arrived late evening , the rooms were ready as Diamond member got free parking and free breakfast . The hotel located 45 min from the Duomo by tram. Walk to the tram is about 3 min . The stuff recommended good places to eat and good places to visit. Explained about outlets near by and how to get there. Very recommended hotel . Will return there in next visit in Milan.
