All perfect. Very clean room and bathroom. In the bathroom the various samples of products such as soap, shampoo, body cream are scented with verbena which I really like. In the room there is a kettle and various sachets to make herbal teas that I really enjoyed. At the entrance the staff was very kind, they also offer the hotel 'cookie' as a welcome. Everything taken care of in detail, I would go back.
I would never recommend it too far from the city center and the road is very, very, very lonely at night
The hotel is in a dead industrial area that has nothing at night - see on Google Map until you are sure that there is nothing easy next to it.
Away from the city center 14 stops by electric bus. Your head is long enough to arrive and return
The express electric bus station is about a kilo from the hotel, and the regular bus that runs every two miles when it reaches the city center is about half a kilo - advice do not live in this failed hotel

Very nice hotel, connected well by trams and trains a short walk away. The staff are excellent and the room was nice. Breakfast wasnt the great, we arrived 1 hour before the end of service and they werent to forthcoming with re stocking it. Definitely a business hotel though, A bit out of the city centre.

Great hotel but a bit out of the center. Easy to reach by tram in half an hour.
Hotel in line with the levels of the "Double Tree by Hilton" chain. Adequate service at the reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast with good variety of offer. The hotel also offers an appreciable "shuttle" service, in which the driver stands out for punctuality and courtesy, to reach the metro stations and other nearby locations.
There is much around the hotel, but if you stay here for business, you will have a comfortable stay. One can get a bike for a quick tour. Unfortunately the breakfast is not before 7 AM, so I missed it twice.
Hotel 4 stars and you can see, spacious and clean the rooms, like the bathroom, very kind staff, paid internal parking. The area seems quiet, but for me a bit far from the center, however if I were to return to Milan I would stay here again.
Warm welcome, the warm cookie during check in has its effect. The room is comfortable and very clean. The bartender with very good advice and very pleasant. What a disappointment the breakfast.
Worst breakfast ever. The responsible lady fir the restaurant gave my table to somebody else while being to take the food and then she decides to take the fruits of that guest in her hands... food was cold and had a disgusting taste. A mess there, everything thrown around the table. Coffee machine was not clean...
In the end i decided to drink a glass of water and left.
The fridge was making a constant noise and we didn't manage to sleep properly.
If you can choose something else, do it. This hotel was my worst experience so far.

I visited this hotel for a meeting, so I can't provide overnight information. The conference rooms have everything you need and the lunch buffet was more than good.
Not immediately in the city centre but only 40 minutes away by tram. The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel rooms are good for the price. The resteraunt in the hotel is good enough, but there are far better resteraunts in the city centre, so best to eat there if you're visiting the city centre anyway.
I have already stayed at this hotel other times, and it always turns out to be an excellent experience, with competent staff, nice and comfortable rooms, and good meals all at very reasonable prices

It is a nice place and staff very accommodative and go an extramile to service you but house keeping for me was an issue for a four star rated hotel. It has a very basic gym place, I guess because the core business of the organization is to feel at home while you are away from home and sleep well not to trim your body to the last muscle.

Showed up to the hotel today and they are telling us our reservation was cancelled. No refund was ever issued nor a email stating it was cancelled. Today they are telling us 34-48 hrs before we get our refund. Someone is lying probably because they OVERBOOKED! I would never expect this kind of service from a Hilton Hotel. Now my wife and I and 2 friends are having to hurry and find another hotel before dark. Horrible service, not happy at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
chic hotel, very nice and functional rooms, well-kept in detail and cleanliness, professional staff, nice and cute, only handicap you have to take a few steps on foot and take the public transport services, although there is a free shuttle service of 'hotel.

As a HHonors Gold I got first of all a room which had a broken laboratory as well as toilet flush button. Saying this to the staff, there was no word of sorry for this. Just telling me that I have to use the things carefully. Valerio are you serious? This stuff was broken already before. For sure, the worst Double Tree or Hilton I have been into.
I state that I was there for a conference, so I'm not evaluating the room. The conference room and services were "adequate", clean but not over-maintained. As for catering for breaks and lunch - probably influenced by the budget of the company that organized the conference - it was poor in quality and quantity.
I was at the facility to attend a vocational training course. The staff is friendly and polite, the place is clean and tidy. Lunch was excellent and (thanks to the agreement I had for that day) also cheap, although I believe that the costs are quite high without conventions (a mediocre coffee: 2 euros). Overall a good experience.
Although the location leaves a lot to be desired, the staff makes up for the longer ride down town.
The concierges were great helping me fine tune a route to go for a safe run as well as set up reservations for dinner.

Great hotel. Reference point for the MilanoCity Fair. Free shuttle at certain times. Reception very fast. I recommend registering at the Hhonors club. Hall with a very elegant clothing corner. Clean room. Free water bottles. Kettle with tea and coffi. Bathroom with bath, clean and with very nice bathroom set. Breakfast?

I would say that those who complain about breakfast maybe live in Buckingham Palace.

The room, entering the room there is a bad smell. Air conditioner was not working but was fixed on request. After the smell got better. The carpet looked very bad. The shower and toilet were not in the best condition how you can see in the pictures. Could be easily fixed. I liked the furniture this was modern and the bed was good. Excellent to have tea and coffee in the room.
The restaurant, first breakfast I was really shocked about the coffee, I was really looking for the excellent Italian coffee but the one out of the available machine is really bad. On the second day I found out you can order the good coffee, which improved my opinion, cause that one was very good. The breakfast itself offers a good choice. But for fresh eggs, like omelette, you have to pay in addition. Dinner, we went 3 times. I was disappointed. The spaghetti with tomato sauce were excellent, but the other 2 dishes very boring. One was pasta with mussels, which really missed spices. And the other was fish, which unfortunately was pretty small portion, while I am not eating big portions, and really not the right temperature to serve, it was to cold. The wine was excellent.
I tried the gym as well, this one is good to work out. Enough machines for a short stay.
I am sure if the hotel invests a bit money for renovation and improves a bit the kitchen, it will be a pleasant stay there.
