Excellent Hotel near the Ukrainian Consulate in Via Ludovico di Breme in Milan. Highly recommended also for conventions and business lunches / dinners. Very good rooms. Excellent staff and services.

Beds are big, the rooms actually. Now the negative. Staff except for a few exceptions unfriendly, with wishes or problems no one appears. Had to break into the bathroom because the closing mechanism has clipped .... and no one came from the staff. Zudemm unclean much too loud climate does not go out, at least in the bathroom. Much too loud refrigerator. Dirty linen that was not changed.
Good Service.. Friendly Staff. I feel free wifi bit slower than usual. They have options to choose speed internet with some extra charge.

Good clean hotel, but the breakfast was not good - smelly eggs and cold cuts. Yogurt was good but I ended up having my morning coffee elsewhere.

The location is pretty far out of central. I undersitmated that (my fault).
The front desk staff said they would not be able to help me with a query as the manager had left and that I would need to check with the staff the following day. They did the same thing and palmed me off.
I called to ask for an iron and ironing board - got told they were all being used and that was the end of that. I went downstairs to request more bottled water and got told it would be brought up in 5 minutes.. 40 mins later.
Also the air-conditioning was really noisy in the room which made it difficult to sleep.
It is a clean hotel and the bar staff were friendly as a plus.
The hotel is nice and is really in a quiet place so you are not affected by the high traffic. The staff are nice and very informative. The restaurant opens at 7pm for diner (apparently in Italy all restaurants open around 7:30 for diner.
For a weekend trip, the hotel is not suitable in my opinion, it is just too far out, you need to take the tram, in advance 15 minutes walk to the bus stop, then about 35-40 minutes to the city center, -Taxi- yes, -aber simple drive about 16-20 euros, -there are at certain times a shuttle service, but it is also expensive, (but also brings you to the nearest subway) the hotel is very pleasant and clean, - the breakfast is very good, - "very very" friendly and helpful staff, -there is a tip for smokers, -there is no smoking room, no smokers lounge, -all in all a pleasant stay, -also the hotel to other in the Downtown is very cheap

Nice rooms, we had a problem with the ac and the switched us rooms really quickly once the problem was brought to their attention. Took us to the airport shuttle free of charge. Spoke good English and where very nice.

This is the worst Double Tree hotel that I ever visited, air conditioning is not working and with a spooky view..We cant sleep verry well and it affect our vocation, damn doubletree!

It is very nice, comfortable, good service, they give you delicious cookies when you arrive (chocolate). Breakfast is included, divine and variety of foods. Very clean in general, impeccable bathroom, with hairdryer, soap, shower gel, etc. Water with natural gas or in the refrigerated room. I recommend it.

In general, I really like the DoubleTree hotels. I try to stay the whenever I can. The hotel in Milan is not ideally situated for tourists being a good 30-40 minutes train/metro ride from the center of town. A shuttle can take you to the nearest bus or train station. You're handsomely rewarded with that extra luxury you don't get at the typical smaller hotels in the city center. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Some negatives I experienced which I find atypical for DoubleTree: 1- on Sunday at 9am breakfast was chaotic; clean cutleries were nowhere to be found, lots of tables still having dirty plates, no staff receiving us to take our room 2- the overall atmosphere and layout of the breakfast area and the bar is below par, the is absolutely no trigger to take a beer or stay any longer than necessary; it needs a make over from an interior designer 3- before departure I ordered prosecco at the bar, the person at the bar didn't want to help me because she was cleaning; I had to wait for five minutes for another lady to randomly appear who I had to trigger to help me; I expected the first person to drop her broom, get help or poor me some. 4- the duvee on our bed seemed written off. The were patches of filling here and there, which was odd. On a absolutely positive final note: we got an amazing Platinum membership upgrade to enjoy a connected room.

Evening bartender with very good advice, very pleasant and speaks several languages.
By cons very big black spot: the breakfast service, the buffet is very poor, low quality product.
The scrambled eggs 10 times overcooked, too bad I would have liked to taste the charcuterie but it had dried on the buffet.
No fresh fruit juice, it looks more like syrup.
The bread is not fresh, it is dry.
We really seem to be annoying.
The entire breakfast staff had a nonchalant attitude.

The hotel is actually very good, only it is in a very deserted and not so nice area of Milan. The breakfast is okay, I found the restaurant too expensive and my dish did not convince me
Modern and clean. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. They provide shuttle to pick you up from metro station.

We are absolutely shocked how this hotel group have treated us during the global pandemic. We will never ever stay with any Hilton Hotel in our life. We booked via Booking.com a few nights for last year November and they hardly wanted to give us any extension to make the booking at a later stage. This was such a struggle as they are clearly just after money and don't care about their customers. We have tried numerous times contacting them to please ask for further extension until next year in July. We are from South Africa and it is not possible to travel abroad to date. WE find this shocking and will continue to leave bad reviews on Hilton sites every day. Daniel
Another great Hilton property. I stayed here on business and it was a good experience. There is also a lovely park area nearby. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, bathrooms too. Breakfast was tasty and the wait staff was positive and helpful. You won't have any problems staying at this modern hotel.

Good Hotel. Rooms are big, TV is huge, and everything was perfect. A small big detail, I had a bottle of still and sparking water free in the frigid, also coffee and tea that you can do by yourself. Recommended. The restaurant is also great.
As a branch of hilton hotel, this hotel certainly deserves its name. When doing the checking in, we each got a hot welcome chocolate cookie, which was really nice. Hotel room was spacy, and very clean. Hotel has free shuttle taking us to the subway station inside Milan city. The breakfast was quite nice as well with many choices. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I ever visite Milan again.
Location wasn't great, no parking except Street when you could find some. Staff and hotel are nice. The food just barely gets by, but there are a few good restaurants near by.
Close to Rho Fiera+ shuttle tuo Certosa train station. Nice bedroom and service.

The hotel is clean, breakfast was adequate. Hotel is off the beaten track in a not so nice area. Lidl and Penny are nearby. With the tram 12 (5 minutes walk away) you drive directly to the Duomo (cathedral) ..
