Decent hotel that was up to date, as safe, and affordable.

Very clean, cozy inn. 24 Hour gym, free breakfast, pool, parking, and WiFi. Smells very good too. Highly recommend

The facilities are OK. The dresser in my room had problems with the first drawer (almost falling off), and the sliding mirror doors for the closet kept coming off the rails and getting caught on each other (that was super annoying). The complimentary Wi-Fi connection was good, and it surprised me when I was about to stream and download videos super fast. I also like their gym - please read note below, but you simply CANNOT beat free wine and beer with complimentary dinner from Monday through Wednesday. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Some channels are still SD and not HD. NatGeo was off the entire week, and they don't have ID (Investigation Discovery). Gym Note: The one thing I don't understand is that, they have state of the art treadmills and elliptical: LifeStyle with app connectivity, but you cannot sync with them because they are not connected to the Wi-Fi. That's a shame, and it doesn't make much sense to me... With all things said, I do recommend them and I do stay there a few times / year.

Wonderful, clean hotel. Great for when you need temporary housing or just a nice night's rest with your animals!

Checked in at four AM and took a couple of minutes to get service which is understandable. Other than there not being any ice in the freezer everything was great. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Clean, friendly aparthotel with reasonable breakfast included. Only major downside is the wifi - very difficult to get a connection from the room (though fine in lobby) and bad throughput when you do.

Great place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was one of the better ones we have eaten at. Decent price for the night. I wish we had found this place 3 years ago because we go down to Fairfax to visit my niece 2-3 times a year.

We lived in this hotel just for one night and our experience was lovely. We had to travel for an urgent meeting and couldn t find a comparatively cheaper but a good place to stay on a Sunday night.

This place has a very homey feeling which I loved because that makes me feel safe and secured. It is away from the nearby shopping center and main road which makes it a pleasant peaceful place to live. Probably it was an apartment community now turned into a hotel.

The staff was very friendly and polite and helpful. Our room was a studio but very spacious & clean. Bed was very comfortable, there were extra pillows and a blanket kept in the closet if we needed. Bathroom was very clean with clean towels. Nice small kitchen which had cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses cups pots and everything that you need to make your own meals. Refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave & dishwasher as well. Good coffee options along with hot chocolate mix and microwave popcorn. But I was disappointed to see Lipton tea bags in a Marriott! They should do good on tea. They should also keep a kettle as the water that you boil in the coffee maker has coffee smell!

Breakfast was a variety of things that you find usually in a breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Waffle maker is fun! Seating could be limited if many people are around.

Gym available inside the hotel. Ample parking available. A lot of restaurants and other places nearby to visit.

But 1 star less because it does not show the correct price on the Google Maps. When you are in a hurry, you want to know the correct price to quickly decide & book a room. Showing incorrect price just adds to the effort when you want to put least.

Overall a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend to others.

Hotel apartments are very Hadia and the rooms are spacious and the rooms are clean and the service was excellent with breakfast served

I got a view of the pool, from the rooms to watch as they have fun Azvale an ideal location in the middle of everything, all you need is to walk a petrol station Dunkin Donuts Pharmacy Grocery Baskin Pizza alitalia and many other shops

It was very difficult (tricky) to find the hotel. There needs to be more Marriott signs to help guide drivers find the hotel such as Marriott Residence Inn this way with arrows pointing to go up the hill and down the hill and around to the corner. The hotel also is split up into 3 separate buildings so you have to go outside again after checking in at the front desk. Overall, it's an adventure to find the hotel and then find your room...LoL. Be sure to ask the cleaning maids to change your sheets because they will never do it if you don't request it...they only pull the covers back and fluff the pillows.

Stayed here for a wedding with family. Staff was great in accommodating our family, the rooms are very clean. Great breakfast.

There was trash left in the ice bucket when I got there...just gross. Motel 6 is cleaner.

I arrived as an extended stay guest in November 2016, and have had nothing but one bad experience after another with the management and staff. I had to go so far as to report one of the supervisors to the GM, Hannah Adlam, because of harassment and stalking issues. She refused to do anything about it until I made her report it to Marriott which was over two months later. The day after I gave my deposition (via phone conversation) to the claims adjuster at Marriott the hotel went to an attorney and filed paperwork with the courts to have me evicted. After six weeks, I have still not heard back from Marriott about my claim. The last conversation I had with them, I asked for information about which staff members had been entering my room and when. I was told that the information was proprietary and so they could not disclose it to me. I only asked for this information because I had been told by the assistant manager, Scott Neuman, that they would need to start entering my room (without my knowledge or approval) at least once per week in order to carry out inspections. I received that ultimatum via email two days after maintenance had to enter my room to fix the lock on the door. During that time, the workers had a clear site line to the large calendar I had posted on my refrigerator door. The calendar contained a log of information about my ongoing issues with the supervisor I had filed the complaint against. This same supervisor was also one of the people who was working on the lock for one hour while I was still in the room. When I had recently needed other maintenance work done and specifically asked that the supervisor not be allowed to do it, I was told via email by the GM that I had no right to make such demands. It took over two days to have two light bulbs changed because of this.

Great place, and close to a lot of great shops and food places. I stayed here with my wife and two kids for couple months. Great team and rooms.

Pet friendly, and low fees for a long stay ($150 pet fee, no daily charge). Front desk personnel are very friendly and kind.

The rooms are clean spacious and up to date. Kitchens are small but have everything you need. My aunt and uncle like to stay there every time they're passing through and entertain with dinner. Lots of shops very close by, literally 5 minutes away from anything you need to buy.

The building are a in a confusing layout. My section wasnt connectes to the lobby or breakfast area.

Elevators were out of order. Not close to a metro station and alongside one of the worst rush hour traffic routes in DC, so the location is inconvenient if you're here for business on the hill or anywhere in NW DC. Very few good food options within a mile. Only good thing is that it's cheap and clean.

Good price for the level of hotel. Pet friendly with an area set up for exercising your dog. Staff is super friendly/helpful. There are happy hour events which are suited for both adults and kids. Rooms are clean and good sized for extended stays.

The breakfast buffet pleasantly surprised me! The food was really good! And my kids got to make their own waffles and they had tons of add ins (chocolate chips, Nutella, blueberries, etc). We had a suite room and it was a good size; fridge and microwave and even mini stovetop. Great for the price too

I expected more from a Marriott. The mattress was cheap an not very comfortable and the odds and ends around the room felt cheap. The common areas were very nice Marriott quality though.

Very nice rooms, though walls are thinner than I would expect for a Marriott but still very tolerable.

After solving a problem with out reservation we were given a decent room for a good price. Hospitality was great room, the room was good for the price, and the breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.

Overall experience was good like most Marriott stays. We had a few cleanliness complaints that were fixed quickly, however it seems like the cleaning staff could use a better checklist or something. Staff was pleasant and answered any questions we had with a good attitude. We enjoyed breakfast each day of our 2 weeks stay.

We frequent residence inns and this was the first one we have been to that was completely substandard. The carpets were filthy with pet stain furniture dirty and ripped. The list is long but needless to stay and won't be staying there again.

The room wasn't what I expected. I thought the bedroom would have a door separating it from the living area but it was clean. I was too tired for breakfast.

Residence Inn is one of my faves, and this one doesn't disappoint. For the price the accommodations are unbeatable...spacious, full of amenities, and just nice all around. We had a nosy neighbor but that's not really the hotel's fault. The backside of the hotel is like a huge dog walking area which is nice for pets and private. Plenty of on-site parking and close to some great restaurants...try Blue Iguana, Paisano's, or Pad Thai Restaurant...they were all great and super close! Tennis court area was nice and well-maintained. Pool was closed for winter but looked decent, maybe a little small. Business center is just two computers with a shared printer in between, but sufficient for minor printing, and of course there's always free WiFi (the free option can be a little slow at times, but I haven't tried the premium option yet)

Quiet, clean, reasonable rates, and easy access from 66 via Fairfax County Parkway. There's plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a cheap Uber ride away. 2 issues I had: the hotel is set up like garden apartments with separate buildings, which in and of itself isn't a bad thing, but it was sleeting/snowing when we stayed and getting to the fitness room required walking outside in the freezing weather in shorts and a t-shirt. If I'd known that, I would have brought sweats and a hoodie. The other issue was the breakfast area is nowhere near big enough to accommodate all the guests, I went at the last possible minute and there was still a long line for toast/waffles and def no seats avl.

Great rooms, great service, breakfast was yummy. Kids loved watching Netflix on the LG TVs.

Great hotel. Very clean and updated. Friendly staff. They have a nice daily breakfast, and a good managers reception in the evening on certain days. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I never stayed in the rooms here just work related visits. The staff was polite, helpful, & always present. The bathrooms were pretty well kept in my opinion. The conference room was a little cold but luckily we had a thermostat in the room to change that. However as soon as we did a light fixture dropped from the ceiling leaving us in shock. (Ultimately it was kinda funny) Anyway we break for lunch and come back to see that an attempt was made to secure the fixture to its original setting, which is what we requested. So no complaints overall in my experience. I did see they have a pool, tennis court/ basketball court (on the same court) nice courtyard and exercise room. Hope this helps someone.

I simply dropped my family off, who were staying there.

My family (3 girls, myself and Husband and our dog) stayed here for 5 nights for the Thanksgiving holiday so we could visit family near by. The room was very clean. Our stay was very nice with no complaints. I'd especially like to thank Jayna Desai for her hospitality. If you happen to see her at the front desk she's the nicest person in the world. She goes above and beyond for her customers and staff. Would recommend others to stay here and will be back again!

I stayed there for a month in June and the stay was excellent! Everything from the breakfast to the rooms. The cleaning staff were meticulous and very sweet. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and very personable. I can t say enough good things about my stay, everyone there went above and beyond everyday. Thank you!

Decent place. Breakfast good, many options. No newspapers anymore. Bed a bit too hard for us.

This was a very nice stay with our family my only regret is missing the swimming pool during the summer season.

Location was very close to restaurants, shops, and major highways. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Check-in and check-out were efficient and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was icing on the cake.

Comfy bed and spacious rooms. I stayed 1 night on a Thursday in a double room suite with a coworker. It was perfect. We both had our privacy and the common space was a very homey area with a living area, table that sits 4 and a small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. A nice touch I noticed and was sad I didn't have time to use, was a gas fireplace in the living room. I missed the free breakfast since it ends at 930a on weekdays. I had forgotten the breakfast end time and when i asked the staff about breakfast they were SO KIND and concerned. They got me yogurt and fruit. Great customer service! I'd happily stay here for a extended stay.

A bit dated, but the lobby and breakfast staff are excellent and nice. Would go back again.

nice. Good pool shared with Holiday Inn but very un-busy. Hot tub is nice and kind of tucked away for privacy.

This place was amazing we used our points for our stay and it was nice. They were getting ready for a renovation. To be honest it was still beautiful. The guest staff helped up get to our room and was so helpful. We were stuck out of town and had to get a room quickly, well i will always use Marriott. The room was clean neat and had everything we needed for a quick trip.

The staff was kind and helpful. They let me borrow a cable for charging since I forgot mine. Then room was clean. Breakfast was as expexted.
