The service and amenities are ok but the rooms are smaller than Radisson Blu 5 mins walk away. Best to spend a few extra Euros

My stay at the hotel lasted only a few hours as I went to attend a conference held there. Although the experience was brief, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff pleasant and helpful

The rooms are very clean and the staff friendly. Unfortunately no German is spoken at the reception. But that was already stated when booking.
The rooms include a kettle, a TV and a safe. Everything was technically up to date.
The beds were comparatively comfortable. The air conditioning also works well.
Unfortunately, the location is a bit out of the way. But that can also be seen beforehand. Thanks to the public transport it is possible to travel unlimited by bus, train and tram for 4.50 per day.

Very good urban hotel. Perfect to know milan. Some distance from the center but public transport is 50m away and takes you directly to the duomo's lanzada or wherever you want. The hotel is modern and very good value for money. Extra spacious beds and sufficiently large and equipped room.

The Mr Savino did not allow us to modify the reservation having been wrong to place on October 28 instead of September 28, 2017: having paid in advance and we immediately called to warn them of the mistake. On arrival we were told that the room had already been paid and booked for Oct. 28 and then made us pay again on September 29 without give us back the money the wrong booking.
The Mr Savino was adamant and a double room for one night has cost us twice.

Unfortunately, the hotel is in "nowhere". We had read other comments beforehand, knew that the hotel should be located in an industrial area 5.9 km from the city center, but actually this is currently not even an industrial area, rather fallow with old, partly demolished buildings after dark creepy.

In just under 40 minutes you can get to the center of Milan for 1.50 euros (tickets at reception) with tram line 12; But of course you only do that once a day, you can't go to the hotel every now and then. That makes the tourist stay difficult.

Taking the S-Bahn from the main station to the hotel was an ordeal (long walk from the main station to the Republica station, line 6 to Certosa) because the S-Bahn station is really very far away and the walk next to a busy street and ugly surroundings is really unreasonable is.

Starting with the positives:
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant serves breakfast every morning, which was decent. Dinner menu was not extensive, but was OK.
The main disappointing thing for me was the location of the hotel, which seemed pretty far from everywhere. Hotel's neighborhood was mostly residential and industrial, so it wasn't the best place for just walking around. Metro is not easily accessible. To get to downtown (centro), you would need to walk for about 10 minutes to get to the nearest tram station and then ride the tram until you get to either centro or a metro station nearby. We ended up getting a cab from/to the hotel each time, which costs anywhere between 20 to 30 euros depending on where you want to go.
The building was relatively new and the rooms were pretty clean. However, the bathrooms were not very convenient. Shower curtain did not cover the entire shower area, so no matter how careful you were, you would end up spraying water all over the place. To make matters worse, shower floor inclination was not sufficient, which means water would just sit on the floor until it dries.

Excellent hotel and good overnight stay. The staff is very friendly, the room spacious and clean, comfortable bed and comfortable pillows. Not very big bathroom but the right and clean. Breakfast fairly well supplied with international sweet and savory. Good quality service. Even good food. Bar well stocked and with trained and friendly staff. Location a little out of the way, with internal parking facilities. Average price. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a good hotel in the area.

I was here for a corporate meeting. The staff was very courteous and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. In the bathroom there was a noticeable loss from the ceiling, which was poorly buffered with a wooden panel. The coffee break was served without even a cookie or something to eat, it would have been better not to offer it as a service rather than this. It was an experience below expectations.

Used the restaurant several times for work. It allows good quality buffet lunches at reasonable prices. Elegant and never noisy environment. Great for conventions.

I have been here many, many times and I love love love the staff!!!! Rooms are way too hot in the winter, and never cool enough in the summer. I also think the hotel should do something about the hookers that work along the street at night

New Year's Eve dinner pleasant only until the risotto, after a continuous descent between too tasty pasta, cold main courses and tasteless lentils, nice atmosphere but too strong air conditioning, asked several times to turn it down but to no avail, beautiful room and fantastic brunch have saved this stay

He met expectations. As soon as we arrived they also welcomed us with two huge hot chocolate cookies.

The toilet was a joke! Toilet seat almost underneath the shower! Shower curtains made of fabric, with stains! Hygiene isn t their strength!

I attended some sessions in the conference rooms for 4 days, with lunch included, the location was good. The bad: Restaurant staff have not a clue about what kindness is, specially who seems to be the service manager. Sometimes the bar was unnatended, no one were there when we wanted some coffee to drink.

I stayed here for business its right outside town. You can take the local trolly into town for 3 euro or you can uber for about 25. Either way getting around is easy. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I ate a couple of meals in the hotel and the food was pretty good, much better downtown. But if you are hungry in the middle of the night then it does the trick.

Very nice place especially suitable for pet meetings and conferences. But it's a bit out of the way for the center, but great for those coming by car from outside Milan. Lunch at noon is a little scarce and of poor quality.

This is a friendly and comfortable mid range hotel. The location is not especially attractive but it is close to main tram lines and quite handy if you are attending a conference at Mico. Staff members all seem helpful and speak good English.

Clean, modern hotel with nice beds. Far from tourist attractions. Waited over an hour to check in. They had one employee checking in 20 people. Also misleading was told by hilton they provided airport shuttle but they did not.

Cookie was very good which is given during check in. There is no even paper slippers in the room, I think there should be.

Completely disappointed in this Hilton property. It is 20 minutes from city center by taxi or public transportation, has only a handful of restaurants nearby that are decently rated and the wi-fi is nearly non-existent. I have only one wi-fi bar and it drops completely every few minutes. They don't offer a hotel shuttle to any of the airports (which are understandably far away) or even the central train station in downtown. I would not return to stay here.

If location is not an issue or you find yourself looking in the area this is a good standard choice although don t expect to anything too special, everything was good although not great. Staff were exceptionally helpful, considerate and a pleasure to deal with.

The hotel is ok but the location is really poor. Far from everything, about 45minutes or 1h from the center of Milan. The hotel is ok without being spectacular, the person is welcoming.

Checkin was slow. Breakfast options were great but also noisy.

And who knows how many times, Hilton has shown that he is a one of the leader among hotels. Already at the entrance you feel the luxury, the attentive staff, everything is on the higher level. Quiet part of town, private parking, spacious and well-decorated rooms without any noise outside. Really, who wants a break, to escape the day's madness, should come to this place. Every hotel I grade from a guest view, and I always compare the price and quality of the service. There are few hotels that can be categorized with such a good relationship to the guest, and one of that few is this hotel.

Quality DoubleTree, who has tried a hotel in the chain (I have also been to Amsterdam) knows what I'm talking about. It certainly is not central (I serve mostly employees of a few big companies close) but the building is certainly very pleasant and well placed in the context
