The staff is always very friendly here and I love their cookies. The only thing I would change is, they should at least have a mini fridge in the suites.

Great service, friendly clean reasonable rates. It is very busy, lots of people in the pool. The bar was a party on its own.

Chef Chris at the Crescent Restaurant is absolutely fabulous. He makes a delicacy out of even the simplest dish. Try his Beef Stroganoff: Unbelievable! And there are no words to describe his deserts. What a wonderful place to take a date. Thnx, Chef Chris!

It was great besides for housekeeping going through my personal belongings.

Checked in late (6:00am - 4 hrs before checkout) and was a struggle that took 20 minutes of my precious little bit of time I had to sleep before my event. Other than that, I couldn't complain. My room was clean, stag was friendly, and event at hotel went good.

Great atmosphere, very nice amenities, able to accommodate very large groups. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Waited at the airport for one and a half hours for their airport shuttle they said ran hourly. Noisy AC unit in room and an 11 pm loud party 2 doors down the hallway kept us up late. Otherwise, room was clean and staff friendly

Stayed for a convention. Big place, decent rooms, and if it weren't for the group rate, pretty expensive.

The event was CONvergence. Rooms were very clean. Excellent customer service at the check in desk.

Great experience over all, but the heating for the room I was in could have been better. A bit chilly in there and I set the room to 80 degrees

There for a Convention, staff was great, especially the staff who cleaned the room. In addition to cleaning, he made sure we had everything we needed and was polite and professional while attending to our needs. I will return.

Has been the con hotel for years. For 5 days a year it becomes a psuedo home for us congoers.

Have Had Wonderful Stay's At This Hilton And Recommend That You Should Stay Here!

Was very disappointed. We called to set a reservation for our family weekend. We specifically said we wanted two rooms conjoining, king bed and one double full. We explained we had kids and we wanted to be by them. They said "yep, no problem". We show up and we aren't even on the same floors. Their answer was to "upgrade" us to a pull out suite like really we want separate rooms!! Then they "upgrade" us to pool side. Sweet we think, thanks. Then we get our rooms and we have two double fulls. I was livid I payed for a king why would I want a double. I spoke with the manager for her to make it right and she trys to sell me on the Hilton honors program with a few thousand points. Horrible customer service would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Attended a bww conference. I didn't get a chance to look around or be a guest but from what I could see it was clean and quiet.

The room was very clean and quiet. Got a good nights sleep. However, the front desk manager, Mike, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My keys didn t work, came down to get new ones and he told me it was my fault they didn t work as I probably had them by my phone. I stay in hotels often and know that phones usually deactivate cards so I made sure to keep them separate. Also tried to add my wife s name to the room and he told me I couldn t for some reason. If the keys didn t work again he told me she d have to sit outside the room until I returned. Seems a little inhospitable. At least housekeeping did a great job on the room for my entire stay.

Nice large hotel. Good for conferences and has many hospitality suites. Very good customer service.

Well maintained facility, inside and out, consistent with the Hilton brand. Pleasant staff eager to offer assistance. Restaurant and cafe conveniently located in the facility.

The manager of the Hilton here is amazing! She was very accommodating after having a terrible flying experience. Our flight was cancelled and she did everything in her power to accommodate us. Including her staff, they gave us late check out and also accommodated us by driving us to the mall that was out of there daily schedule! Definitely a place that values customer experience and service!

I went there for the reptile expo. It seemed clean, i loved all the plants they had around the main area. However, it did seem a little small. It was very crowded, and if there had been more space for the vendors, i might not have had to squeeze into a crowd, or pass by several tables.

Was very nice comfortable room for a great rate. Only downfall the room did not have a mini refrigerator. The pool was nice clean . Had some contruction going on in parking areas bur was not unconvinced.

The 4 stars is definitely a send off. Rooms need updating, unless they give out the worst rooms to Hotwire customers.

Just checked in, staff at front desk not friendly at all. I didnt feel welcome and felt very uncomfortable .

The staff was courteous and food was delicious and nicely displayed!

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Jacuzzi had hairs and particles in the water when we filled it up so we went down to the front desk. The gentleman was very kind and arranged for someone to come clean it and gave us 2 breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience. Once housekeeping did a thorough job cleaning the jacuzzi it was as good as new! Such an amazing room, I look forward to my stay here again soon

When I checked in Tarah at the front desk first words to me once I gave my name was how many people checking in? I stated two, then she proceeded to tell me what room number I was in and we had a king size bed. We are here for a hockey tournament and I stated my son will not be happy sharing a bed with his mom. I believe we should have two queen beds. That s when she got rude and said that is what we booked and It also happened with other people that they also got a king size bed. But unfortunately we used an outside agency that did the booking so I assumed that s what we were getting. Clearly she was frustrated with other families responses to being told they would have to share a bed with their hockey player too. Tarah was so unprofessional with the way she responded with so do you want a cot?! I knew the room would be cramped and I said no. She also stated we are completely booked and their were no other rooms. That s when I got rude with her attitude and said looks like the hotel overbooked and once I stated two people you just threw us into a king size bed. She said, don t tell me what I did and you don t have to be rude, that s what you reserved and do you want a copy of your confirmation and I said yes. The sheet she gave me was of no use and no information on it was helpful. Once I found out later that another family in our group was assigned a king size bed for a family of three, I felt better about my circumstances. But here s where the story gets better. After checking in to our room I came back down stairs and saw another family at Check in with Tarah so I walked over and asked what room did you get? They had the keys in their hands with the room number and I said Oh perfect your right down the hall from us. All of a sudden Tarah loooks up and says to the grandma can I get those keys back loooks like someone else booked those rooms at the same time and then threw the family of 5, who had two rooms, on a higher floor 4 floors above us. It was so awkward and so obvious she did this intentionally. I can t make this up! You should have seen her face with a grin, very vindictive. Also found out she never offered me breakfast vouchers either. What a nasty person and a nasty start to our stay here in Minnesota. Thanks Tarah for the memories.

Ive been to large award ceremonies here and was recently there for training for 2 days. Friendly service in assisting with a mother's room. No room with fridge available but they offered use of their staff fridge. Free parking. Easy to get to. Good venue for training and conferences.

The owners of this hotel are horrible! Don t plan an event there. If they don t like you they will kick you out, and try and take your money.

I was there for a conference. Excellent staff support for setting up rooms and making this run correctly. Good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Can't beat the location and ample parking.

Attended a meeting at the hotel's Edina Room. Refreshments provided were plentiful and the room was well-lit and comfortable. Audio/visual facilities were adequate.

An excellent place to have conferences and events. There were multiple simultaneous events the day I was there and service was spectacular. It didn't even feel crowded.

This past weekend my boyfriend and I rented a room for a Saturday night. His 2 daughters also rented a separate room with their children for Friday and Saturday evening. We were under the impression that there was a hottub and pool area and also an outdoor pool. The hottub was not working Friday, Saturday or Sunday. No outdoor pool and the indoor pool area was freezing due to the air conditioning. Needless to say we didn't swim. Shuttle bus didn't run every hour... at the end of the night trying to get back to our hotel there was not enough seating on the shuttle for 3/4 of the people waiting... which meant people were waiting with children in the cold and rain for much longer then expected. I would assume a hotel this size with shuttle service on a weekend could estimate that one shuttle would not be enough. Also our ice machine wasn't working... no coffee available in the lobby unless you want a $6.00 Starbucks... no continental breakfast. Very disappointing for the kids and after driving 5 hours... ugggh!

My family had a great stay here. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and pleasant. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, we walked into a web of hair on the shower wall from the previous guests. Otherwise I would ve rated it 5 stars. We had a room on the first floor next to the pool. The kids loved it and my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay. Excellent location close to the highway and plenty of restaurants nearby. 10-15 minute drive to MOA. Next time I m in the area I will definitely stay here.

Nice venue for the event. Long lines for elevator and overflow parking was needed early in day and decent distant away.

Attending the double tree for a professional event. The service here is fantastic! Everyone is very friendly. Rooms are nice and very clean. Only wish the rooms had a mini fridge and a microwave.

we found a bed bug in the bed and a child is afraid to sleep in the bed and the front desk people are very rude and Inconsiderate they have mad attitudes and don t know how to answer a simple question that is absolutely disgusting I am very disappointed in this because this is a 5 Star rated hotel

Known to throw people who get assaulted on the premise of the hotel out. Don't stay here.

Accommodated our kids very well! Excellent breakfast! Clean pool and hot tub! Pool stocked well with towels.

Lol there was a fire drill in the middle of the conference, but all in all a good hotel

Gopher state 7,439 fellows A.A members were here to share their experience strength and hope with others. The elevator made me feel sick. But other than that I had a great time

Nice hotel. Beds are comfortable, pretty close to restaurants and to the mall of America. Only real problem was it was kind of hard to get to with road closures and google maps wasn't aware of it.

Our company held a two day training event at the DoubleTree in Bloomington(150-200 people). Everything went as planned. Staff was very kind and helpful. Food for the event was really good and the staff at the bar made us feel at home that night. You can tell the hotel is a little older but pretty well kept and they have made a good effort to update the decor. Beds were very comfortable and my room was very clean. I would highly recommend staying the night or hosting a company event at this Double Tree. Also, more hotels should great you with a warm cookie Thanks!
