Let me say are room was nice, food was good. But when it came to front desk people that is where my trouble began . We were lied to by at least 2 of them. And when you say guaranteed check in by 3pm that is also a lie !! I am not sure I will ever stay there again.

The hotel was nice, and the cookies at the front desk were delicious!

Great place to have an event, it was super easy to access parking. We were dropping our son off for camp and the staff was extremly helpful and the process was easy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Their facilities were beautiful and accommodating.

I was a Convergence a science fiction convention and they did a great job

Extremely spacious facility for professional events. There were two separate conference/expos going on with no overlap in facility usage. Clean, good sized conference rooms, included speaker/mic set up to make sure you could hear the presenter.

I helped to select the menu for my company's holiday party were having here this year. Thought the service was great and the space is beautiful. Looking forward to our event.

I visited the doubletop tree hotel for a conference. The overall presentation of the vendors was great. All the staff were professional and the environment was excellent. Great experience! I look forward to staying there again.

They hosted a reptile show recently. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the area and bathrooms and then friendliness of the staff.

Horrible!!!! The room was dirty when we got there. The coffee machine did not work. Asked for new one. That one still did not work.

For 6 years I have been going to this hotel for various conventions. The staff have always been on top of things, the service was great, comfortable beds, and just an all around enjoyable time.

Very clean and modern look. Easy to get around and friendly staff. Went for a gala event and they were able to handle the large number of guests. Multiple ways to access the second floor where the ballroom was at. Escalator, stairs and elevators.

I mostly go here to attend fandom conventions. They do a great job with supporting the community at least as far as I can see.

Stayed here for a family trip. Upon check in we received complementary warm cookies which were awesome, easy and fast check in, clean and comfortable room and the pool and hot tub were nice in size. Parking was easy as well. I would recommend this place for sure!

Everything was very clean. The food provided for lunch was fantastic.

This hotel is very dated for a doubletree by Hilton. The room is big, especially the ones by the pool but the amenities and bathroom look like a motel 6.

We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The suite just has a king bed and a small sofa. Nothing to fancy. The rooms don't contain a microwave or mini fridge so don't plan on bringing any leftovers. The bathroom also feels quite small as well. The room also contains a a mini coffee brewer. You will need to purchase breakfast if you plan on eating at the Crescent Kitchen. We had the buffet which was alright.

I wasn't staying in a room, but the lobby areas are great! Modern and clean, but still comfortable and relaxing.

The banquet hall was very nice that the Weldon Long 'The Invincible Sales Professional' seminar was held in. Can't say as much about the seminar itself. You might figure that a day long event regarding sales might be more about sales techniques, then about the person presenting it life's story. And that for 400 bucks a head for an all day event they might provide lunch.

Facilities are clean, professional, and comfortable. I was attending a planning meeting for the largest annual event at this hotel - the only constructive convent I have to offer is I wish the hotel was more consistent in the fine details of our event from year to year.

I Attended a work function at the hotel. We utilized a number of the meeting rooms and ate lunch on site. The rooms were nice, the staff was helpful and the food was good.

I have stayed at many Double Trees in my life, and this has to be the worst so far. From unhelpful staff, to free shuttle ride that I would have to wait an hour to use, to even having no cookies upon arrival. I then asked for one again, same story: no cookies. I then asked AGAIN... STILL NO COOKIES. They said it would take an hour for them... an HOUR?? 60 MINS??? I want a soft cookie, not a burnt one. The Double Tree not having cookies is like Mcdonald's not having fries.... IT SHOULDN'T HAPPEN. I would NOT recommend this Double Tree... Why pay the price when the quality is one of "Budget Inn"

Conference room services were not on par with most other hotels. Food was also not the best.

Was surprised to discover that the men's restrooms have no diaper changing tables when we were here for a family event. This was a bit disappointing to find in 2017. Other than that we had a good experience. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Went here for a wedding and reception.Been coming here for over 35 years. A very nice, clean hotel.

Thanks your personal is so great they went out of there way to help me Tom in engineering and Kathy S in the restaurant was so nice I stayed two nights it's nice to see people who care about there job

Paying $6 for a Honey Weiss was rediculous, but the appetizers were really good, especially the chicken wings.

Visit twice a year. Excellent conference venue. The restaurant is relaxing and the food excellent. Central location makes for easy access to everything.

I was here for Summer Games Done Quick 2018, staying between June 23rd and July 1st. The layout of the building is very confusing. There are two towers, one is 8 floors high, and 40 rooms wide on each side, while the other is 23 floors high, but only 20 rooms wide. The short tower had floors 1 for general use (during the week, a business conference, a family reunion, and a wedding used the first floor), and the second floor was used by SGDQ. Floor 3 did not exist, and rooms started on the fourth floor. Floors 7 & 8 were reserved for Hilton Honors members, and required a room key from any floor to reach. My room was room 567, on the left side of the tower.
The hotel restaurant on the first floor had very slow service the two times that I had a meal there. While the food was very nice, the staff took at least 15 minutes to service our table.
Housekeeping did visit daily, but spoke very little English. Services at the hotel include ice and vending machines, however, the vending machine on the fifth floor was broken all week. The room television was high definition, however, when a Nintendo 64 was plugged into the TV, picture was only displayed in black and white. Three lights in the room were out, and had to be replaced. Hallway noise was very minimal.
The primary reason was two stars were taken off was a mold incident in one of the rooms on the short tower, where black mold was discovered. Additionally, a pizza party was thrown by the hotel staff, and a incident occurred where gluten pizza was served as gluten-free for 20 minutes.

It's a good hotel for a convention. Rooms are alright. Could be bigger, but that's up to you what you pay for

Room was big. Bed was very nice... however no fridge in the room!

While the rooms and the food were great, the staff have been rude and somewhat inconsiderate. I tried to ask a staff member if they had any ranch dressing, but no matter how many times I tried to get her attention I was ignored. And my next plate of food was slammed down on the table. None of the staff have been curtious and only do the very minimum required.

Just OK. Looks good in the pictures online but is VERY old hotel. Parking sucks too. Staff was very nice.

I give it a three star only because some of the staff was rude one day we did not get towel until after 6pm so we had too use our sheets to dry off on we went to front they said they did not have towel had to get from house keeping .

Decent hotel. The handicapped accessibility is lacking. The ramp going into the main entrance is falling apart and dangerous. Use caution when planning for accessibility features.

Was in attendance for a workshop. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing. Also, the traffic leaving the workshop was quite bad since so many people were leaving the parking lot at once.

Great place to go for Meps. Food is outstanding and satisfactory customer service.

Poolside rooms are great for parties. Pool is really deep I think like 12ft and huge hot tub. Good drinks and breakfast is available but it is not included with the room.

Would not hold an event here anymore. Will no longer support this venue.

Was here for a nagios conference and had a great time, food was good and staff friendly. Things to improve would be include a fridge in the rooms and the bar closes early at 12 with no options in walking distance.

We were in the North tower which has bigger rooms. My husband is handicapped, so we had a step in shower. The only negative was that the water did not stay in the shower stall. It drained onto the bathroom floor. The staff is nice and efficient.

It was clean and well staffed with nice employees but the employees didnt know anything and really didnt help us

Ok, big hotel, service not as personal as smaller mid size places. Was like talking to robots sometimes.

JT Foxx...staff went out of there way to help with our needs and created a learning environment providing tablets of paper for notes and beverages!
The restaurant was top notch with healthy raw food choices along side more traditional choices!

All kitchen dishes are streaked and appear dirty. Hair in the bathroom. Housekeeping is either unorganized or understaffed. My sick wife asked for Kleenex at 10pm (our room had been provided with an almost empty box). It was delivered at 12:30am after numerous calls. We were told 4 different times for the buffet, apparently staff is confused. Enormous building with potential, but needs a total update.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, great location, decent price and customer service was wonderful!! Will definitely stay again when I go back.

My family of 4 had a stay of 3 days/4 nights here and absolutely loved it. It is clean, staff is friendly and best of all our 4 legged family member was welcome as well. Would recommend and stay again!
