Double tree by Hilton, Al Barsha, Dubai Review

April 2016: Just a little something to eat here on the other side of the street and immediately received a friendly welcome. In our hotel nobody was in the restaurant (uncomfortable). Nice hotel.

Room is OK specious but true bathroom is too small and bathroom toiletries are insufficient.

The hotel is great in tranquility and quick service to the guest and close to Mall of the Emirates

A clean hotel and a privileged location for the Mall of the Emirates and the staff of the hotel is a summit in good handling and spaciousness of the chest and do everything possible to serve the guests thanks to all those who dealt with them.

No basic amenities for a traveler very upset with the service

Amazing food and stay 5 mins walk from the emirates mall. We had lovely breakfast and lunch every day. I'll give them 7 out of 10 . Lacking gym facilities and swimming pool isn't great

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Suite rooms are excellent for long term stay.

Good hotel. But for Hilton, a bad cleaning. Dust was not wiped off. The windows are very dirty. But overall a good hotel. Decent breakfasts.

My wife and I experienced some of the best customer service ever at a hotel at this Double Tree. From the time we stepped out of the taxi upon arrival to the time we were checking out, the staff here truly wanted to make us satisfied.

The location is good being right next the the Mall of Emirates but there was construction between the hotel and the mall so our walk to the metro was a little longer but it was not bad.

The hotel is located on a side street so the traffic is not bad in front of the hotel.

It was nice being close to the mall which also had a grocery store in it. If there was anything that we needed, the mall had it.

The food was average, otherwise the experience was great.

Comfortable, efficient and available staff where cleaning should be done more carefully. Great breakfast. Positive cost / benefit.

Staff are hopeless, I have reported to have cockroaches in the kitchen for 4 days straight but nobody has been to check the room.
Also, I have to call 4 times and wait hours to bring towels.

SUPER disappointed!

Great breakfast buffet, extremely clean room, 10 minutes walk to the Mall of the Emirates. From the noise in front of the door (construction site) you get nothing.

So bad service not take care of guest if talk about break fast only name is break fast inn side is nothing only 2 and one Jame and some upma if you ask room service nothing even they not give you towel also not any kind of room service really I am feeling bad experience there.

It is preferable for a business trip, but you can find better alternatives in the center of the city.

It was a satisfying stay.. love the hotel, the room was very nice. Special thanks yo Daisy at the reception who made my stay more memorable as she gave me a room ahead of the check in time and gave me 2 cookies as a welcome gesture

This hotel is lovely, well presented, friendly attentive staff and the most amazing array of choices for breakfast. Location is good, just a short walk to the Mall where you can access the train. There is a free bus to the Mall and to the beach which was brilliant as the beach is two miles from the hotel.

Didn't live up to it's DT Hilton brand. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment that came with a kitchen and a separate living room and a 2nd half bathroom. The area was spacious so not complaining here. However, the housekeeping could be better, during our 5 night stay only twice was the room tidied up and cleaned the rest of the stay only the bed was made and nothing much.
Also one night we came back to find the door slightly ajar, we thought that it was our mistake for not making sure it clicked closed behind us when we leave so we started paying attention to closing it well. Still 2 nights in we come back at midnight and the door is also ajar. We called reception and they checked the security cameras. Said that no one entered the room after us, and perhaps the door is not functioning well!!!
The breakfast was good and the proximity to Mall of Emirates and to one of the metro stations all contributed to giving it 3 stars. But I wont be staying there again.

Great hotel located within close proximity of Mall of the Emirates. Awesome service and teams but an important point is this is a dry hotel. The DoubleTree signature welcome cookie is always a treat . Would recommend the hotel mostly for families.

Perfect location, nice service, staff are friendly and a good option for it's proximity to the Mall of the Emirates. It could be maintained a bit better, shower handle at my room's bath was leaking and spraying water everywhere when used. Not a big deal but, it's the Hilton, I didn't expect it to happen. Food quality at the breakfast buffet was average, some fruits were old and not fresh. It could definitely improve. Over all, Good hotel!

Special thanks to the very friendly Houskeeping man from room 1211! We had a very nice Holiday, the room was a little bit to small, on picture they look bigger and the pool is not so nice, there is no sun during hole day. The breakfast is awesome! The people at the rezeption could be a little bit more friendly. All in one a very central hotel in Duabi an nice holidays.

Stayed in a 2 bhk apartment. Very clean and comfortable rooms and good service. Didn't get to try much of the food as they were not serving their full menu due to the ongoing pandemic. The pasta and chicken burger was very good though. A good place to stay !

Just a great hotel. Service on a solid 5. Convenient location, chic buffet, attentive and polite staff. There are Russian-speaking administrators.

WE STAYED IN JANUARY 2020. VERY WELCOME SERVICE. WE HAVE 2 ROOMS BOOKED FROM APRIL AND AT 5 PM WE DID NOT FIND THE ROOMS READY !!!

Good, everything is close, but the construction of a new hotel is also nearby.

Location is Great - 5mins walk to MOE, 30mins via metro to Burj Khalifa(Dubai mall), 10min via taxi to Burj Al Arab, 20 min to Dubai marina mall. There is Starbucks coffee at lobby and 24hr grocery store and pharmacy within few blocks. Staffs are friendly and buffet breakfast is served very delightful (Omelet with your choice are made at site) What was bad was room cleanup.. we stayed here for 4nights but they changed the towels once which was really something! Other than that everything was nice and cozy

The Emirates Mall in Dubai can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes and there you can continue to use the metro. Hygiene very good. Despite a then current construction site in front of the hotel, the soundproofing was excellent. On the whole a very good hotel, which also offers transfers to the beach and the hotel Burj Al Arab as well as to the emirates mall (free of charge).

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with great service from everyone who works there. I'm American, and to be honest, I never receive this type of service in the United States.My room was beautiful and clean, and each person at the hotel always greeted me with a smile.

I already miss this hotel and the memories of Dubai. I cannot wait to visit again!

Excellent hotel in close proximity to Mall of the Emirates, Carrefour and Lulu Hyper shopping mall

A contempory designed hotel that will with out a doubt please the architectural enthusiasts. The service is excellent from start to finish and the room more than pleasing. Walking distance to one of the biggest malls in Dubai, the Emirates Mall. The breakfast is of superb 4 * standard and will not disappoint. Highly recommended by me.

The place is close to the Emirates Mall, but the disadvantage of the place is that it is between the buildings and they have free parking and it is a hassle as there is a project adjacent to the hotel under construction and their breakfast is very normal
