Family and staff friendly place, just a minute walk from Mall of Emirates

It s a pleasant hotel to stay in - I particularly enjoyed the junior one bedroom suite. They had some major issues in their normal rooms, not enough pressure from shower, no hot water etc.

Currently, walking from hotel to Mall of Emirates is very difficult as there is a construction happening close to this hotel. I hope once this construction is concluded walking to the mall will be an option.

Overall, clean and a good impression to the hotel.

Good breakfast. Room is medium size. Great location. Swimming pool is good with kids section. I wish all construction around hotel area to be finished soon

It was a very good weekend stay the rooms were nice , the king studio was large and enough for 4 adults however they do not have single beds. All bed are queen. The dining area for breakfast was a little bit crowded but food was good especially bakery (crosant) is delicious

Very well received, shortly after arrival we received welcome cookies, near the burj Khalifa, it is a great place to spend a few days with the family, well located

Stayed 5 nights in room 619 in th corner facing mall of the Emirates with my husband and 2 children. We arrived earlier than our check in time and were greeted with a warm welcome and a nice cookie for each of us and since our room was not occupied; they allowed us an early check in at no cost. Overall experience was great and all hotel staff were more than helpful:) going the extra mile. The buffet breakfast each morning was great and also had one night buffet dinner at the hotel; which was also delicious. The free mall and beach shuttle is an extra cherry to the icing. I recommend the hotel and will definitely come back again with my family.

It was a genuine friendly environment. The staff were very helpful and always willing to give their best at all times.

The management is very supportive, professional cordial staff, good clean facility, good location and reasonable price. I feel at home in DoubleTree by Hilton. The Housekeeping department with its head and individuals as Glory and others doing good job , all the receptionists are great and the security lady and gents are fantastic . the whole team are really making you feel at home and caring. it is hard to leave this place, there is no better standard somewhere else .

The hotel is very good, the waiter is very helpful. We arrived there before the check-in time, when the hotel was still full, so we had to wait a while. But when they had a room, they gave it to us right away. I really appreciate them. You can walk to the Dubai Mall in 10 minutes and you can see the beautiful scenery of Alpha Tower. The suite is beautiful, has a fully equipped kitchen, and there is a small supermarket nearby. If you want to cook something yourself, you can go there and buy some groceries. There are also some restaurants in front of the street. The pool is beautiful.

Average double tree hotel. Spacious 1bed room apartment like. With fully equipped kitchen living rooms sofa .Nice transparent elevators and lobby .

Good location for a quick visit to Dubai. The Emirates Mall is within walking distance and from there you can explore the city by tourist buses or public transport. Inexpensive, good rooms and good service.

I went there only for the cookies taste so good! But priced way too high (79 dhs for 8 pieces).

Friendly and helpful Staff. From the reception (Ms. Inee), room Service and house keeping (Mr. Hafizu, thank you) were very efficient thank you for making sure that everything is fine.

My second stay and I love it, a few comments but nothing serious

The place is neat and clean but the hotel look is quite old as compared to their other branches around the world.

The hotel is a bit below the expected level of the Double Tree By Hilton collections,, the toilet floor has scratches and the finishings are not that professional.

OK hotel. Close to Mall of Emirates. Rooms are fine. Do not expect any luxury. Sometimes visitors party in their room while staff accepts that. So would not recommend for families.

Situated in AL Barsha which is nice and clean area with easy access to almost every direction. Emirates mall is at two minutes walking distance.

Welcome cookie was a nice touch. Beds very clean and comfortable. Breakfast quality is good despite small variety. Only problem is lots of construction going on in the area.

Excellent hotel situated 5 minute walk away from Mall of Emirates and 10 minutes from the Metro. Quiet and peaceful with great hotel staff. Rooms are nice comfortable and large. Not much of a view but you won't need that in Dubai if you are on vacation will be sight seeing any ways. The fully service apartments are great and per Dubai prices, reasonable especially if you are an HHonors member.

Nice hotel to stay with the family... Everything is OK, but can you believe they blocked HDMI ports on TV sets?!? If someone wants to use it, what is the problem?!? For that, 4 starts but otherwise no complaint

Nice and big apartment with washing machine and cooker. Very near to mall of Emirates. Polite staff. The only one thing is that the swimming pool is small.

2nd time staying in this hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean. The pool and steam bath is relative small compared to the hotel in my opinion. Good gesture on the hot cookie for guest during check in.

Hotel is a bit older. Still good accommodation. Good location to the mall and the train. Walk to the beach - too far. To experience Dubai and to sleep here ok, still too many construction sites in the area.

Great hotel to stay when visiting Dubai. Friendly staff and good rooms/breakfast.
There are always (99%) taxi's outside to drive you to where you like.

Hotel Rayeq and Jamil took a clean room and did not try their breakfast at the hotel's location behind the Emirates Mall all along

We ate at the indian restaurant in it. It was very good food.

Hospitality, service and amenities all are top notch.

A pleasant hotel that matches its stars. Housekeeping every day, give some water. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious. There are antiseptics everywhere. Of the little things - hot water in the shower is intermittent, the shampoo does not foam and it is better to take your own. There are no bathrobes or slippers. But there is an iron in general everything was good

My son is obsessed with the location as it's close to Mall of the emirates and his magic planet play area...

The check in time is 2pm and our room wasn't ready until 4:30pm. That wasted our evening which we had planned to visit Dubai Garden Glow. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast lines are crazy at 10am and you end up waiting in long lines just to get in the Bistro their breakfast restaurant. For everything we needed we ended up calling them multiple times. The staff feels disconnected between them in terms of communication as well. Being a Diamond member service not upto the expectations at all.

Room is spacious and in good condition. Location is fine, walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Lots of nice restaurants and minimarts. Wifi is stable. Easy check-in and out.
The best part of my stay is the staffs at breakfast, Mr.Bibek, Mr.Ahmed and everyone (I forgot to ask their names) were super outstanding.
I normally do not have breakfast, but I enjoyed seeing them so I woke up every morning, not to miss the breakfast there. Highly recommended.

The room is small and has a weird shape. The view has nothing much to see, it s just a construction site and the mall. Only 2 power outlets in the entire room. And you will have to unplug the lamp to use the outlet on the computer desk. This is ridiculous. Then the staff can t provide any extension. They don t care.

Convenient location near the mall and mid city. Stayed in a studio. Neat and spacious with kitchenette.

The 4-star hotel is a great choice for accommodation. There is a lack of restaurants and shops around it so you have to walk from five to ten minutes, as well as get to the Mall of the Emirates in which the difficulty of Shui.
It has two restaurants, the first is a buffet system on the ground floor, but it is mostly Indian. The meat burger is OK and in another outdoor restaurant called Tikka it seems simple and ordinary.

Hotel .. very quiet and the staff are very respectful, especially in shady Alersbishn .. factor Othman

It's good but the work in progress near are pretty noisly (dic 2017)
