Fine cuisine from Basque Country, with the most fresh and carefully selected ingredients, and great attention to detail. Loved that they went out of their way to set a special table for us. And they made my dishes with low sodium / no salt added which tells me that they truly made it from scratch. Ate calamari and octopus (special of the day) and chicken as the main course. Had their gateaux basque, and they even added some sour cherries for me... special treat and impeccable service.
