Im an uber driver. And had two pick ups. Seriously ridiculous amount of wait time. Line for drive thru(bc inside was closed) was wrapped around building and out on the street. I get being busy. But if you tell a customer that it will be ready by a certain time then you should have it ready by that time. After waiting in the mian line for 45 mins i was told to wait more. Waited for another 1 to 1 and a half hours. In the middle of that 1-1.5 one of the orders canceled. That effects my pay. I waited for both orders and only got paid for 1. And by the time i got to the customer she was super angry. And you dont have to deal with that. I did. And on top of all that i over heard the window working being super rude to alot of dif people. Lucky for her she wasnt rude to me. However.. Like i said i was the uber delivery but if i was the customer i would be demanding a refund. Honestly i dont mind waiting thats part of my job. But spending that much time at your location made me lose much more than time you made me loose out on money. Please fix this. This is on your location with the excessive wait time. I have been to many other locations and they may have me wait but i can honestly say it has never been more that 10-15mins. And if your other locations can get people in and out in less than 15 mins why is your location taking 2 hrs + to get out?
