Doctors Express Natick

I came in not feeling well and was seen relatively quickly. Diagnosis was quick as well also has 2 chest x-rays and a flu test performed. Was given a nebulizer treatment and a injection of steroids. Doctor was informative gave me 2 prescriptions to my local pharmacy which was also ready when I got there. Feel much better only a day after visiting urgent care. Very HAPPY with the service. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Good option for walk in treatment. Well staffed front desk. Efficient check-in. Nurse and PA were competent medical professionals. Didn't feel rushed.

I'm from out of town and was impressed by the cleanliness, care and professionalism. I saw a physician in addition to nurse. Being able to sign up online was a big plus.

I have brought my son twice now to the Urgent Care in Natick, the staff at the front desk are very nice and prompt...and our wait time to see a doctor has never been more than 15 minutes of wait time. The assistants do a great job and the doctors have been nice and take the time to access the problem. I am happy to have an UC so close and to feel you will be treated well. Thank you for all you do! From the front desk to the assistant to the clinician who treated me, everyone was kind and professional. The PA was very helpful.

Prompt service. Nice and informed staff and doctors. Sent prescription to my pharmacy for pickup. I had come in to make sure my cold wasn t strep. They did the test and happily discovered it was not strep. When the doctor entered the room where I was, after she had the test results, the first thing she said was no strep, . Which was great since she didn t keep me guessing. All in all a very good visit to this Urgent Care facility. .

Excellent quality care ! I was in and out of Natick Urgent Care facility in about total 1hr, including examination, diagnosis, and documentation. Visit notes were also faxed to my PCP. Overall - 5 stars in my case!

Worst experience ever!! Please avoid this place! I was there 20 mins totally and had a quick conversation with the doc. After 2 weeks, I got a bill with over 200 dollars. They just wanna rip you off.

First of all I was late for my appointment for more than 20 minutes. Walking in there I expected to reschedule my appointment for another day but to my surprise the staff were very kind and I was seen. Secondly the Doctor was so considerate she finished all my paperwork and had it printed for me so I didn t have to go back to pick them up. I really appreciated the services offered to me.Thank you all.

Going to Urgent Care Natick is always fast sevice. Everyone is always very pleasant and very helpful. Although I live in Framingham I prefer going to this one in Natick. I would recommend it to anyone

I got very Excellent care. Very efficient.Dr.Shei was very attentive.Really listened to whst I had to say!! However the girl who hooked me up tp electrode machine.I had to ask her take them off.Other than that.! Great service!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They asked necessary questions, check me for flu, explained everything to me. It was quick and pleasant. Good thing that I went to Urgent Care and not to the hospital, where I would spend hours and hours. Now I have piece of mind that nothing scary happening with me. Thank you!

As always, quick, efficient, professional and easy. My son had an eye irritation that we wanted looked at to rule out conjunctivitis. They hooked us up with meds in case we needed them. In and out in 25 minutes. Love this place.

Went in on a Saturday around 5pm and there were no lines and was seen right away. Doctor was thorough and gave good recommendations of over the counter remedies to help with severe sinus cold.

I pre-registered before I got there, showed them my injury and was whisked away into a treatment room immediately. They explained every step of their care and about aftercare. I was in and out in less than an hour :)

The doctor I met with was excellent. There was little to no wait time. The staff is very skilled and kind.

Went there around 9:30am for help with a really bad poison ivy reaction (yuck). I barely had any wait (~10 minutes) before being taken back into the clinic room and then less (5 minutes) before being seen by the PA, who was fantastic and very helpful. Got the right prescription and it s already helping! Clinic was clean and modern and everyone who worked there was friendly and willing to spend time with me. I wish I could get ALL of my care there, if that tells you anything! Highly recommend this urgent care and will be back if (let s hope it doesn t) anything happens.

I went into Urgent Care yesterday and had about a 10 min wait. I was brought to a very clean and professional hospital style room. The staff was excellent. I had really good care and they took very good care of me. Highly recommend Urgent Care

Very easy to get to. All people friendly and helpful. Wait time was minimal. Start to finish I was there a hour. Most importantly, as they don t know me they listened to me and my opinion of my needs. I saw a PA and a PA in training-very good!

I had a really good experience. Staff was professional, the PA was thorough, even had X-rays right there. It helped that it was 6:00, right after work and there was no one else there. Upon leaving it was very crowded, so I guess I lucked out. Would definitely go back

I was so amazed at the great service I received at this location on Thursday. I have to say it was a 1000x better than what I expected and better than what I have received even at hospitals. They were really gentle, understanding, and professional.

Went in on a Friday night with a pretty bad eye infection that turned out to be a large abrasion. I was seen within 5-10 min. Great care!

Really good service. Was told upfront how much testing would cost, which was $1100 less than the other Urgent Care I went to (whoever I spoke with in the phone at AFC before was not as nice and couldn t tell me pricing). In person they explained everything clearly and also explained future steps. They even followed up with a call to see how I was. The wait was long, but there was an emergency and I know these things happen.

The staff was very professional and courteous. All safety procedures were followed and I felt at ease.

Thank Goodness for AFC Urgent Care in Natick. I was able to walk right in get a chest X ray and be seen by a physician within 10 Minutes. Much better than going to an emergency hospital center since that type of care was not necessary.

Always have a positive experience here. The wait is never more than 15 minutes. The cost is great. The front desk staff is efficient & the nursing staff is very welcoming & friendly. I like that I can get an X-ray which I did recently & pneumonia was found. The dr sent the script immediately and the whole process took less than an hour! How great is that! I also like that I can bring my son when he has an asthma attack. Love having AFC right here in Natick!!!

I loved the ability to make an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived I was the third person in the queue. Office was organized and efficient, masks for all patients. Very knowledgeable and prompt staff. I'll go back.

Very quick to get in, but the doctors take the needed time with you and are not rushed like many hospitals and urgent care centers I have seen. I would highly recommend Doctors Express.

I took drug test here and got respose in one day. If you are looking for a quick response of the drug test, I would recommend you choose this place.

We ve been to the afc urgent care at Natick for a couple of times, mostly for our daughter whose pediatrician is very far from us. The waiting time was really short even though you just walked in instead of making an appointment online. The staffs, nurses and doctors are professional and nice! Now afc urgent care became our go-to clinic!

It would be nice to have the Dr. there at least3 to 4 times a week instead of going to other places.Overall everything was good.
