it was very convenient. Staff was pleasant and efficient and took care of my problem. I would go there again.

Needed a quick test for a renewal of a Coast Guard license. They knew exactly what I needed and handled it quickly and efficiently.

The Doctors are great at the location but the billing is just horrible. I paid the full amount on my visit and later called in and gave my insurance information for the claim to be raised. Out of my own interest called again and the billing personnel claim they never got a call and have not raised the claim. The lady just took my details and on asking for some form of confirmation that she would submit the claim, asked me to call my insurance and hung up the phone. Pathetic service!

I had an excellent experience with AFC UC Natick! This was so much nicer and quicker than using the ER. Samantha was very warm, charming and sweet, and Jenna made the procedure completely comfortable and painless. I'm glad that I chose AFC Natick and would definitely go back and visit again!

Whenever I have had to go to AFC urgent Care, they understand and diagnose the issue quickly and prescribe what is needed to solve the problem. Their doctors and nurses are the best. They are qualified, friendly, personable and get you in and out in less than an hour. I go there first before primary care doctor or the emergency room.

They were great! Highly recommend. Very little wait. Friendly front desk staff and doctors.

IF YOU WANT TO DIE GO THERE- They turned my mother away because she didn t have a referral ..... she speaks Spanish as a first language and they couldn t be nice enough to get a translator.... shame on them

Being told I had an estimated wait time of 30-45 minutes when I had registered online to then have waited over two hours was deeply upsetting and frustrating, especially given my symptoms. I felt rushed out of my visit as well.

EDIT: I actually HAVE pneumonia, which AFC swore wasn t possible. I am LIVID. My concerns were not taken seriously. I would never recommend a visit here to anyone EVER.

Doctors there are thorough in their diagnosis. Friendly and helpful staff. They always provide excellent care! Wait times are better than emergency rooms.

The staff never disappoints. Terrific service and attitude. The atmosphere is calm and capable. The staff are very capable, pleasant and respectful. Another bonus is that the staff is typically a constant that gives confidence to we patients.

I had a wonderful visit! The doctor and MA were very nice and made me feel very comfortable.

This medical emergency center is in a convenient location to most major routes in MA MetroWest, and they provide plenty of free parking.

The reception desk personnel are very courteous and extremely well trained. They make the entire experience pleasant and fun, while keeping to all HIPAA and other privacy requirements.

The offices and examining rooms are well stocked and kept exceptionally clean.

The PAs, MAs, nurses, and doctors are very pleasant and are well educated and trained to deal with any and all medical issues. Even difficult diagnosis problems are well addressed.

I would recommend them to my own friends and families.

Have to say this is the best medical option for our family. We can check how long the wait is before we even leave the house. While online we can also get in "line". Have never waited more than 8 minutes which comes in handy when your sick. Dr Tsai was wonderful and patient asking questions....I especially loved that they offered a bottle of water. We have used this place 3x now and will go back in the future.....not too soon I hope.

So quick and easy! Friendly staff. Knowledgeable PA. answered all my questions and my prescriptions were ready when I got to the pharmacy. Would recommend and go back again (but hopefully not for a while...)!

Front desk staff efficient and friendly. Medical staff professional and caring. Second time utilizing services here and extremely satisfied both times.
Definitely a great alternative to the emergency department, at the hospital. You get a very similar warm interaction, like you would at your own primary care.

Our beloved pediatrician recently retired at the end of the year. The doctor that took over her practice dropped the ball on her first try: Our 8 month old son has had a fever for 3 days with lots of congestion. We finally decided to call the new pediatrician to see if we should be concerned. We never got a call back. When we called at the end of the day again, the receptionist told us the Dr. said to go to the ER and get a chest X-Ray.

The last thing you want to do is wait in the ER with a sick 8 month old for hours, pay $$$$ because it is an "ER" visit, and expose your 8 month old to (possibly unnecessary) radiation.

So we decided to try Doctors Express. Amazing experience. How healthcare should be done. Made an appointment online. Was able to see a Dr. ON TIME. They normally don't see kids under 1 year because they don't have a pediatrician on, but everyone on the staff was amazing and treated my little guy like he was their own. We were never without a Dr. or Nurse for more than 2 minutes. After a thorough but quick exam, they confirmed it was indeed viral, no need for any X-Rays or radiation exposure, and sent us on our way within an hour. This was including the time it took us to fill out the paperwork as first time visitors!

Now.... time to find a new Pediatrician

I was very sick with a terrible Sinus Infection in the middle of February.
I had been sick for about a week and my Primary Care Physician would not prescribe an antibiotic over the phone. She told me I had to make an appointment with and ENT. This meant I had to wait another 4 days for an appointment and drive all the way into Boston. I was also supposed to leave for Florida the following week
and thought there was no way I would be able to fly. I was weak and MISERABLE.
I could not breathe, but I had to get my hair colored. My colorist took one look at me and told me to go directly to Dr's Express in Natick. She had gone there the week before and had a very positive experience. I did what she said. When I got to Dr's Express, I was very impressed. There was no wait and the office was spotless. They took me right away. I saw the nurse first. She was very thorough and very nice. Then Dr. Roxanne Latimer came in. She was awesome and took a lot of time with me. Best of all, she put me on an antibiotic and promised me I would start to feel better in two to three days. She also said I would be fine by the time I had to fly.
I left Dr's Express wishing that Dr. Latimer could be my Primary Care Physician. I would go back there in a heartbeat and I have already told a lot of people about it.

People were professional, efficient and courteous. Had not called ahead but they had me taken care of in a timely manner.

Getting covid testing at this location was insanely easy and convenient! The team was so kind and I really appreciated their covid safety protocols as well!

Very easy check in process using the Digital Passport. I d recommend this location to everyone. The complementary Pretzel was nice. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

Did not have sufficient skills to manage a difficult parient

Went there for treatment of an infected skin abrasion. 8.15 am and I was the only one there. Short wait to see the doctor, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, told me exactly how to look after the wound and prescribed antibiotic.Pleasant and efficient. I would come here again.

The entire staff was personable, professional, and really helpful. I wouldn t hesitate to receive care from this clinic in the future.

Awful told the wait would be an hour even after I made an appointment online where it clearly states get in line now we will hold your spot in line.... the wait was actually 2 hours and 15 minutes then they brought me into a room talked to the nurse for 5 minutes then waited another 40 minutes for the doctor to come in. In total I spent 3 and a half hours there. Would have been easier to just go to the hospital

Quick diagnosis of my mother's condition, and patient with her difficulties.

I love AFC Urgent Care in Natick! I ve been a few times with my children. Yesterday, I went for a sinus infection. The staff at the desk are pleasant, the medical staff are professional and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Much easier than dealing with a hospital or scheduling with my doctor. Importantly, we have always received the correct diagnoses (and they follow-up).

Check in process was quick and a then a short wait. Was first seen by a medical assistant then to others (PA/Dr.). Everything was done in a friendly efficient and clear manner.

The Urgent Care team took excellent care of my daughter this weekend! Thank you for making the visit quick and easy.

I was greeted with a smile and kindness when I walked in to the Natick Urgent Care. I liked that I could make an appointment online and I liked that they kept true to the appointment time. The x-ray technician and the doctor were wonderful. I have no complaints I was treated so much better than any time I have had to visit the emergency room! I also appreciated that my copay was less expensive at the Urgent Care than the emergency room exclamation point

It was a pleasant experience - everyone at Urgent Care was professional and kind.
I was seen quickly and the process was efficient.

Had an eventful weekend to say the least

Went to visit my friend who goes to Framingham State but lives in an apartment in Natick. We went out to a few bars in the area and appearently I thought I was Elton John Tiny Dancer because I was dancing everywhere and proceeded to twist my ankle.

Didn't think much of it but when I woke up the next morning and the alcohol had warn off, i was in quite a bit of pain. Found Doctors Express Natick right anear my buddies place and got an x-ray. No breaks thankfully, but this place was solid. Wait time wasn't too bad

Everyone was friendly and the service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend AFC Natick.

I went to AFS urgent care on Feb. 29th. The staff was professional and courteous. I was seen close to my sign in time. The Doctor was also professional and to the point. I would recommend this urgent care without hesitation.

They now offer telehealth virtual visits, hooray! You schedule that through their website. However the scheduling option that comes up is for Marlborough, MA only, confusing if you're thinking you're trying to register for Natick, but location is irrelevant b/c its telehealth and it doesn't really matter where you or the doctor is. I would have given five stars if not for that confusing element, I registered and canceled and had to register again.

AFC Urgent Care was great! I went in because my cat had bitten me and I thought it was infected. It was Sunday, my doctor's office was closed, and I didn't want to go the ER. I was in and out of Urgent Care in 30 minutes. The doctor even called my prescription in to my pharmacy. Fast, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use them again!

I am truly grateful and won t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own physician. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all of them.

I've been there twice since they opened. Once with my son and once for me. Service was much faster than the ER and they were able to take care of us both. They were even able to give me X-Rays and process them in minutes right there at their location. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and unlike Minute Clinic, they will see children under 2 years old. Clean, kind and professional service--I'll be back again next time my family is in need of medical attention. =)

This was way better than my primary care office! Was greeted at the front desk by 2 friendly girls. Not much of a wait til Rachel came and got me, she was super friendly. Dr. Larson made a quick assessment, was very pleasant, figured the problem and I was on my way. It was also very clean. I'll definitely use them again.

im not very happy with this place. i came for issues with pain and the dr just giggled and smirked at me. didn't even really address concerns i have. never going there again. paid a fair amount of money to be treated like i didn't even matter.

I went to Doctors Express for a cut on my hand. I didn't want to go to the hospital for something so minor, so I found this place. I went during my lunch break on a Wednesday afternoon. The wait time was nothing at all, maybe 15 minutes or so. I was very pleased with the doctor who saw me. Thankfully I didn't need stitches. She fixed me up quick and sent me home with a bunch of bandages and supplies. I would definitely go to this place again (well I hope I don't need it, but I'm pretty accident prone...) and I have already recommended Doctors Express to my co-workers. Everyone there was so nice and helpful!

We were seen quickly. The doctors and staff were friendly, efficient and caring. My daughter's fracture was diagnosed quickly and the doctor took time to show us explain the X ray which was put on a CD for us to take to our Orthopedist. This was a great alternative to an ER visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hospital. Yes i said hospital, full staff,xrays. Very friendly staff. If i could ask one thing, introduce you self to the patients it makes a big difference.

We made an online appointment. When we arrived, they took us right away. I was pleased that they had masks in the waiting room if someone was there with flu symptoms to use. The nurse that assisted us with taking my son's symptoms and vitals was very considerate and friendly. Our doctor was really helpful and friendly and did a good job of explaining what his treatment regime would be. There was a doctor shadowing our doctor. I always admire clinics that offer teaching opportunities.
