My experience with Otys is that they are not service oriented and insufficiently focused on quality of service. The delivery of the vacancy website (frontend) did not meet expectations in terms of functionality and layout.
Look good with the purchase of this software. It is in advance of all promised v.w.b. Otys functionality. In hindsight this in many ways appears to be disappointing.
At the help desk you often have to wait very long. With many questions allows the ability to be desired.

For anyone who wants to purchase recruitment software, a warning: don't do it. The service is at a dismal level. If you want to speak to an account manager, they can let you wait a month. Also, the system itself is not your-of-it. Many extra actions (adding an attachment in an email costs way too many clicks, for example). No, I absolutely do not recommend this. The website is also tied to the crm, making disconnecting these two virtually impossible. Don't get started!
Watch out with this club. A lot is promised by phone. Please pay attention to the fine print and read all Otys terms and conditions. There is no form of courtesy if you raise something. You can be lucky if you get someone from support within 1 hour by phone. Appointments are not kept and the classroom training that costs godliness is really a joke. Be carefull!

Our website is better designed than we had hoped. The workload for our employees has decreased significantly. I think that a great advantage of OTYS is that they link to new developments that can better help you optimize your recruiment process. If you start using OTYS, you will gradually learn that you can discuss even more time and energy if you organize it even better. These are usually things that I could not have thought of in advance, for this you must first really use OTYS.
I read some reviews about fine print in the contract .. I don't agree with that. The offer has been extended and it contains exactly what will happen.
This is the same as with a contractor. If you ask I want an extension to my house, a good contractor will also give you a very detailed description of what will and will not happen. If it does not guarantee that you also want to have the floor redone, you cannot expect this afterwards.

In 2019 we purchased Otys Recruitment Software in combination with a new website. We had to pay extra for a 'custom' website, but were not very satisfied with the final result of the website. The design was very disappointing. After delivery of the website, we were introduced to the CMS of the website for the first time (before that we had only seen the recruitment software). The CMS of the website was outdated, continuously gave error messages and little was possible in terms of adjustments.
That is why we decided this year to have another party build a new website in Wordpress. Now we have a beautiful website, in which almost everything can be managed and adjusted. Unfortunately, Otys was unable to realize this. We have had a lot of contact with different people within Otys and often felt that there was no cooperation. Reciprocal email traffic in which discussions about the smallest questions / comments arose.
Eventually we came to a solution with which our own website works with the recruitment software of Otys.
The recruitment software itself meets the expectations of my HR colleagues.
In recent weeks, it has again been demonstrated where the problem lies at OTYS. We now have 2 1/2 weeks of problems with OTYS, emails disappear, emails do not arrive or arrive much too late. In this era of digital communication is unacceptable, insofar as it still requires an explanation. Perhaps the most bad thing is the lack or no communication from OTYS itself. This is typical of the way OTYS deals with problems. Sure and are working hard and course, everybody does his best, that's the least you can expect!
Last year we decided to say goodbye to Otys and to purchase and implement a new ATS. The reason is that Otys has no open API structure.
The entire system is outdated and closed. The organization is also not of this time. High costs are required for website integrations, long-term contracts are required and optimum options (such as Outlook) are not used. Everything is done in-house which makes you as a customer even more dependent on Otys.
Now that we are over, we still receive invoices because we did not specify exactly which modules we all have. Something an account manager should know. In short, a club that goes for its own gain, is not service-oriented and charges absurd costs.
