I recently ordered the romantic in-room package and I was told it would be delivered at 2pm. Well it wasn't there until about 330. At this time my girlfriend and I were already in the room. The lady was very nice, but I was extremely disappointed, not only with the arrival time, but the presentation and gifts. I was missing one little gift and the rest just seemed cheesy. For 400+ dollars I was expecting so much and got so little. I will admit the roses were beautiful, but that hardly makes up for this.

Note- I sent an email to Disney Floral and waited a week to get a reply. Nothing. That is why I am here writing this review. I will not recommend this, or buy from them again. Save your money.

Ordered a Yoda Stitch and a Pirate Stitch was delivered instead. I assumed it was a simple mix-up and asked to exchange the plush. The florist rep said that the Yoda Stitch is not available - no longer being produced and so they substituted a Pirate Stitch. I explained that my child is into Star Wars, not pirates. She seemed not to care one bit and explained that substitutions are allowed. I won't use Disney Florist again. If I order a product online, I expect the EXACT product to be delivered.

HORRIBLE customer service and a disgrace to the Disney name! We ordered multiple gift baskets for our Disney vacation. None of them made them to our room; on every date Disney Floral & Gift delivered the baskets late and then the resort failed to bring them to the room. It ruined our vacation and we wasted so much time dealing with these cowboys. Disney Floral & Gift blame the hotel (Yacht Club) and the Yacht Club blames them. At the end of the day, it's all Disney so service should be seamless. How darn difficult is it to deliver a gift basket to a room? It's not rocket science. The customer service is shameful; they ignore emails and over the phone they just read a script and offer no help whatsoever. Very rude staffs. USE AT YOUR PERIL! It could ruin your vacation having to deal with these cowboys.

Had a great experience with Disney Floral and gifts on the week of 4th of July picked the two day romantic experience and everything came on time. Everything was a surprise for my fiance, they came on a time that we were still in our room and I asked if they could set up later and there was no problem. After coming back everything was set up nicely. Great job!

It's amusing to realize that Disney monopolizes the floral industry within its parks. One can easily afford six times the amount of flowers at the nearest Publix grocery store for the amount charged at Disney Floral and Gift.
That being said, convenience does have a price, and if you don't care about the price tag, then Disney's professional staff will be more than up to the task of fulfilling your floral needs.

I would just like to say that Disney Florist was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable! I have a horrible memory with regards to names, so I apologize to the lady who helped me that I cannot properly thank! She helped me put together a lovely flower arrangement to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday while she was at Disney World. She was patient as I took some time to write my message and then spent time with me making sure it was all right, that it fit, was spelled correctly and that it looked nice. She even called back to confirm a detail! She gave suggestions as to the floral arrangement and helped me get exactly what I wanted.I had a wonderful experience with Disney Florist and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

DO NOT BUY ALCOHOL, they will only deliver when you are physically present in the room. Just imagine how hard that will be to coordinate. I had to get mine the next day from concierge. The girls Easter baskets were great but don't expect delivery until late late. Ours were delivered after 830pm.

My husband ordered me a birthday present as a surprise and wow was it wonderful! My package came shortly after we checked in I had gotten wonderful princess balloons all were nice and full, a minnie cake, and Mickey and minnie wine glasses. The wine glasses and cake were all packed in cute boxes with disney ribbons. So unique and special I still talk about it to this day its one of my fondest memories at Disney.

I ordered a "Toast for 2" to send to a recently engaged couple. The customer service rep was very helpful, and was able to help me track down the room, and let me know that of i ordered by 2pm, it would be delived the same day. Since it included a bottle of wine, it could only be delivered in person and they did wonderful job is making sure they received their gift after a late night of celebrating.

Also, the photo on the website did not match what was sent, instead the gift was even better. It included a beautiful tote bag instead of an ice bucket and made for a nice keepsake.

I have ordered on several different occasions and have never been let down. Always a sweet surprise for loved ones and Disney does a wonderful job putting everything together as specified by the buyer. Highly recommended.

So sad to have to give any aspect of Disney such a low rating, but...We did the Star Wars experience for my 9 year olds birthday. Let s start with the positives: he liked the experience (when the app was working), the blanket, outfit, medal and lightsaber were all made of high quality materials. The mission/scavenger hunt was fun and appropriate for him (with his dad s help). Having said all that, there are drawbacks. The app was fun but crashed or froze several times. We had to delete and reload it at least 3 times. The app download is very slow whether you use WiFi or cellular. We called before ordering to see if they could customize the package to add a Birthday cake or balloons or banner. They said we didn t need to add anything because they said it came with a premade cake that said Congratulations and banner. We asked if we could change the cake or banner to say Happy Birthday, but they said that because the cake and banner come premade and comes with the package that no changes could be done to the package. We asked if any discounts were available for military or anything else, they said no, so we ordered online to make sure everything was spelled correctly and done to the specifications we could choose. We get to the hotel and it was set up, but it was only decorated with a few posters that kept falling off the wall. For over $500 we thought there would be way more decorations. After we completed the mission there was no cake, no banner, as promised. I called to ask what happened, but they were closed on Thanksgiving. So when we spoke with them the day after, they said there is no cake or banner in the package. I asked them to pull the phone record (the one they make for quality assurance) and they said that they weren t able to listen to the call and that they couldn t help us. We intentionally didn t buy a cake for our sons birthday because they said there would be one. So, to sum up, great quality toys, fun mission experience, way too expensive for what you get, and poor customer service, no cake as promised. We won t book through them again.

We arrived at the resort 5mins passed and our daughters surprise arrived giving to the comments stating that it wouldn't be there once we check in I was fine with it arriving after checking in, all that matters is the look on her face overall I'd recommend it.

Ordered a balloon arrangement with a plush Mickey (Flying High with Mickey) package and a few smaller gifts to be handed out to the rest of the children in our party as party favors for my daughter's 1st birthday dinner at The Crystal Palace. Disney Floral was able to work with me to make individual party favor bags and they had everything delivered and presented when we arrived at our table complete with Mickey Confetti scattered on the table. The rest of the kids in our party were thrilled! Topped this all off with a custom cake we had ordered via the cake hotline a month earlier. All in all, a great and memorable mini-birthday party in the most magical place on earth!

My moms birthday is tomorrow, July 22nd.
We pre ordered the Mickey and Minnie's in room birthday celebration, and we also ordered "those famous yellow shoes" flower arrangement for her 53rd birthday.
We chose 6:00-8:00 for it to be delivered. I had walked outside our room at Pop to look at our decorated window when I saw the lady from Floral and Gifts coming around the corner. When she saw me she ducked into an open area where I couldn't see her. I asked her if it was for our room (this was around 5:30) and she said yes! I explained that it was a surprise and we were still in our room. The young lady had no problem coming back later!
When we got to the room, the banner was hanging on the door with birthday Mickey and the special note telling her there were more surprises inside. Once inside, her flower arrangement and the chalk/magnet board with Mickey magnet and a happy birthday post card was on our Murphy bed table. Then on my parents bed were 2 huge plush (Mickey and Minnie) large colorful Mickey confetti spread about the bed, and 6 cupcakes! Inside the first tote bag (Minnie) which we had customized, was the parks draw string bag, Mickey rice crispy treats, and a large Mickey sugar cookie.
Inside the next tote bag (Mickey) which we had customized, was a large birthday card from Mickey and Minnie. A bag of Mickey jelly belly's, a bag of multi color/ flavor popcorn, a necklace with a glowing Mickey head that says "it's my birthday" and a "it's my birthday" ear hat which we had customized with her name.
To top it all off there were two balloons one with Mickey and another with Mickey and pals that said happy birthday!

Overall, this was an amazing experience and she was very surprised and overwhelmed by the quality of the surprise and even questioned if we got to keep it all, because it was just too cool!

If you're thinking of getting something from Disney Floral and Gifts,
DO IT ! I Promise you won't regret it!

Very disappointed. I picked out a custom disney tote/basket with a few items to surprise my husband for our 10 year anniversary when we went to walt disney world. It took 3 phone calls just to get it delivered to the room which almost ruined the surprise for my husband because the 1st day we were at disney I was on the phone trying to get this basket delivered. Once the basket finally arrived the red tote was tiny and not worth $40, the sparkling grape juice bottle was sticky and had some kind of brown film all over it. The "personalized" happy anniversary statement on the mickey and minnie picture was very sloppy and could've been written better by my 2 year old. Would not recommend, not worth the price.

so they use to be great place to order from i even use to orde from them at least twice a year to have a special package delivered to the room. sadly they really messed up in 2016 so I took a break. Decided to try again and needless to say it has not gotten any better. I called at 6:30pm and was assured it was on the way just a little delay due to the rain and that it would be to the hotel by 8pm and in the room by 9. 9pm rolled around, no gift. so I called the front desk and they were showing it marked as delivered, but it was no where to be found. come to find out it was delivered to the wrong hotel. I double checked and it was correct on the order form. the hotel was great. they gave me a refund plus a $50 additional credit to use in their gift shop. sadly the stuff I ordered is stuff I can not purchase in the parks which is why I ordered it in the first place. needless to say it will be a while before I order again. really sad to see something that was once an amazing service just go down the drain. Maybe I'll try again in 2 years, but we shall see.

I ordered three First Halloween packages weeks prior to our first Disney visit. I paid extra to have it delivered to our room and to have items personalized. The order was supposed to arrive by 9 p.m. on check-in day. I called after I placed the order to ensure I properly selected everything and to verify the delivery time. When we checked-in, I again verified the delivery. We went to dinner at the Wilderness Lodge and returned to our room at 10:30 p.m. and the items had not been deelivered. I called the front desk to see what was going on. They explained that the Disney Floral & Gift department has set hours and would see if anyone could help me. At 11 p.m., the items were delivered. When the kids opened the packages, their blankets and ears were not personalized. I called back to the front desk and was transferred to a manager. She explained I'd have to follow-up with Disney Floral & Gifts to address the issue, but they would likely send me new packages - I spent almost $400 on the packages. She was also kind enough to give my family fast passes for the error.

When I called Disney Floral & Gift to discuss the oversight, they were unprofessional and suggested I bring the items to their location to be personalized. We had a jam packed day and I had paid for the personalization weeks before our trip. I explained this and the CSR offered to refund the cost of personalization. When I asked to speak to a manager and explained what I had been told the evening before, she admitted their system has an error and my items were not coded properly. She finally agreed to refund half my money.

The entire experience was not what we expected or experienced with any other cast members. The Disney Floral & Gifts department was unprofessional and unresponsive. I sent an email to the group explaining my frustration and no one responded. A simple "we're sorry" would have sufficed. They acted like I was bothering them when I brought it to their attention they didn't follow through with two of the items I paid for. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Buy extra souvenirs at the park or at your resort. The employees at the shops provide the customer service Disney is known for.

If you want to make your vacation celebration something special, I would recommend using this service. I will say it does have its flaws when it comes to stock, but that is mainly due to their computer systems, not the people. The people on the phone are always so kind and helpful. I had ordered a surprise package for my husband and they literally snuck it in for him. He was so surprised, it was a Kodak moment and I plan on doing the exact same thing again this year. Thank you again!!

I ordered the bibbidi bobbidi balloon bouquet and the delivery to Cinderella's Royal Table at 9:45 am for $110. Mind you party city retails the balloons for about $22, but I was willing to pay for the convenience and gesture for my daughters 5th birthday. Everything looked nice as expected and my daughter was ecstatic. While we were in the restaurant one of the balloons popped. That's okay, it was a star shaped balloon and the prettier ones were still intact. However, we didnt walk outside in the breezy weather for two minutes until a balloon flew away. It was fastened to the cinderella doll just fine ( which you can't open as the $110 price didn't include a regular balloon weight) but it's string wasn't and it just flew off the string. Again, not a big deal, I still have 3 balloons left. By 8pm what I had was a carriage balloon with the wheels losing air and one of the smaller balloons completely out of air. At that point the balloons were dragging and looking like a hot mess. I called the next day and was expecting some disney magic. However they offered me credit back for 3 of the balloons IF I turned in the balloons to the resort concierge for damaged inventory purposes. To be honest, my daughter was still happy with her 3 sad looking balloons, but I paid so much for it, I was livid. I turned in whatever was left of the sad bouquet, even though I was told I was only getting $33 for the 3 balloons. Not worth it at ALL. If you want to surprise a loved one with an in room celebration or balloon bouquet, do it yourself. Buy your own balloons and decorations from Party City or Dollar Tree and a $35 mini helium tank and call it a day.

Based on a previous positive experience with Disney Floral & Gifts, I ordered a flower arrangement for our 30th wedding anniversary, which was to be delivered to our resort room on the date of our anniversary (as a surprise for my wife). At 5:30 PM I asked the resort staff to check on the status of my order as it hadn't yet arrived and they were apparently told by DF&G it was "on its way". Around 8:00 PM, I checked again and was told the arrangement had not been delivered to the resort and no more deliveries would be made that day. The resort staff did their best to offset the lack of flowers (providing balloons and a card) but the end result was there were no flowers for my wife on our 30th anniversary. When I called the next day to obtain a refund, I was told the flowers had been delivered to the resort on the date of our anniversary which I had reason to doubt as (even after a significant effort) none of the resort staff involved were able to locate them.

I ordered balloons for my boyfriend 30th birthday. Not only were they NOT delivered at the time I wanted and was promised! When they finally were delivered after 8pm that night they were just thrown on the bed and The 3 and the 0 weren t even stuck together to show 30 (the entire point of them) no effort at all for an $80 balloon order! When I called to speak to a manager they refused to put one on instead I spoke to a rude woman who was no help! They just gave every excuse in the book as to why it wasn t done properly even blamed the hotel for taking the glue off! Sad that this is a Disney ran company! Definitely not magical at all!!

Absolutely awful experience. My daughter was supposed to have a gift delivered the day we arrived. Never came. Called 8 am the next morning asking where it was and they delivered it to the wrong resort. Okay no problem mistakes happen. They swore up and down they were sending a driver and it would be at our resort that day. Well that never happened. So day three I called again. Well ma am I don t understand why a driver didn t go we promise it will be taken care of today. Was it taken care of? Nope!! If it wasn t for concierge at our resort sending a driver of their own to go retrieve it our daughter still wouldn t have it. Icing on the cake the $47 Minnie blanket that was the only thing my daughter cared about was Mickey not Minnie. Thank you to the concierge at Pop Century for not disappointing my daughter. I will make sure we never use this service again!

As it's getting closer to Christmas, I just had to review my past experience. Last year I ordered a Holiday room celebration for Christmas along with a Christmas tree to be delivered to our room. This was our first Christmas away from family. I was super excited and saved for a year since this was very pricey, but something I planned for as I said, a year in advance. I called the morning of our delivery to verify that all items would be delivered to our room that day. I was assured they would be. I even explained where I wanted the tree and gift items placed. When we returned to our room that night, all was there, except for the tree. The website stated that the tree was sold out and I had ordered my at first availability in October. There was nothing I could do since the store was closed by 6 pm and we had returned to our room at 6:10. I had to wait until the 26th when they were open again to find out what had happened. When I called, I was told there was a mistake and they forgot they tree and had 3 in their store. They asked if I wanted it delivered that day.... but since Christmas was over, I said No! They refunded me the price of the tree but it was certainly heartbreaking to build up such anticipation and then have it shattered, especially since I had called and verified with them that morning. This was a surprise for my family and they didn't know that anything was missing, but I did. I did all I could to make sure everything would be delivered correctly, it just didn't get done. So... Be careful, check to make sure everything comes before the store closed and have a Merry Christmas! P/S---- I was told Disney Floral and Gifts is NOT part of the Disney company..... their customer service is not the same as Disney the corporation... they just deliver to Disney resorts. WE love Disney customer service and assumed that the Floral and gift department was the same customer service as Disney.... It is NOT!

I ordered 2 items, Designer s Choice Floral Bouque...

I ordered 2 items, Designer s Choice Floral Bouquet for $50.00 and A Disney Princess Balloon Bouquet for $49.99.
The bouquet was beautiful!!!!!! It was not skimpy and the choice of flowers was just perfect!!!! It included pink roses that were in excellent condition, and what I mean by that is there were no brown edges or immediate wilting like I have had from other florists. Every flower was fresh and beautiful!!!
The balloons were fully inflated, but did not include the star balloon as shown in the picture so I was shorted one balloon. For $49.99, I should have received all five balloons.
Here is why I gave 3 stars and not 5: In addition to being shorted one balloon, the flowers and the balloons did not arrive at the same time. I could not find anywhere on the website that states if ordering more than one item, they could arrive at different times, so naturally I expected them to be delivered together.
What worked out nicely is my daughter was in ther other room when the cake arrived (ordered from the resort) and the flowers were delivered a few minutes later so they were both on the table for her to see when she came into the room. HOWEVER, at this point I am thinking the balloons were delivered to another room or resort or not sent out at all, and we were checking out the next day. So I immediately got on the phone and called Disney F & G and was on hold for about 5 minutes. Well don t you know that this is when my daughter walked into the room. She was thrilled and so surprised, but I was missing out on the experience because I was on the phone with Disney F & G. Now I know some will think, why didn t you just call later but it was already 3:45pm and they close at 5:00pm and I wanted this addressed quickly. I was told that the flowers were sent out separately than the balloons, and the balloons would arrive by 9:00pm. The tag on the flowers shows 1 of 2 deliver w/#xxxxxxx . And the tag on the balloons shows 2 of 2 deliver w/xxxxxx so someone dropped the ball on this one.
The balloons were delivered by 9:00pm, like I said, with one missing.
IF I were to use Disney F & G again, I would only order one item since you can t rely on them to deliver multiple items at the same time.

Update: I sent a brief email to D F & G just to let them know about the delivery experience and the missing balloon, and that the floral arrangement was beautiful. I received an immediate reply email apologizing and telling me that since I had already checked out and the missing balloon could not be delivered, a full credit is being issued for the balloons and delivery fee. I also received an immediate phone call. I wanted to add this follow up because I have read a lot of comments about bad customer service, and this, in my opinion, is excellent customer service.

I took a chance and ordered the princess tiara and corsage 48 hours ahead of having a princess breakfast at Epcots Akershus banquet hall. Wow! They delivered at the exact time I had asked..everything was beautiful and worth every penny!!! Thank you for making my daughter's experience amazing!!

I selected a gift bag in my order and did not receive it. They assumed that I didn't want my gift bag which I had selected. That's not fair. The gift bag did not go through on their system so they won't do anything about it. We were excited for the gift bag, and very disappointed not to see it. Other customers have had similar issues. We won't use this company again. Avoid this company if you can.

ORDERED MICKEY MOUSE FOR MY GRANDSON...RECEIVED PRINCESSES!!!I have used Disney Floral and Gifts on previous WDW trips and have never had any issues or problems, except on this trip! We planned a Disney trip taking our Daughter's family including our 7 year old grandson. This was our grandson's first Disney trip and he was very excited! I ordered the Disney World Welcome Package which included a Mickey Mouse backpack, a plush mickey and minnie dolls, an autograph book and pens, a set of ears and Disney treats. I confirmed the order with Disney Floral and Gifts the day we checked in. I called the front desk when we got into our room at 4pm to let them know we had arrived and to deliver the package if it was there. It was not, I called Disney Floral and Gifts, I was told that the package was still with them and it would go out with the next runner. They explained to me that it could be delivered anytime before 9pm. Ok no big deal. 9pm came and went, no package. I called Disney Floral and Gifts and they were closed. I left a message stated that the package had not arrived. At 9:30pm a knock at the door... A package for my grandson!!! He was very excited and took the package to open it. I had to stop him though because what was in the package was a very pink princess back pack!! I had to take the gift away from my 7 year old grandson!!! he did not understand, went to bed crying and telling us he was not a princess!!!! I was heartbroken to watch him and so angry with Disney Floral and Gifts. This was not a difficult order!! I called Disney Floral and Gifts leaving a very terse message asking for a return call the next day to fix this mistake!!! With no return phone call the next day, I called at 845am and was on hold for 18 minutes before giving up. We went to Epcot for the day, I left the Princess Back pack by the door, hoping that I could get this straightened out and that they would deliver the correct gift. Still no return call for Disney Floral and Gifts and it was 10am. I had a minute at Epcot and called again about 10:30am. Once again on hold for about 11 minutes. Finally, someone answered the phone. I explained their mistake, she looked up the order and confirmed that we were to get the Mickey Mouse backpack and not the princess back pack. She asked to put me on hold for a minute, I agreed. When she came back, her question was "what was in the princess backpack?" Does it matter, it was WRONG! I told her that we never opened the gift because I saw a very pink princess backpack that we did not order nor want. Then, I am told that I have to return the gift to the front desk and when can I get it there?? She seemed put off that we were at Epcot and were not willing to run back to the room and return the mistake to the front desk. Then, she said that they will "do their best" to get the correct gift delivered yet today. No, I said that you will have the correct gift delivered today. After a few more frustrating minutes of going around with this Disney Floral employee, I finally told her to have the correct order delivered and that I will get the mistake to the front desk when we return. In the end, the correct gift was in our room when we returned in the afternoon, and the princess backpack was gone and my grandson was very happy with the gift.
***Mistakes do happen, I get that, but you made the mistake, and you should do everything possible to get it corrected in a timely manner and make it right!

I was super excited to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday when we stayed at a Disney resort this past couple of weeks so I ordered the Mickey's magical birthday and it was a great bouquet of snacks chocolates a birthday cake and balloons . However when it arrived to our room the balloons were not full of air like they were deflating, and the cake was stale super stale . Paying $150 for balllons and a cake and a couple other extras is no problem to me, but when Disney delivers deflated balloons and a stale birthday cake it kinda of sucks . When I called, they did replace my balloons and delivered them with another small bouquet of chocolate bars, so that was a plus. my boyfriend really did like the surprise so all in all it was a great experience I would just recommend them to upgrade on their balloons and cake in the future and not deliver them under expectations of Disney guests
