I ordered 2 items, Designer s Choice Floral Bouque...

I ordered 2 items, Designer s Choice Floral Bouquet for $50.00 and A Disney Princess Balloon Bouquet for $49.99.
The bouquet was beautiful!!!!!! It was not skimpy and the choice of flowers was just perfect!!!! It included pink roses that were in excellent condition, and what I mean by that is there were no brown edges or immediate wilting like I have had from other florists. Every flower was fresh and beautiful!!!
The balloons were fully inflated, but did not include the star balloon as shown in the picture so I was shorted one balloon. For $49.99, I should have received all five balloons.
Here is why I gave 3 stars and not 5: In addition to being shorted one balloon, the flowers and the balloons did not arrive at the same time. I could not find anywhere on the website that states if ordering more than one item, they could arrive at different times, so naturally I expected them to be delivered together.
What worked out nicely is my daughter was in ther other room when the cake arrived (ordered from the resort) and the flowers were delivered a few minutes later so they were both on the table for her to see when she came into the room. HOWEVER, at this point I am thinking the balloons were delivered to another room or resort or not sent out at all, and we were checking out the next day. So I immediately got on the phone and called Disney F & G and was on hold for about 5 minutes. Well don t you know that this is when my daughter walked into the room. She was thrilled and so surprised, but I was missing out on the experience because I was on the phone with Disney F & G. Now I know some will think, why didn t you just call later but it was already 3:45pm and they close at 5:00pm and I wanted this addressed quickly. I was told that the flowers were sent out separately than the balloons, and the balloons would arrive by 9:00pm. The tag on the flowers shows 1 of 2 deliver w/#xxxxxxx . And the tag on the balloons shows 2 of 2 deliver w/xxxxxx so someone dropped the ball on this one.
The balloons were delivered by 9:00pm, like I said, with one missing.
IF I were to use Disney F & G again, I would only order one item since you can t rely on them to deliver multiple items at the same time.

Update: I sent a brief email to D F & G just to let them know about the delivery experience and the missing balloon, and that the floral arrangement was beautiful. I received an immediate reply email apologizing and telling me that since I had already checked out and the missing balloon could not be delivered, a full credit is being issued for the balloons and delivery fee. I also received an immediate phone call. I wanted to add this follow up because I have read a lot of comments about bad customer service, and this, in my opinion, is excellent customer service.
