Great place to stay in metro. Their elevator was just fine.

The Serendipity Suites are the renovated rooms. There's still a few floors that have yet to be renovated and has a lower rate. Still, loved the three bedroom suites, perfect for big family gatherings.

Rooms are very comfortable and service is excellent like all discovery hotels.

The hotel location is good but for the rooms its just normal standard room for a hotel. Nothing fancy or nice. The hallways are quite dark and uncomfortable to walk around.

I have stayed in 3 bedroom suite with my parents, and my family at Discovery Suites in 25 ADB Ave, in Ortigas Center in first week of June for 5 days. Initial welcoming was the only part that could be better as i did not feel i was welcomed by the front desk as they seem to be busy doing their own things. Upon my 30 minute early arrival from New York, my room wasn't ready and they told me, they will call my parents mobile phone when it becomes ready read. But i never received call and i told myself, "this hotel stay maybe regretful" . But when i entered the my 3 bedroom suite rooms were spacious and had an excellent air conditioning. In the morning, we went down to the fifth floor for breakfast buffet and we were greeted well by Hoonie, breakfast restaurant manager and her staffs(Joan) who had nice smiles, I had observed carefully if they were just superficial, but they were genuinely attentive to needs of every customer in the breakfast area and provided an excellent service .Also, house keeping did a great job by making up the rooms in prompt manner and catering to our special requests( needed safety pins and nail clipper). Finally, security personnel directing the traffic by the hotel drive way during the afternoon did an amazing job assisting every guests especially my handicap parents. Staff, like them truly represents great image about the hotel, not to mention, Philippines.
Normally, i do not write reviews when my stay is" ok or good" but i felt this review was necessary for future guests and hotel personnel, who needs be recognized.

Despite its age the hotel still delivers! But honestly it's time for a makeover!

WiFi has been broken throughout my entire stay. They say they are working on it, but it has cost me more than $60 in data fees from my mobile provider.

I booked last 3rd of December in advance and paid as it is required prior to our check-in which is 14th if December 2019. They let me wait for 3 hours, they provided me the complimentary drink which is in 22F. I understand that I have to wait for at least 60mins. When I followed up 2x to the reception over the phone since the lobby is located in GF and i was in 22F by that time, no one bothered to come and get concerned of me. I was having migraine that time while waiting and then I had no choice but to go back to lobby and personally ask them of the delay. The First reason was due to AC (fixing them for the past 3 hrs.). Then they asked me to fall in the line and asked for ID for the 2nd time. I told them "No!" I do not have my ID it was in the lounge area (22F) and that I passed by because I haven't received any response from when I was in the 22nd. It made me felt irritated when I this receptionist guy kept on entertaining inquiries from other guests which were not falling the line. The 2nd reason was they said that the housekeepers are still cleaning. That was the time when I asked them to provide me any alternative or upgrade. I think deserved to have an upgrade due to almost 3 hours of waiting time. Overall they were able to extend my checkout from 12pm to 4pm with a complimentary fruits. But again it was the time that I wasted due to these type of service that they have. And please do not entertain any guests if you are still in front of PWD customer. You guys especially the reception are unreliable, ineffective and incompetent. I'm sorry I am just so disappointed. Learn how to prioritize those people who properly waited on the line.

Nice place to stay. Staffs are very friendly and cost effective. Rooms are very neat and maintained well. They will give warm welcome to customers. Really impressive.

My expectation of this 4-star hotel in terms of good customer service was not met. We had a problem with how the Front Desk Officer handled our booking. We re supposed to receive our complimentary drinks of our choice based on our booking made via their mobile promotion. The FDO was insisting that our chosen drink is not part of the options so they cannot serve it. However, we have our hotel booking confirmation that clearly states its inclusion. Finally we got the drinks served but she was not even apologetic for the miscommunication or for being uninformed about the hotel s new promotions. My point here is not fighting for those drinks but for ensuring that this type of hotel should properly implement and orient their frontliners on how to give exceptional service or at least meet their guests expectations.

Though noticeably this hotel has aged, its amenities are still acceptable for the night s rate and breakfast buffet was great.

The pool was small and mostly the kids use it. The fitness center was ok and there s a trainer on duty.

I would have given 4stars if not for the bad encounter with the FDO.

And oh, take note there s a bathtub but no bidet.

The staff there are very accommodating and friendly.

Much loved it.. coz of more space.. much relaxing weekend.. rooms are really amazing and having beautiful view and great resort..

The place is on the the heart of Pasig City. Very convenient place, close the Podium Mall and Mega Mall.

I was here just to pick up someone, security guards in the front are quite strict on picking up someone, i suggest that you make them go done as early as possible to keep the wait time below 2mins

Average suites, low light, provide only 600ml water for a day, which is very less. Charges are high for all services.
Room service take is not really excited.

Good hotel for small families as majority of their rooms are 1 bedrooms. Good WIFI speed and most rooms are newly renovated. Breakfast is good as well. Swimming pool is a bit small. Gym is good size and fairly new equipment available. Not crowded on weekends

The first time I've stayed in this hotel attending a Regional Conference. The hotel's location are just walking distance to the biggest shopping complex. The staff are very polite and humble including the Philippinos lovely and kind citizens. And strictly no smoking in the PUBLIC.

I love the bed, so comfy and really gave me a good night sleep.. breakfast is okay, but could be better.

Very hospitable and comfortable rooms. While facilities are good and room furnishings are good, some fittings or floorboards show wear. Service is great. Breakfast however, is a letdown for me.

The hotel offers elegance and comfort. I book a birthday staycation for my daughter and she was greeted with a birthday cake in the room. Comfortable beds and wide space. My daughter enjoyed the pizza making in the kids club as well. Plus it's close to the different malls like podium and megamall. It's a place where groups, solo or family traveller can enjoy.

I have been here twice because of the hospitality and the services of Hotel discovery.

For people with breeding that's for sure. But hey, its easy to commute here which is a plus. Its walking distance from mega. The food is great, the banquet administrator is pretty, I kinda like her.

The room looks like a condo with 1 bedroom. The room is clean and refreshing. Its wide. It is very convinient. The pool is soooo cold. 4 ft. The breakfast buffet is very nice. I so love the place.
