My expectation of this 4-star hotel in terms of good customer service was not met. We had a problem with how the Front Desk Officer handled our booking. We re supposed to receive our complimentary drinks of our choice based on our booking made via their mobile promotion. The FDO was insisting that our chosen drink is not part of the options so they cannot serve it. However, we have our hotel booking confirmation that clearly states its inclusion. Finally we got the drinks served but she was not even apologetic for the miscommunication or for being uninformed about the hotel s new promotions. My point here is not fighting for those drinks but for ensuring that this type of hotel should properly implement and orient their frontliners on how to give exceptional service or at least meet their guests expectations.

Though noticeably this hotel has aged, its amenities are still acceptable for the night s rate and breakfast buffet was great.

The pool was small and mostly the kids use it. The fitness center was ok and there s a trainer on duty.

I would have given 4stars if not for the bad encounter with the FDO.

And oh, take note there s a bathtub but no bidet.
