The rooms are newly renovated. They are clean. The bed is comfortable. However, the aircon in our room did not cool that much during our stay. The breakfast buffet is okay.

In terms of delivery, we had a smooth transactions because of the cooperation and helpful kind of the security guards and staff as well. Thank you very much for the assistance. Good day to everyone

Cozy and warm hotel. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Nice facilities. Coffee at the restaurant (22 Prime) was great! We visited the hotel for the Earth Day celebration & it was great! Lights off from 8:30 to 9:30 in the evening, with the performance from musician JP Hernandez (Talahib, Kamala, Kalinaw, Tropical Depression, Saffron to name a few).

Conveniently located in the shopping district with 4 large malls within 5 - 10 mimutes walk. Most rooms do not have window view since it's closely sandwiched by two other buildings. Services are satisfactory. Noises coming from large partying group next door could be a bit of problem during holiday season since the management does not limit number of guests that may visit each suite.

I think they have to improve on their check in counter especially on group check in. We waited for about 20mins. They did it manually on papers.

Stayed here a couple of times with friends. Service is fast, suites are large enough for a barkada, and there are even cooking utensils if you feel the urge to cook while staying there. The breakfast buffet is superb.

Excellent hotel to stay in their suites. Fully loaded and services. Staff is very hospitable and go an extra mile to keep the customers happy. Very proactive in planning you travels or other requirements. Always make me feel speacial with welcome notes

I lived here for about 5 months and I can say without a doubt to they work to take care of their clientele. Rooms are cleaned very well, food is good, and the plants are well placed on the outside of the rooms so it gives a nice fresh clean feeling .

Feel home when you are away from home. Spacious room with kitchen and dining area. In addition you have living space.

Absolutely a Fantastic hotel to live in Manilla. It is in the heart of Manilla. Many shops like SM megamall, Podium, Robinson etc are just walking distance from the hotel.

Wonderful place! Good to stay with your family during holidays and weekends to unwind from the hassle of workloads. Relax and enjoy swimming and hot tubs and be refreshed. Come and experience their hospitality. They also have lots of menus of foods to choose from to enjoy with. Be there and enjoy!

Great service, excellent breakfast, WIFI was a little Iffy for a few days

Booking for our expats here, their services are good and friendly staffs. The place is near The Podium Mall (in front) while SM Megamall and Robinsons Galleria are walking distance only.

Good Hotel. Comfortable Quiet . Friendly Employee. Clean rooms. Good sleeping. Only pool some small.

Huge and nice rooms .. A bit dated but still a good place to stay at. Lil renovation will make it better.

Discovery Suites was able to highly maintain their facilities and building with excellent condition despite the fact that is has been over a decade. Furnitures, appliances and overall feel and design is still updated giving it a modern feel. The rooms are very spacious with big bathrooms.

This is a typical nice place but not so ok service.

Dissapointed in overall service. This is based on 4 incidents that happened.

1. We called in at 1pm to ask for an early check in since regular check in time is at 3pm and gave the information who will do needed paperwork. My colleague who came in first processed the requirements for us to check in. She filled out paper had her id photocopied then just to tell her that they need the one who reserved the place. All those effort that ended up with nothing.

2. Everyone arrived at 3pm only to find out they gave out our room. We requested two units of 3 br on the same floor or just beside together. They ended giving us the first room at 5pm. Which is 2 hours late having us to adjust our agenda for the day. They gave out 3 pizzas and juice to compensate for the trouble but still its wasted time. This is considering we did our part to call in advanced.

3. Second batch came asking for the key card. They were given a room that is under a different name. We corrected immediately but front desk was insistent. We told them 3x that we do not know the person and look for our second room and to our surprise they gave it our again ending up getting the rooms on different floors. Asking for a swap, since the guest has not checked in yet. They seem to lack understanding to the point we gave up.

4. Since the we were checked in late and our agenda also started late, we requested to check out late at 5pm to maximize our payment and of course our stay. They wanted to charge us halfday for an hour extention and to my anger, I rebutted with "you should have discounted us when you got us checked in late". They further got us into a dission by telling us "we gave you pizzas and juices for the wait time". To the point of endless madness is just said "then give me my room discount and I will pay the pizza". Could not rebutt further we got the extension for 1 hr only.

5. BONUS ROUND - We asked for 3 buckets of ice since the stay was for a meeting and strat planning. In came in after 2 hours with 3 followup call. Take note they only gave us 1 bucket since they don't allow more than that. Which they can tell us ahead of time so we could have simply purchased somewhere when stores were still open.

I really love the place but management has to change. If this is the service I get here, I would expect the same with their other branches like Discovery Shores Boracay. This is also the first time I'll be rating a 1-star

I booked Discovery Suites from 28th Oct to 2nd November.

I had stayed there couple of times.
I sent the email a day before on 27th to arrange an airport transfer. I was disappointed to hear that they unable to accommodate this basic request and said this One day notice is insufficient for them. This is shame.

Neither I would think to stay next time at Discovery Suites Manila nor I would refer any of my colleagues. I gave them preference to Citadine and Joy Nostalg but unfortunately it appears their service standards have decreased. I hope rest of the service would be OK. I have already lowered down my expectations.

It's all about the availability of bath tub that made me happy. Place is very accessible to malls and restos, big and comfy beds, great customer service in the heart of Ortigas business district.

It is right in front of the Podium Mall, within walking distance to Mega Mall and Robinson Galleria, and a good location to stay in downtown Ortigas.
The room configuration is also a luxurious interior suitable for a 4-star hotel, but the building is a bit old.

Had an outstanding stay here, everything was beyond perfect. Would defiantly recommend to all my clients from the states! Even some of my clients that stayed in Marco Polo transferred to Discovery suites.

Discovery suites! This is a place, I can say I'm home!!!

Clean and spacious rooms. Kind personnel. Not stars because the pool is very small, breakfast often crowded and vegetarian options very little.

Location is ideal while the staff are so welcoming.

Room and service is good.. they just have to ditch the carpet...

We had a cozy overnight stay.

A hotel where you feel like at home. Situated at one of the cleanest and posh area of Manila where all your amanities are at walking distence. The staff is friendly and caring. The hotel sales team gives personal attention to their guests and carefuly listen and solve guest problems. Thanks to Ms. Biyanca & Ms. Angle for their courtesy and care.

Great spacious rooms. We stayed in a Junior Suite. It was well furnished and my children were comfortable and happy during our stay.

Close to Podium and SM Megamall. There are several good cafes in the area as well.

Nice place to stay and very accessible to shopping malls.

Used the Clermont room for a meeting. It was okay, in general. The space was a bit tight with the odd corners, but it was sufficient for our purposes.

Well secured and the guards greet you ever time you come in.

Just got home from my 2 week stay at Discovery Suites. There are so many amazing things I would love to say about this place I don't even know where to start!

From the moment you get out of your car... you are greeted with such amazing service. Every single person you pass says good morning/ afternoon / night. This place is clean and is located near two amazing malls just walking distance across the street. The Podium and Mega Mall.

Our room was equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room area and kitchen with microwave and stove. It was beautiful. Unfortunately not that great of views BUT that's not really something I expected.

They have a great gym, an amazing breakfast buffet and they kept delivering freshly baked goods, wine and other cute little gestures to say thank you for staying with them. My stay here was so pleasant and I would recommend for anyone to stay here if you're visiting.

The only thing is the pool isn't that nice at all... But come on, that's why the Philippines has beaches! They don't want you staying at hotel pools.

Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of the pool. Otherwise this place is excellent. Another perk is they have US . No need to use converters :)

I would like to thanks you for making me feel I'm not alone. I stayed in your hotel for 3 weeks and during this ECQ. I never felt so much lonely because your staff were amazing their smile and greeting makes me so comfortable. The house keeping were great. I will always be back in hotels and bring my family.

The place could have been better for a smoker like me if the they have smoking rooms or designated smoking area on the same wing of the building where our room is located.

We had several events held here. The staff are accomodating and very helpful. They will ensure that everything is in your liking. They participate in the earth hour.

This is the place where you and your company can properly discuss the plans and strategies for this year.
