I booked last 3rd of December in advance and paid ...

I booked last 3rd of December in advance and paid as it is required prior to our check-in which is 14th if December 2019. They let me wait for 3 hours, they provided me the complimentary drink which is in 22F. I understand that I have to wait for at least 60mins. When I followed up 2x to the reception over the phone since the lobby is located in GF and i was in 22F by that time, no one bothered to come and get concerned of me. I was having migraine that time while waiting and then I had no choice but to go back to lobby and personally ask them of the delay. The First reason was due to AC (fixing them for the past 3 hrs.). Then they asked me to fall in the line and asked for ID for the 2nd time. I told them "No!" I do not have my ID it was in the lounge area (22F) and that I passed by because I haven't received any response from when I was in the 22nd. It made me felt irritated when I this receptionist guy kept on entertaining inquiries from other guests which were not falling the line. The 2nd reason was they said that the housekeepers are still cleaning. That was the time when I asked them to provide me any alternative or upgrade. I think deserved to have an upgrade due to almost 3 hours of waiting time. Overall they were able to extend my checkout from 12pm to 4pm with a complimentary fruits. But again it was the time that I wasted due to these type of service that they have. And please do not entertain any guests if you are still in front of PWD customer. You guys especially the reception are unreliable, ineffective and incompetent. I'm sorry I am just so disappointed. Learn how to prioritize those people who properly waited on the line.
