Weber Metals goes out of their way to support the community, especially in education. They are looking at their relationship with the community as a long term investment. My experience with them has been extremely positive.

What ever it is do not work in maintenance department. The managers there are terrible they only care for them selves, its really hard to get a raise. They are cheap and would do anything to start you off at the lowest pay as possible.
They make too much non noise i live in the other side of the railroad and at 3am is like if they don't care of there neighborhood they drop metals so loud
Bad company to work for. All management cares is the benefit of the company and themselves. The mor the sell and ship out, the more profit they get. Employees are the last of their worries. supervision and management rush us to get work out and make us work overtime. even if we are tired, they refuse to give us a break and makes us work OT to get more work out. they deny cavation or time off becaus they need people at work. sometimes we work 7 days. When a machine gets broken, they dont do good fix and tell to keep using it until we finish our job. we get no support from management and they run a business out of favoritism. in order to be promoted, we have to kiss there buts or have seniority. more than half of our supervisor cant even use our basic system to communicate or get work. they ask us to help them out becus we understand it better than them. when it comes to askin for a promotion, they either say, there are no spots available or that we need more skills. we do more work than what we have to and we dont even get a praise for it. we sometime get told to do work we dont get paid for doing but we have to otherwise they write us up. when somthing happens, they point fingers at everyone else but themselves.
