Terrible store management. Not even telling their employees when another employee is being tested for COVID. A company that can t care for their employees in a pandemic probably doesn t care too much for their customers as well

Staff is attentive to your needs and if you are a black card member (spend more than $3,000 annually), you will receive special invites for members only events and member onlyndisvounts.

I hate their return policy. I brought a pair of jeans for my hubby less than a week an he took off the tags cause he thought it fit him .., an when I went to return with the receipt the Indian lady questions and assume that my husband has wore it and refused to accept my return so long story short I asked for manager an she finally accept it. The customer was standing behind me telling her. Ma'am the jean looks brand new an it does not seem like her husband wear them. Anyway Dillard I will NOT going to spend my dime on you ever again. I hope you Dillard goes bankruptcy!!!!!

I am very disappointed on how my wife was treated when making a return for me at the North East Mall store. She had the receipt and all the tags, and it was returned the very next day!! The sale person had to call a manager to take care of the return for some reason, then the manager acted very condescending and rude to her.

Jasmine in the Origins shop is very helpful. She had great product knowledge, fantastic tips about sales and store events and was attentive that my partner had a small cut on his arm and got him some wet towels to clean up with before it ruined his white long sleeve sweater. Fantastic in store experience, we spent more than what we normally would have because she explained the product values and gift set details. Thank you!

Really disappointed on their shoes department. Bought some heels that hurt my feet so bad so I took them back to return them and was told I couldn't since I wear them. The manager gave me the option to stretch them so I left them there and she took my information and said they would call me once they were ready to pick up (this was on a Monday). I called 5 days later since I've not receive a call. The lady who took the call told me they are ready and I can pick them up anytime. I let her know that no body called me to let me know and her replied was, "oh I didn't know we were supposed to call you "....looks like manager and her employees don't know how to communicate.

Huge women's clothing department on the second floor. There's a wide range of prices from sale to designer. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you like to walk and browse, this is the place for you. I bought two nice blouses here.

DO NOT SHOP HERE THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY DURING COVID AT AL!!!!!!! Witnessed with my own eyes an elderly women throw up in the fitting room by the bathing suits and they continued to let people in the same room to try on clothes before it had been cleaned and when it was cleaned all they did was brush it into the fibers of the carpet with a wet brush and THAT'S IT! That is absolutely not how you clean and protect customers during a pandemic. The store manager is the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life telling customers directly that it is not their responsibility to clean the store and if they don't like it they can leave. DO NOT SHOP HERE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY

Came into this job knowing that reviews weren t that great and I received exactly what was written on reviews. Dillards in the Northeast Mall had the most wonderful employees and that are willing to help a customer out and I was the same way... there was nothing wrong with my coworkers they were also beyond giving to the employees. I gave them my all above and beyond... came into work on time, did as I was told to... what more can you ask for. Got fired because of sales... just because I couldn t make it doesn t mean you fire someone. Commission job in the shoe department is a difficult job to compete at. Oh must I say, you would Dillards would provide you a coffee machine and also raises the prices up on a vending machines the store is already expensive to buy merchandise. Like I said you ll the people who works there but not Dillards... it s like using their employees as slaves.

Horrible customer service in the Watches department in this store. I have always shop in Dillards, not anywhere else. Spending thousands of money in this store should get the customers the service they deserve.

The manager over the women s shoe department is very RUDE. I went in today to return shoes, that i was not able to return due to the stores being closed because of Covid. Well the 2 week extension only applies if u purchased items in store. I was told i should have sent the items back via mail how i purchased and pay $10 to return an uncomfortable shoe.. While he and i were talking he made no effort to assist or make me feel better about the situation he actually walked off leaving another associate to handle it. Also speaking AT me as he walked off saying i could get a gift card. I will not shop here again because the customer service is HORRIBLE. I went to another Dillard s and had NOOOOOO problem returning the items. What a coincidence....

So I choose Dillards at this location assuming that if I make a major purchase, the warranty will be honored. I purchase a $2000 Simmons mattress with a 10 year warranty and 3 years later the mattress is coming apart. I call 3 diffetent numbers (I keep having to talk to someone else); and each time I am told that Dillard s doesn t do business with Simmons anymore and I have to call Simmons instead. Plus they can t look up my name to give me the date or info to gove to Simmons. So come to find out, warranties are only good if Dillards still does business with the company. This is for ANY product I am told. Otherwise you have to go to manufacturer. Appliances, furniture, linens, you name it. The warranty is fundamentally worthless. Regretably I and my parents have done business with Dillards for decades. Believing they stand behind what they sell. i should be glad I haven t had a purchase of this magnitude fail. My advice, don t buy any furniture or expensive item with an extended warranty at Dillards. It s a scam. If they drop the supplier - you re the loser - warranty or not. Itonically if I had purchased a Sterans and Foster, Fillatds would help me. Come on. A customer is a customer. Dillards recommended and sold me the Simmons. Lesson learned as this was not what I expected.

First time shopping here. Salespersons seemed snobby. No one wants to shop where you feel unwelcome. The restrooms were very smelly and the carpet in the shoe area was dirty. A lot just needed updating and maybe it is the mall management who decides this but just thought it would have had a nicer facility being how much the merchandise costs. Guess I just expected different.

It's huge they have things for different budgets. Easy to find gifts and when they have sales they are big. You can buy anything from a great quality suit to jeans or baby items and furniture too.

Had a blast helping a male friend shop for an entire new wardrobe the other day. The sales person was there and helpful, but did not hover. The selection was good - we ended up with 25 pieces!

Nicer and cleaner than most of its contemporaries. Men's clothing prices are fair but selection seems to be missing that "something". Staff was very polite and restrooms are the Cadillac of the mall.

They have great sales AND they have experts in every department ready to help if needed. ((Unlike. Macy's who has very little help and if you find a person to help they are Not as well trained)
