Brought my father today to be fitted for new some new suits. The service he received was top notch. They made him feel so special, taking the time with a senior citizen.

It's just what you would expect from any other Dillards. Great shopping experience.

I have to be in a good relaxed mood to shop here. It's just so much stuff and you have to go through and try on everything because there are no exchanges or refunds after purshases.

I love the additional percentages off. It makes for a good sale.

If I could give them Zero stars I would, totally unhelpful / unwilling to help. This has happened MULTIPLE times shopping here, definitely will be taking my business to a different Dillard s.

I've been going to this Dillard's Clinique for awhile and, I've got to say that I'm pretty disappointed in my last trip.

I would like to start this review by saying that I have self doubt in my image. It's taken a LOT of time for me to feel as if I'm just a SMIDGE of pretty.

I made a trip to Clinique because I was completely out of eye make up remover. I grabbed exactly what I needed and walked up to the counter. The lady behind the counter took a look at me and she goes, "I see you're breaking out. Would you like a sample of concealer?" Now normally this would have been fine because, it's her job to DO this. Here's what's not okay: she points at each blemish on my face as she says it.

You know, I don't think I have ever been as embarrassed in that moment about a pimple/zit and, I went to HIGH SCHOOL.

Dear Lady who has the social graces of a cow,

Make up is meant to ENHANCE. It's NOT MEANT to conceal your imperfections. I'm not going to cake make up on my face because, "it's the social standard," as you so greatly worded it. I'll go to Macy's from now on.

The store looked good, the employees looked friendly. What I expect from a Dillards store, but nothing that will excite me.

We went there to look for full official man attire. Entering the men's section we found a jucket we like when we were greeted by Don Murray (well dressed himself) and the rest was just pleasant experience! He took it upon himself to suggest the other pieces, patiently waiting for me to test multiple items, debate indecisive among us, and providing highly valuable advice and reasoning for each item. We ended up buying the full set in under 30 min. Thank you, Don!

One of the best Dillard's I've ever shopped in. Always neat clean and well staffed with friendly people.

Very nice everything there was nice and clean the place was beautiful the some employees even gave my child a free cookie and me some free sample cologne it was totally awesome

Toni at the service desk is so helpful. Her manner is professional and her service is superd. Out of my years shopping here, Toni made my visit well worth the drive.

I'm sorry I do not have a small size women's shoes (5-5,5), which is a frequent department store.

I use the salon kim is the best she talks to you asks questions to see what you want .then will help you achieve your goal.

This Dillard's does not exist anymore. Evidently at one time business was so bad they had to close it. I went to Macy's there instead. Yet they did not fully stock what I am used to finding. I am going to go to the one on 75 to find what I want. If they don't have it, I know Macy's will.

Love to shop at this store. Staffs are nice and friendly. I shop at this location for more than 26 years and always happy!!!

last minute Christmas shopping for DIL Christmas Eve PJs. nice selection for more conservative folks. not a lot for juniors. actually ended up with a nice Ralph Lauren nightshirt for myself, as well. men's fragrances was overly solictious (commission?).

Needs a remodel bad. Dressing rooms and bathrooms are old and gross.

Good store diversity of brands and offers at the time I went to shoes

For shopping during the Thanksgiving weekend the staff were very attentive and friendly. They even price matched and checked other locations.

Purchased a suit and shoes. The Selling Business Manager, Mr. Harvick, did an outstanding job. Unfortunately when time came to pick up the suit, the sales rep on site really did not want me there. I should not have to ask if I may try the suit for proper alterations nor should I have to ask for a garment bag so as to take it home cleanly.

The staff looked either sad, depressed, angry or scowling the whole time i was there. Got a very judgemental vibe when I was there with my boyfriend. Its 2019/2020 people get with the program.

Ask the employees about how they feel working there.

Was literally followed around the store for 20 mins. Obviously trying to see if I was going to steal even tho I had other bags in my hand. Will never return.

Two years in a row I went to buy my daughter school shoes, both years I was treated with complete disrespect and ignored. This year by FIVE GIRLS. THREE behind the register, and two on the floor. One employee walked out of her way NOT to acknowledge us. The children s show department completely sucks, and if I could give a big FAT ZERO I would.

Just spent 15 minutes in the show department and none of sales staff approached me to offer a distance or even acknowledge. It was not a busy time as I noticed to sales staff doing nothing. I normally don't post ratings but I was compelled to rate this poor customer service experience. I wanted to make a purchase but this poor customer service only encouraged me to go spend my money at another store.

Way too many perfume counters right at the door. Sales clerks arent very engaging, they pretty much ignored us until we asked a question. Clean sales floor and bathrooms at least.

One of my favorite stores! They have a nice selection as well as sizes from young to old , as well as plus and tall.

Every time I go to Dillard's I always find what I want and sometime it be a reasonable price and sometime not but I always catch a cell and I get good customer service there I have never been at a dealers where I didn't get customer service because they are pricey so thanks for having good customer service Dillard's

Went to purchase clothing for my grandson who wanted dress pants for travel. We did most of the searching yourself. Purchased 2 nice pair. Then went to the men's shoes. An older gentleman helped purchase men's shores for our 13 year old that wears men's shoes. We were able to purchase a pair that did not cost a fortune. Just perfect.

Andrew in kiehls was very professional and gave me a great facial.

Best place to get perfume and colonge for me and my son. Love this place
