Great looking store; nice merchandise; wonderful mall. Please do some fun in person shopping, grab a bite at the food court, and keep our malls open! It's great for you, great for the workers, and great for the city (cities).

I go to the MAC store every other day..love this store

I went to 5 different clothing departments and not a single associate was to found. Customer service is horrendous.

I just loves the beauty of the big Department store! Everything is elegantly displayed and organized! All the staff is professional and polite! Reminds me of when I was a kid and my mom would take us school or Christmas shopping!

I love Dillards and they always have a sale on something.

For those of you who need to shop for petites...Dillards at North East mall in Hurst is a great place to go! Head to the 3rd floor and get ready for some options!

The products are nice but the selections are utter chaos. Very clean looking but impossible to navigate through all of the brands. if you are looking for a specific brand you will have a hard time. I am a tall skinny Male and there are literally no products that fit me.all in all I am very disappointed with the price points with very few discounts and the terrible music they play.

Lots of options for people of all sizes but most of the people here are quite snobby and rude for example one lady looked me in the eye and said I had big feet also when you have questions or are ready to checkout everybody is playing on their phones and NOT even thinking about you

I used to love this store.For years they have cut staff back to one per entire floor. It has not improved. Shop Amazon for better service.

Pricey for the same products as Macy's. But the store is more organized and they sell Ug.

Enjoyed my trip to Dillard's it had been a while & it was a very enjoyable trip! The customer service was Excellent! Every Sales Associate I encountered was very pleasant & helpfull even thought it was the Christmas Season & the stores were crowded. I found excatllt what I was looking for in the Men's departmen, the Women's department & The Home Good's Department - Specialty Christmas Ornaments, Clothes, & Accessories for those special people in my family.

Great sale on formal dresses! I came in to look for a dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. A big thank you to Rose in Dillard's women's department. She is fantastic!! I tried on several dresses and I did find one that I liked. I looked at a few other stores, but I came back and purchased one from Rose!! Thanks again for the fantastic customer service!! You are the best!

Melissa Allen in Lingerie is the best sales person I have ever met. She doesn't get flustered; she is so polite. She never makes one feel that u r taking too long on the transaction. She really knows her products. When I bought my bras, she brought out 3. I bought the first two because she was so accurate in picking my size. She makes what could be an embarrassing situation so professional that I immediately felt comfortable. She's not pushy. I wish I could come more often, but I live in Oak Cliff and it takes me about an hour to get to the Dillards in North East Mall. And there's a Dillards near me in Cedar Hill. I like it, too, but I feel so comfortable with Melissa that I make the drive as often as I can. Thank you.

The young lady who helped me with my shoe choices on August 1st. was excellent. She was kind and I enjoyed my time with her. She deserves a big raise! I also was delighted in the prices for my bling shoes! Thank you Dillard's and thank you for having such a nice young lady working for you!

The place is great I sat around for 2 hours while my wife shop for makeup

Dillards is hit and miss. It really just depends on who is at work that day. It has been times I got great service in the shoe department but could not find someone to help me buy a watch. Same floor.

This store has nice goods and it's always quiet to shop.

Probably the worst shopping experiences I ve ever encountered. I came with a friend and his son to shop for a few items and immediately some obvious undercover rent a fake cop was following my friend around the store.
We decided to shop elsewhere.
I personally felt like it was racial profiling.
I hope it wasn t but there s no telling as we will never return.

i would give it zero if i could, please don t shop in this store if ur African American. me and my friend were profiled in this store for all of 40minutes. being followed by the people working there while we were trying to shop the whole time.

So I used to love this place , but lately everytime I go I feel that the stuff is always checking On you , to see if you trying to steal something , like the other they I saw a shirt with a price and when I was ready to pay it the lady's said this is not the right place and also she asked me if I did changed it , that's was really offense to me because i was there to pay not to steal I have the money to buy it and I saw the special on it and I wanted to buy it ... I been in other stores and north eats mall like Jc penny or maycy's etc , and they don't that .. they always give trust when you go to these places ...

It was ok. I only shop here when they have additional 30 or 40% off sale, they don't hassle me, I get to shop in peace

Call for men's gloves the operator said she could ring a department near the phone rang for who knows, no one picked up. Lovely?!!!!!

I was shopping for my granddaughter, the most beautiful girl outfit and shoes

Dillard's is my go to for shopping. Unfortunately, my daughter, did not find what she was looking for. I did find a few things as per my usual experience there. We were not engaged by any staff.

If I could give negative stars I would. I received a kitchenaid mixer as a Christmas gift this past year from my mother. When she bought it the sales person told her it was silver. When I got it home we realised it was actually blue. So of course we wanted to exchange it. We took it back to our local Dillards and explained that it was a Christmas gift. Not only did they give us a hard time about not having a receipt but they also would not do a straight exchange because it was no longer on sale. They said in order to exchange it we would have to pay the $200 difference. The machine was already purchased and the sales person had given my mother incorrect information but that did not matter. Needless to say I now have a blue mixer that sits I my closet because it does not match the rest of my kitchen. O find it outrageous that they would not allow us to exchange the item!!!!!
