Yep, sounds like I made a HUGE mistake buying my 2006 honda hybrid. 78,000 miles. Gas mileage has been dropping like a lead balloon over the last year or two. Now I am getting 28mpg and it (recalibrates) every couple minutes. Called my local honda dealership where it was purchased(Dick Hannah Vancouver WA) and told them the issues and they said to bring it in a they will replace the battery .LIARS!!!!! When I come in to drop the car off they take my keys and now say they will run diagnostics check that will cost me $125, completely different story over the phone. Typical bait and switch to get you in there and charge $125. needless to say, I got in a huge argument with the service manager and i am not a yeller/confrontational guy. they finally agreed to do diagnostic check at no charge (ya right, probably parked out back for 3 hrs and handed me back the keys). So I try to get some specifics about the diagnostic test and get nowhere. How much battery is left I ask and they couldn t answer it. So your telling me you ran a test on the battery to check if it is good but don t know how much battery life is left BS. They say they give the information online service techs and get an answer from them. So i ask if I can contact these online service techs .nope. I ask if I can have a print out of the diagnostic procedure . any evidence that anything was done ..nope, all I get is the battery is fine. Called Honda America no help until the IMA light comes on. There is no way a honda hybrid should be getting 28mpg, I feel cheated and will never ever buy honda again. I will tell everyone that will listen DO NOT BUY HONDA!!!! For a company of this size to not only turn there back on there customer but use SUBTERFUGE by inserting new software to get out of replacing an obvious defect/bad battery is criminal. BAD service, BAD car, BAD corporation.

I was in need of purchasing a new, reliable vehicle, in a rather short amount of time and was very new to the process. I went to Dick Hannah and worked with Aundraya and only have good things to say about her, the car, and the whole process! Aundraya was friendly, funny, very nice, and very honest about pricing and what would work best for me considering what I was looking for. I felt like I was being treated as a friend the entire time, and even though the process was new to me Aundraya walked me through step by step and answered all my questions. I never realized how quick and painless purchasing a new car can be! I was impressed with their inventory and sales associates and can bet that the next time I need a vehicle I'll be coming back!

Unfriendly staff, we went in to buy a used car and we clearly were not on the important list. People walking in wanting to buy brand new cars were getting helped first. We were just scum on their shoes because we were not going to make them a pretty penny. We will never go back nor do I recommend anyone going there.

Good experience. Brought our Fit in for a window switch replacement (safety recall). The staff were friendly, helpful, did their best to get us in and get to work quickly. The tech we worked with, Mike Johnson, did a great job. Nice guy, friendly, personable, funny. While working on the window switch, he discovered that our tires were dangerously worn. The dealership didn't have the right tires immediately available, so he called the tire place down the street for us, made sure they had the right tires, and told them we were coming (it was about 15 minutes to closing time). Then he got us checked out quick, so we could make it before the tire place closed. That's praiseworthy customer care: when you make sure the customer is taken care of, even when it means sending them to another business. In the long run, the earned customer loyalty and good word of mouth are well worth it.

Just purchased a new CRV at Dick Hannah Honda and worked with John Lehman. He made the buying the car a truly positive experience. I appreciated his transparency throughout the entire process. There were no surprises. He even called me the next day to see if I had any follow up questions. Thanks John for all your help to make this such a positive experience.

One month ago I purchase an Hyundai Genesis 5.0 from Dick Hannah's 122nd & Burnside location, reported by my sales Rep James to be Mr. Hannah own Demo. At the point of purchase I inquired about the spare key and was assured by both the sales rep and the finance person they would retrieve the key and turn it over to me, a month later and four visits to the dealership still no key. When I expressed my disappointment, to my surprise I was offered a deal to take back my trade-in, return the vehicle and act like it never happened. An effort to sweep this poor customer service under the rug. This is only one complaint I have with this dealership. They seemed to think I should pay for a key Mr. Hannah lost.

Van was extremely friendly and helpful in providing all the information I was seeking in my car buying decision. I never felt any pressure during my time at the dealership. The only con I found when working with Van was his affinity for the Lakers. Thanks again for all of your help!

Our first contact with Dick Hannah dealerships was...

Our first contact with Dick Hannah dealerships was Sandy Silva. She introduced us to Sue Heath. Both did an excellent job with the sales process - great listeners and eager to take care of our needs. Sue followed up with us throughout the sales process. Jason helped secure our insurance information so we could take the car home. Missy explained the paperwork and was very expedient and thorough in the process. Sue followed up with us the next day and is checking out some options to help us customize our car.

We look forward to continuing our auto business with our new Fit at this dealership!

We just completed another service appointment with Che, Service Advisor. This time, we ended up on a wait list for a recall on the air bag safety system. The dealership provided us a loaner car for a few months waiting for the part. Che kept us informed throughout the process. He was very informative and helpful, exceeding out expectations.

It was a great experience, not like a typical car deal. No pressure, no haggling, nice change.
Nick, our salesman, was diligent and attentive to what we needed, he made it a genuine pleasure to work with, I would (and have) recomend you folks to anyone end everyone I know!

I honestly ABHOR going to dealerships, the smell of those places give me the creeps and the salesmen are so pushy. But my Fiance and I needed a car so we stopped by this location. We still havent made a decision but we were helped by a man named Chris Nelson and he was a delightful young man. We may come back for a car and I will definitely make sure to ask for him again.
