BEWARE! We bought a 2010 Civic EX-L in 2010 and had one of the best buying experiences ever working with Scott Doyle so naturally we came back to trade it in and purchase our 2012 Accord. Apparently some changes had occured internally with the buisness in the past 2 years so when we came into buy the 2012 Accord we felt like we were at a cheap used car lot, the sales manager kept telling us he couldnt do anything for us and high balling offers saying he coulnt do anything about it, offering high interest rates with low trade in values. So we decided to leave and then they lowered everything deciding to play ball? kinda felt like they were out to screw us over? so we made the purchase because we got what we wanted but then the trunk started to leak on the Accord and dealing with the Service Dept was even worse than the recent sales transaction, we have brought our Accord in 3 times for the trunk leaking and its doing it again? at this point all the carpet and fiber board has been so water logged that its in need of replacment and i cant seem to get anybody to call me back? i guess the Service Dept thinks that if they dont address the issue it will just go away? after this last experience with Dick Hannah Honda in Vancouver, WA. we will never recommend this place to anybody or do buisness here again.
