I will never shop from this place .
You want to know why
First they look very friendly
Then they tell you how much your Car will coat you .
But that never happened
For a Honda Fit which it was 20000$ . I ended up paying 270000
Please be carful
I know when you buy a new car you get exited.
These guys are extremely trained to fool you

Jae Lee was absolutely fantastic! He worked with me through the whole process til late at night, he was patient, not pushy and extremely professional.
He answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently, and most important he did his best to give me the best price that would work for me.
I can't say enough great things about this place and about Jae. I will recommend this dealership to anyone else looking to lease or purchase a car.

Worst experience ever. Came here to change the battery. Dropped the car off at 730am, came back at 530pm and it's still not done yet. I would have gone to auto zone and get this done in 30 mins and pay less for the battery. Don't come here to service your car. They don't care about customer service.

Came here last month with my mom and I could finally got a brand new Civic as my first car I m so so happy!! The sales person named Jae Lee, he s so professional. We talked online first and decided to go there. He made sure I was satisfied also Mom s satisfied of course lol and made sure it was the car we wanted. first off shuttle service made my wife late for work 20 minutes second of all was called by service writer and was told that my 2013 accord had been in a accident and the trunks vin number was different from the dash vin and for that reason they would not fix our back up camera under warranty.bought this car with 2 miles on it brand new told him no way this car was in a accident.was told sorry cant help you it was in a accident and its not covered under warranty.5 hours later after many calls to dealership service writer called back and said sorry was a paper work error and your car was never in a accident and we will fix camera.WOW before you call a customer and tell them the brand new car they bought has been in a previous accident you should double check your paper work.next they left all the wires exposed in the trunk looked so tacky next tried calling service manager from 1230pm to 630pm left messages never returned calls just a very bad experience people are human and we all make mistakes but we are talking about an overall breakdown in customer service and management

Sales agents Jimmy is very helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles. You will hear warm greeting once you step in. Alan at service department is very friendly and helpful. I usually don't need to wait too long to have my car doing regular service. Most of the time there's no line during weekdays. Sometime you will find good deal here.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!! In the beginning they all seem nice and polite and later they act full of irony, disrespect, and complete unprofessionalism!!!! I had been a loyal customer to them for a while and when I needed to resolve an issue regarding my car nobody had a response or a solution. I ended up calling to the central American Honda department in order to even notice me and pick up my call just to talk to me in a horrible, frustrated manner! I highly suggest to stay away of this dealership and certainly do not buy a car though them!!! The service department is quite fine, unlike the customer care and finance departments that could cause much trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Monday May 6rh I took my car in at the Honda in Puente Hills. I explained to the servuce rep Nicole that my honda shut off while driving on the freeway Friday night. The alternator was changed by my mechanic and it was a month ago. The Honda technician at the time said my car was not showing any code when it was ran through the diagnoistic system and it would hard to determain the issue. Nicole kept it for another day just to be sure. When I picked up my car Tuesday after work. I notice the headlights was still adjusting. I made an appointment and took it back again on Thursday morning. I showed Nicole what the lights were doing. She explained it might be the alternator because it was not the original part. Nicole was abke to lower the price I was originally quoted. She provided a shuttle ride to and from home. Joe the cashier gave my 2 kids chips which maybe small thing for others but for me, well it made me cry after the week that I've had. Danny the shuttle driver was kind and even picked us up from my kids school.

Went in for a Safety recall on my ODY.. DVD Player had load error .. knew power steering pump needs replacing.. asked for them to check it out.. get call ODY is ready.. I ask what is the diagnoses on the DVD player and power steering.. uhhhmm typing - all good - huh? explain the DVD will not play and displays load.. now am being told there is "magic" DVD that came with car to fix this error.. I have no DVD that came with the ODY, so I ask the dealer - do you have one?- no where can I get one? - not sure. Next up the power steering pump - I ask so what's the diagnosis - all good. I ask the dealer what did you fix? - nothing - I ask the dealer have you driven the car, knowing it takes a lot of effort to turn the wheel because of the issue with pump - dealer - yes it was difficult to turn the wheel I ask is that normal - No - I ask. When I brought it in I requested you diagnose this - dealer uhhmm the fluid looks little dirty. At this point I realize the dealer is going to continue to be politely unhelpful and I need to just go find a reputable mechanic who will actually try and fix my ODY issues.. I was hoping to get some service from the Dealer while the did the safety recall - I got 2 types of service from this dealer BAD service and NO service. I expect the dealer to be the experts, I can get this run around from the local gas station mechanic.. he might even actually diagnosis fix something.

I've had such an overall great experience buying my new 2017 Honda Civic EX-T with Honda Sensing. CHUNG LY was THE BEST and the sole reason I decided to purchase my car at Diamond Honda! I live all the way out in LA but he's the best salesperson I've ever encountered and I've encountered a lot of crappy ones while I was searching for this car. From the first time we spoke to the very end just absolutely AWESOME. AWESOME AWESOME customer service. He was very patient with me as I know I can be difficult to deal with but he was always kind, very thorough, super knowledgeable! He spent so much time with me going in detail every single aspect of the car to make sure he answered all my questions and then some. I seriously couldn't be happier! I love this guy - just a very nice person, friendly, absolutely genuine and SINCERE. Not just trying to take my money but making sure I was 100% satisfied and happy - which I definitely am! I'm so happy with his help and level of service I even said I'd write a letter to the GM - that's how ecstatic I was! I literally left saying multiple times this was the best car buying experience of my life and I've purchased over 3-4 cars. I really liked the finance guy Mason he was just as great! I recently just purchased my first car brand new 2019 civic SI off the lot. To begin, I have to say I am very satisfied with my experience here. This was my first time buying a car out of college and all on my own. I can say that my expectations of how I might feel buying a car for the first time around experienced salesmen went way better than what you d generally think. I was treated with respect, beyond well, accommodated based on my financial needs, and given time and the right information to make the perfect buy at the very minimum! This is a long term commitment and I have to say with the exceptional help from Roland, Jerry, Rigo, and the rest of the staff at diamond Honda. They earned a customer for many years to come!

I came in twice for my Honda Accord for its oil change and at the same time I get the package that rotates the tires and tops off the fluids. The first time they did everything correctly except that when I went to change the oils at home it s next service the oil filter was tighten so hard that I had to forcefully remove it with a flathead and a hammer. This most recent time I got the same service package but this time they did not top off any of my fluids and also when I complained about my battery as it was under warranty they said the battery was bad but that they weren t going to replace it but to instead keep an eye on it.

I had an appt for 2.30 pm and they promised it would be done by 4 pm.
Actually they started doing service on my car at 4 pm. So waited 1 1/2 hours for nothing.
My question is why they can take an appt time when in reality they can't keep the promise?
Suddenly get busy? From my understanding, if you give an appt time it means that the time slot is free and you get the opportunity to be served right away.
Not so good service.

I am so lost at words. First and foremost my family and I have been coming here to purchase our Honda s for years. We have bought over 3 cars and unfortunately I was in an accident and if that wasn t bad I had a horrible experience with Edgar Velazquez in finance who advised me he would help and send all the proper documts to the gap insurance to pay off the remainder of my balance on my loan. Which he delayed and didn t even advise me that I needed to sign some paper work after I had to go a second time to see him. He tried saying he offered me someone to do this the first time but I supposedly denied his help and said I wanted to do this on my own! Putting words in my mouth, and now I am behind a payment due to all this delay. I was excited to be working with him on purchasing a new vehicle after all this was taken care of unfortunately I am now going to ruin my mother and my own credit due to this.
