Really nice.

Really nice.
The kids liked it. The otters were a favorite.
Highly recommended.

They do really good marketing about this aquarium and the entrance ticket is rather expensive. And yes, the structure is very modern and impotent from the outside but I was not really impressed on the inside. The variety of fish is ok and they have a few interactive things for children but my expectations (based on how they market it) were higher. You can go through the 3 areas in just a few hours...The bathrooms were a bit smelly, there was a toilet with baby changing table "sign" but the table was missing so my wife had to change our baby girl almost in the air!...
They have a picnic area (nice because you can bring food from home) but to get a coffee or something from the coffee shop you have to queue at least 15 min. They should have dispensing machines to buy drinks and snacks on the side...
We were there on the 1st of January and the place was cold as hell!

Nice place to be a few hours is not so great compared to how many people are on weekends. However, the fish and aquariums are really great and the staff are always service-minded. And then you can get a little tired that it costs 10 kr each time you have to pick up something in your closet ...

Funny with a lot of fish, I have to say something, then it is that there is a lot of noise in there. Children are heard much more than elsewhere. Children screaming loudly, missing some sound dampening. But otherwise it is very exciting.

It's a nice aquarium, but it won't compare to the ones in Valencia or Barcelona. It is very expensive for adults. Exit through the souvenir shop is a cheap move, given that many people visit with kids, but prefer not to buy another plastic toy for them.

I was off in the summer holidays. But it wasn't until we arrived that it dawned on us that this is, of course, their peak season. We therefore ended up going again after 10min. Due screaming children everywhere. In general, it works also as a small and expensive place. My experience was therefore not particularly good.

Dan Bla Planet, is an educational centre about marine life built along the seafront. The architecture is not that impressive than that of the sea animals inside the aquarium. Good for family with children.

VERY BEAUTIFUL. Many Fish. Very clean. Polite Staff. Many souvenirs. Very big. It has a balcony at the end with snacks and refreshments with a beautiful of the ocean and windmills on the ocean.

Huge. So much to see, live feeding of sharks and others fish. Feeding of sea-lions. Di-sect an octopus! Tons and tons of aquariums and sealife. Also has a small tropical forest with parrots and other birds, and evil piranhas!

This is by far the most beautiful aquarium I ve ever been to! The architecture alone is worth a visit and the view over the sea is amazing.
The staff here is also super friendly.

The National Aquarium is a great place to visit but the new restaurant is not so kids friendly; the fish & chips dish served by the previous proprietor was a big hit with all of the family. The new one with squid and sweet potatoes instead of fries did not go well with the kids

This is a beautifully laid out museum, it was very easy to walk from section to section. There was plenty of information about the fish in the different tanks. The main Ocean tank was impressive, be sure to leave plenty of time towards the end to chill out and watch it. Getting there is straightforward if taking the metro, it's the last stop before the airport and less than 10 mins walk.

Definitely worth a visit. The wonderful variety and colors of the underwater world are always fascinating. For the children, stroking the rays was the big highlight. The seal feeding was also a great experience. Unfortunately, the audio guide is only available in Danish and English. The app for the audio guide is well done and very informative with photos and descriptions of the individual animals.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The building is beautiful, but the contents do not live up to the exterior.

Too little information about the fish, too few fish, too little correlation between the departments and too high a price of DKK 144 on sale.

We will not come again unless the place is rebuilt and out.

Amazon river fish are interesting. I cannot recollect if I saw them in other aquariums. However, the price of ticket is expensive ( 170DK=25 euro). The Caffeterias are empty because the prices are also very high. The worst are toilets that are for both men and women. This is very inconvenient for men who have to wait in a queue and for women who have to smell very stinky male urine. Such toilets have to be seen as dangerous places for kids where they can be caught by pedofiles. The underminor kids are only placed near women in the airplanes for their safety. Why should they share toilets with the men?

Ok

World class! Easy layout to move from section to section and a wonderful picnic area to bring your lunch! Massive lifelike exhibits and very educational with interactive information terminals for each exhibit.

Sweet aquarium at an affordable price. Because of Corona, the tickets could only be booked online, which was not a problem. The aquarium is easy to reach in 15 minutes from downtown Copenhagen by metro.

There are lockers for 10 crowns (or 1 euro) to rent on site. The aquarium has both a tunnel and two small stands where you can have a look at the water basins.

The Blue Planet looks flashy on the outside with its maelstrom-like shape, but inside it simply works miserably.
There is ALWAYS too little space for the many people you shut in - both in the entrance, the cloakroom, the cafe and at the aquariums themselves. The only place you can get some air is out on the playground.
The acoustics are really bad and the dark, poorly lit areas of circulation allow one to quickly lose sight of his or her family in the inferno of confused families peeing around each other.

A wardrobe costs 10 kroner, which you will NOT get again. It is naughty by DBP when you just paid 170 dollars in entrance fee.
And finally, but not least: The only exit is through the museum shop, where you have to drag your annoying children past the enticing displays of chocolate and adorable fishing teddy bears.

No thanks.

The most beautiful aquarium I,ve ever seen. High tech bulding is divided into a few worlds: river, northern seas, tropics... big aquariums representing animals from those regions. Great to visit with children. Just outside of the CPH airport so you can visit if you have a few houra of waiting time.

crowded aquariums with fish and sharks that show unnatural behavior.
worst thing in the museum:
they tell the visitors to eat 350g of fish PER WEEK. this is sick and unhealthy for our planet and fish population. you sure do not help saving our oceans and magnificent creatures through eating them.

think about it.

A really interesting place to admire the wildlife! There are not only fish but also Bats or otters! You can also fish crabs that are right on the sea or caress fish (flounders, crabs, starfish, etc.)
