If you are in the area it is worth visiting. It is not great, but my children really enjoyed the bath with crabs, starfish and hermit crabs, where the aquarium operators explain in English and allow the children to caress these little friends of the sea.
Particularly the sea otter (sea otter) that had not yet happened to be able to observe closely.

OK

Very nice aquarium. Beautiful building and modern decor. Lots of information (digital, different languages) and impressive large and well-kept aquariums. Much to do for the children, fun playground where you can play with water. We have very well entertained!

The national aquarium offers you a good sample of aquatic animals (including some birds) from all over the world. Do not lose the shark feeding and the rainforest environment. They are must see!

It's a very beautiful built aquarium and they have a lot of different fish. I do feel it's a bit more orientated on people with children, which is nice to see but not for everyone obviously. The way they display some of the fish makes up for it and made it definitely worthwhile.

I was just sorry I couldn't go back another time. And not having bought the whale toy heheheh. The aquariums-terrariums are really impressive, especially those that also hosted sea birds. Well-kept fish, you can see when the animals are cared for properly. I highly recommend it.

A rather uniquely presented aquiarium. Rather than focusing on a tank with a large school of a single kind of fish, they present ecosysems instead. The ecosystems include much vegetation and the range of animals that would be found in that ecosystem. The aquarium is split into three main sections, Scandinavian waters, rainforest, and open ocean. There is an outdoor section, as well as a small cafe. The kids workshop area was very limited. The animal shows are conducted in Danish and English.

Cute otters. Otherwise the place is completely crammed with people, making it hard to move around, to see any of the attractions or to use any of the interactive displays without random rogue children randomly pushing things. Long lines to get in, and once in not a very enjoyable experience. We had entry included in the Copenhagen Card, but would have felt we wasted money on entry if we had paid the normal entry fee. Would probably be very nice with one third as many visitors, so go in the off season.

A wonderful huge oceanarium. A beautiful exhibition of corals, I liked watching otters. A lot of people with children come, for them there is a lot of entertainment (one of them: it was possible to touch different kinds of representatives of the marine fauna, I would have touched it, too, but when I approached it I looked strangely).

It's fun enough the first time you are there but would probably say that at the price you have to pay to get in is probably just a little over the top in terms of how long it takes and see the whole thing we were there for 3 hours and on that time we had seen it all and had lunch and ate an ice cream so 170 per adult and 95 per child is just over the top if you have to compare with kbh zoo where you pay the same for and come in where you can have a whole day to go in and then next time i go on tour i would choose kbh zoo over the blue planet

OK

Good structure, the architecture is very particular and modern, the aquarium is well managed, there are numerous tanks and the division of the aquatic areas is apt. The experience, however, is not unforgettable compared to other European aquariums, I recommend only if you stay in Copenhagen for at least 4 days. The price is acceptable and in line with the city prices. The location is easily accessible by metro and is suitable for people with mobility disabilities.
