Beautiful aquarium and exciting. Overall positive. The restaurant is okay, has really good service.
The toilets were unfortunately very nasty, smelled bad and even when cleaning had just been there were paper and tia on the floor. There was no soap in the dispenser. It pulled the experience down a bit. But otherwise delicious and delicious surroundings.

It's a 5* location when in Copenhagen.

It's a 5* location when in Copenhagen.
Impressive architecture and design, so many beautiful and interesting things to see and learn about marine life. I've been there 3 times in 2017 but every time I'm like a child in front of those aquariums. Love it!

True to Danish design, it flows well. Patio view from cafe is amazing. Not huge so can easily be done in under 2 hours. Best time is Monday evening. Great place for kids to learn about the animals. Rain forest is small but quite impressive, especially with the flying bats. Large shark tank with a variety of sea creatures

Very beautiful, since 2013 only. Interactive, an aquarium charm, although I prefer to see them free, it is a beauty to be able to appreciate them closely and with so much variety. We were surprised is a luxury aquarium. Bravo Denmark for its architects is a beautiful building.

Weekend, holiday, to many people, I will recommend it that you visit the Blue planet during the week instead. The Aquarium looks nice but in (Jylland) Jutland we have bigger Aquarium and more space for humans and animals

Great aquarium, visited in winter and a great place for spending 3 to 4 hours with children. Otters, small sharks, loads of interesting tropical fish, interactive bits for the kids, including touch pool which is enjoyed. Restaurant felt expensive, but relatively good food and a slick operation, and hey, you're a captive audience in the middle of tourist land. Option of bringing a picnic, and good number of free indoor picnic tables.

I recommend going there if you have time while waiting for an airplane. The aquarium is located near the metro. And so there is interesting first 10 min. The kitchen is not tasty. If you have a backpack, then for leaving it in the luggage room you will be charged 10 kroons or 1 euro

A rather small aquarium, which is a hit with the kids. The restaurant is a costly frying hell, so bring packed lunches.

Could have liked to see a blue whale here, but the place only allows smaller fish and mammals.

Amazing aquarium ! There is a lot of rare fishes, tropical and from the ocean, and they have a very big tank with sharks, rays and others. It's free if you have the Copenhague City Card.

Best things were the architecture and the otters (the otters are always the best thing). A lot smaller than expected. It is not a must-see when visiting Copenhagen but it's located right next to the airport which makes it a nice place to visit before leaving the city. Also they have big lockers to keep the lugage.

Interesting place for little explorers
But, the way you make money in this place - just killing
It's expensive entrance fee - completely understand! But: parking is really could be a bit cheaper, water 0.5 litre 20 kr, seriously?! And lockers that cost you 10 kr each time you need to lock it unacceptable!

So good service and the friendliest staff. It is a pleasure to visit the blue planet. Really cozy, good atmosphere and many different experiences in one place. You can watch fish, big and small, pet and touch, learn about the sea and play on the large outdoor playground.
It also works really well with the indoor picnic area for enjoying your own brought food.

Very beautiful building. Located right next to Copenhagen Airport. The exhibits atr very nice, there are live shows for kids during the day (only in Danish). We visited in summer just before going to the airport. You could spend a few hours but if you don't have that much time it's possible to see the whole aquarium in 60-90 minutes.

Great place, worth seeing when someone will be in Copenhagen, interesting exhibition, children and adults will have a great time there. This tunnel glazed through the center of this large aquarium is great. The part with the rainforest is also extra. So that I recommend again

Incredible Aquarium. The salt water section is a given, but I have rarely seen such diverse freshwater exhibits. Brilliant African and South American display aswell as national freshwater fish. For anyone interested in the aquarium hobby, it is well worth the entry to spend the whole day here! The food is also good.

Bought food in the restaurant, my husband's burger was cold, my was more lukewarm than hot, I ate the user even though it was not as hot as I wanted. However, got a new burger for my husband and new french fries, but not a new remoulade. The burger was fine, but lacked flavor. It was better not anyone who came and asked if the food was okay ...

The toilets lacked a little cleaning after 12-13am.

The rest of the aquarium was absolutely super!

Super nice atmosphere and a lot of great fish and other animals ... but, was a little disappointed with the restaurant's selection on the menu. It is no longer a family restaurant - but more gourmet food!

Nice aquarium but we were able to finish it within 1 hr. Tip: they have free shuttle in the summer to Copenhagen Central station and the airport. Just present your aquarium tickets when you board the shuttle.

Price and experience don't really match. It is definitely a nice experience but 170, - is a lot on the top. The acoustics are not very good so the many screaming children easily give a headache.

Unfortunately, there were EVERYTHING for many people. Which meant a lot of noise and queuing at all aquariums. They were unable to immerse themselves because of queue, hustle and noise. We had 2 kids who just wanted to go out again. Real practice and expensive experience. Can't recommend the place to anyone.

An incredibly impressive place. From the outside, the oceanfront building looks like a fish. Inside there are three zones: fish of the north, tropical fish and the oceans. Great are the large basins, through which one can pass in part, and the seemingly typical for Scandinavia museum educational concept of touching and trying out. Clear recommendation! Definitely enough time to plan. At least half a day, rather more. The aquarium is best reached from the airport. From there, take a metro station and the well-signposted path 500 meters on foot.

Decided to try the aquarium as it was open later today and included free entry with my Copenhagen pass. Was really impressed with the variety of the exhibits and the detailed knowledge provided in multiple languages. I was lucky enough to be there at pirhana feeding time which was quite something to watch! The only thing that it lacked was a variety of sharks.

Great for families, especially children as there is lots of interactivity for them, couples or people just interested in aquatic life.

I travel a lot with my grandchildren and we have been to many aquariums in different countries and cities. This was on the top of my list as far as exhibits and tanks. They have the type of fish that were indigenous to this area as well as beautiful tanks of fish from other places. I would definitely recommend checking this one out.

Very nice place for the whole family. Lots to watch. Several departments. There is a restaurant with adult food and children's food. You can sit and dine inside or outside overlooking the Sound. There is a small place to buy ice cream and coffee. Several toilets. Many lockers.

Worth spending a few hours
We left before leaving, close to the airport, also possible luggage storage
In front of the larger bathtub you can relax on mega pillows and admire the ocean
Very friendly staff
