I had an appointment at 12.30 for a new bank account opening I waited more than 40 minutes outside without anyone calling me I had to call the guard to solicit the entry after the entry the lady at the office very rude I said I have to leave at home I don't have time because my shift ends 1.30 pm I politely explained to her that the day before I had made an appointment for a new current account and therefore it was not my problem the closing times I went out without a really shameful checking account.
The headquarters in via Alcide De Gasperi with its staff and its top-level management, alas, has been merged with that of via Ausonia, the only one currently active in the area. The latter, bad in all its forms, both in terms of privacy and in terms of assistance, uses human resources that are totally disinterested in customer needs. Closed in offices, behind countless PC workstations, between one breakfast and another arriving from nearby bars, it is constantly unavailable. Nobody doubts the need to have to "work" on the PC but not to the detriment of the customers at the office during the hours, precisely defined as "assistance to the public". By sharing Unicredit's corporate policies regarding the dismissal of over 5,000 of their employees, I hope that, in the not too distant future, we will be able to carry out all activities via the IT portal.
