Ordered 2 tires on rim. One was delivered after 4 days, the other after 5 days. Tires were OK and 8 months old according to the DOT code. Am very satisfied and would buy again next time.

The purchase experience was great. But my motorcycle tyres got delivered to the Deakonline partner that doesn't install motorcycle tyres. Now I need to pick them up myself and find another workshop to install...

Bin bei 'reifen direkt' schon viele Jahre Kunde. Hab noch nicht ein mal Probleme mit der Lieferung oder den Reifen gehabt. Deshalb kann ich den Shop mit gutem Gewissen 5 Sterne geben und weiter empfehlen!

hello, not satisfied because the garage in which the tires were delivered for assembly was not equipped with the tools allowing the removal / installation of the tires, so I had to mount them elsewhere with a significant cost impact! however this garage appeared in the list proposed by 123pneu

More than satisfactory purchase, delivery on schedule.

No problems here. Tyres arrived exactly when they were supposed to. The cheapest I could find Nokian snow on the web as we've no local stockists. Very happy.

The thing I cared about most was the DOT (June 2019): therefore "very fresh".
Delivery is also expected, ahead of schedule.
I only have to see the surrender.

Very satisfied: Super fast delivery and the tires are absolutely new. Ordered in the 37th KW and the tires had a production date from the 34th KW. New is probably only if you pick up the goods directly from the manufacturer :)

Scrap Shop 3x Wrong Tires delivered. 18 instead of 17 inches. Customer service a disaster over 30min. Waiting time and then no reasonable information so everyone can only strongly advise against this company.
I did not get any money back today

I have often ordered tires from delticom AG. (reifendirekt.de) always worked great. Top tires, fast delivery, good price. Always my pleasure. Top.

Scheduled for the 10th and still nothing on the 16th I had made an appointment on 13 AM for the assembly

fast delivery and great prices. You get what you buy, no surprises. It's my 4th purchases and I'm always very satisfied.

At first everything was ok
Wrongly ordered tires were canceled and a pick-up arranged.
After 4 tires were picked up and I sent the pick-up receipts to Deltcom, my money was refunded after I received the tires. I then ordered, received and fitted new suitable tires.

Months later I received a mail - I am supposed to pay 134 euros for two tires that I supposedly did not send back.
After my answer in November there was no answer !!!! 7 months later, mail came from the debt collection office.
I should pay over 220 euros !!
Then Deltcom apologized to my answer. For the later answer to my mail from November 19th !!!!!
ALMOST 9 MONTHS LATER !!
I had to make 4 phone calls! Today on 08/13/2020 !!

Let's see for a long time now I'm waiting for an answer

A damaged tire was delivered to the garage. This was exchanged without hesitation. So far great. The defective tire was not taken back. Despite the information on my part, I was charged for the tire four months later.
The complaint on the phone was very difficult because the connection was very bad and the customer service was somewhere in Germany. I was told that I did not reply to any emails and that I had to pay for the tire.
Thank you very much! Once and never again. Since I know again what the garage is worth ......

Purchase 4 season tires at a good price and delivery service to their nearest affiliate center in record time compared to other online and non-online sellers. Order placed on Monday, tires arrived on Friday and assembly on Monday. Fully happy.

Pneu ordered and paid immediately, payment was lost in the accounting. After 6 emails and a phone call payment was found. (2 weeks later) thereafter no apology nothing for it. After another 2 emails and a phone call and almost 2 weeks confirmation that the tires will be delivered. Then came 2 days earlier than planned and otherwise good. But 1 month for 2 tires ??? Then I got a fabulous almost 5% discount wait for 1 month ... sorry never again, go straight to the local dealer, you get something for the money and have customer care, nobody has never replied to my emails. Sorry I don't recommend her to anyone! 2 stars only because of the "mega" discount and actually only because the last consultant on the phone has taken the matter seriously.
And please no answer with "log in bla bla email address"
I did that and NEVER got an answer. I recommend everyone, 10x is fine, but if you have a problem then nobody is there, you'd better pay more on site and everything is good! Service is everything !!!
