Unfortunately, very bad experience with the tire dealer. Tires on 04.10.19 bought and paid ..... until today no delivery and no answer from the seller. Paid for New tyres but they never came. Tried to phone and sent claim by messenger, but got no reply assume money is lost

Good morning. I'm on my second tire purchase. Always on time delivery and excellent freshness of the tires delivered. At traditional retailers you can sometimes get a cheaper price but if you go to check it turns out that they are often old tires.

I have ordered tires from this company several times. Quick and easy.

Very long delivery time - I got tires after 3 weeks (same as last time), so you have to be patient. Feedback on tracking page is not updated - you have to call them so they can tell you more (in my case they redirect me to other company to get more info). In total, price is only factor that is OK.

I was really surprised how easy and fast it can be to order complete bikes! The price and quality are also great. In terms of price, I would have paid 500 more in my workshop. Great, we can do this again!

We ordered motor oil there on 14.1.20. According to the information on the shop page, the product was in stock. In the meantime 16 days have passed, the goods have still not reached us. In the meantime we have complained twice by e-mail and once by telephone, but without noticeable success.
Those in charge at Delticom should think about whether you deal with customers in this way. I think a star is still too much.
