The 3 stars only exist because I have often ordered tires directly from tires and it has so far been easy (except for the strange procedure of sending an order as multiple deliveries). This time the delivery was delayed and it turned out that the company is not available. The tracking links (again two!) Were wrong, i.e. I couldn't track the delivery. There was no response to the request via the contact form. By phone (if you can find the number at all) you end up in an endless queue. The option to request a call back is nice, but was not fulfilled. I will order the next tires from another supplier.

I have bought several times, different tires. Accurate, timely. I have always received a few weeks tires manufactured prior to the date of sale, its summer and winter. Competitive purchase price. I advise.

Tire delivery was done in 3 days and the tires were produced three months ago according to the DOT from the current year.

Don't bother writing it big - ordered the items, which I think was a reasonable price. Easy and fast to order on a clear website.

I have now ordered a tire set for the third time. The DOT was always timely, never older than 3 to 4 months. The delivery took 3 days, measured from the day of the order. DPD can be followed well on the day of delivery. I am very at peace and will order there again if necessary.

Motorcycle tires are offered with normal tires and are even delivered free of charge, which I find very positive.

Great service. Tires ordered in June with DOT 11/20. To improve the service I would suggest adding the DOT when selecting the tire.

According to the track and trace, bands had to come all the way from Poland, even got 3 T&T numbers. 1 set of 2 came a little later. I was further satisfied, was the second time I ordered here. Really much cheaper and therefore also reliable! May take 1 to 2 days longer

We did not order anything and received tires. Then you call there and the man on the phone just wants more data from me. And since I was not ready to release data from me. He hangs up. There was an easy order online, payment through PayPal, that's great. Delivery was expected on Friday, so I set appointment for the tyres change on Saturday as heavy snow was expected on Monday. Unfortunately my tyres were delivered on Monday, three days after scheduled. I don't blame Mytyres. It was DPD...

The delivery company (DPD) and below all. Absolutely total amateurism. Lies with every contact with customer service. Never again will I go through the services of 123pneus.

Good price, and delivery was OK, but there's something very wrong with their 1) System/warehouse 2) Customer service.
I ordered two Pirelli tyres and two inner tubes.
One tyre turns up OK, but the 2nd is an R18 rather than the ordered R17. No problem, mistakes happen.
Contact customer service - Lots of emails, photos, phone calls.
Inner tubes then turn up, and one is the wrong size - but the right one is for the wrong size tyre, so I can't even fit the tyre I have!

New tyre the turns up, and is the wrong size again, so we refuse it at the door.
Offered a very generous!! 5% discount for the trouble, but I decide to cancel the order for the 2nd tyre to get it from another vendor.
All good, refund acknowledged over the phone, so I re-ordered from another vendor, but that evening I receive an email from Mytyres saying they are very sorry but the new tyre had already shipped.
So now I'm going to have more tyres than I need, and I've no idea on the state of the refund.

Oh, and still waiting for the replacement inner tube.

Motorbike tire set ordered, purchase processing was easy online, then received 2 separate invoices and later 2 delivery notes / advice - to then get the two tires wrapped together? Duration from order to transition into actual shipping is not up to date

Order well, delivered smoothly on the originally indicated day. Unfortunately, GLS is still not accurate with track and trace system.

Often ordered directly from tires, whether directly to the fitting partner or at home, everything went quickly and reliably. Only the last two tracking numbers for UPS did not work and therefore had to wait until the summer tires were delivered (according to the other numbers in the tire direct account, at least the delivery day did not tell me.) It was very gratifying that the tires were manufactured this year.

Canceled my delivery a few hours after ordering. But there is no money back after phone calls and even written confirmation ... we are talking about 5 weeks now. Very bad service, I will probably never order anything there again. I therefore recommend buying on account.

I am extremely disappointed. Tires are in stock, 2 will be delivered after 4 days, the other 2 tires 5 !!! Days later. If you send something, why not put it all together? The service left a lot to be desired!
I am considering whether I will order from this company again !!
Thankfully, they're not the only ones selling cheap tires.
So the vehicle had to stand for 8 days because the tires simply didn't come.
I can understand if the status says `must be ordered` or are in stock.
