Great service, I felt good and the tires arrived at their destination without problems.

On November 18th, I ordered four winter tires from 123Reifen (subsidiary of Delticom AG). Two days later on November 20, I received (after transfer of the invoice amount) by mail confirmation that the tires were handed over for shipment to the warehouse.

After more than two weeks, I am still waiting for these already paid a fortnight ago tires.

Repeated contact via e-mail has not been successful. On the phone one is appeased. Very bad company.

Under no circumstances acquire something there.

Update: Ordered goods could not be delivered after three weeks for some reason. The ordered alternative not now. The purchase amount already transferred more than four weeks ago will also not be refunded ....

I bought a set of tires for my car, I am satisfied with my purchase and above all satisfied with the Iter and the receipt of the product. I highly recommend this very serious company!

ATTENTION!
There were TPMS sensors installed, which does not recognize my new A-Class, although I even ordered with my VIN.
Now, my Mercedes branch, on the advice of Reifendirekt, has spent a whole day trying to "learn" the sensors - without success. The digits of the coding do not match (sensor has 7 digits - Mercedes needs 8 digits).
The end of the song? Reifendirekt will not pay the bill and put me off, anyway, I wanted only the part of the bill, which refers to the troubleshooting!

Delivery took some time. And im not sure if the tires has the new snowcrystal mark on them.

Everything went well. This time took a little longer with the delivery, but not so bad. Unfortunately, we had to balance all four tires again, as the weights fell out almost all when unpacking.

Price / performance ratio very good. Delivery time was okay. Since many motorcycles are equipped with spoke rims, tubes and rim tapes are also required for these. Hoses are available, albeit with a small selection. You won't find rim tapes here. Too bad.

Tires delivered with extreme punctuality and well packed at the service and assembly point I have chosen.

So I can only report positively. Ordered May 31, 2020, delivered June 8, 2020 (to Switzerland). Rear tire motorcycle Conti Road Attack 180/55 / ZR17. Exactly what I ordered and production date (DOT 0420) 4th week 2020.

Good price, good quality .. meeeeen it is sad to deliver the rims lubricated into tire grease, the least you could do then was to wipe it off .. now it is dried in and almost impossible to wash off .. so it gives only 3 stars, sorry ..

All right with the order the only flaw that the tires are not exactly fresh (about a year and a half) to the touch, however, they seem quite soft.

I bought tires from Deltikom AG for the second time - via the reifendirekt.de website - and I am very satisfied again: super affordable price, fast and reliable processing, good coordination with the assembly workshop. Everything worked perfectly, so I can definitely recommend this company for buying tires!

Tire delivery top.
Only the information from the assembly companies would be better if they were 100% accurate. From just under 60 euros calculated at the beginning, it turned into well over 80 euros in the end. More precise information would be needed that would then also correspond to reality. For example tire assembly balancing etc 10 Eur at the end it was 14 Eur on site and valves were extra. The disposal was specified separately, but this was also more expensive than stated on the Internet.

I am very positively surprised about the complete processing from order to delivery. The homepage is clear and you are constantly informed about the status. Even the fact that it should not be delivered to my private address was no problem. The delivery two days later as promised - simply great and always happy.

Gommadiretto.it Firestone 225/45/17: tire delivery was fast, less than a week, impeccable service but unfortunately the DOT that is advertised as "recent", was not, the tires were produced between January and March 2018 , more than a year then, anything but recent. In the past, on other sites, I purchased tires with DOT of 4-6 months.

Paid 59: - for delivery to home address !!!
But had to pick up on self at delivery point.
But the tires are of fine quality.

Ordered tires for a caravan, the year of manufacture depends for the 100 approval: I received tires from the current production (here 2020) and thus 6 years of rest. Price good, delivery fast - 5 stars.

Tires ordered and paid for! Subsequently received the wrong tire. Then waited 15 minutes on the phone and complained. And now again received the wrong tires .... So again about 15 minutes on the phone and complained and now again waiting for the correct delivery in the hope that it will work this time .... Slowly an odyssey is developing out of it ... If you already send the wrong tires, then it should at least work with the replacement delivery ... set, grade 6 ...

Now the 3rd delivery has come and AGAIN WRONG !!!!
I have been waiting for 2 weeks and have complained 3 times and delivered incorrectly 3 times .... That's a joke. I will complain about you directly to Michelin .....
And to all other customers who already have the faxes thick from you, I recommend to look at all providers in the imprint and not to buy from delticom because it is always one and the same as this club here ..

The incorrectly delivered tires were picked up and only part of the amount was returned. So now the fight for my money starts ... Now I still have trouble and time expenditure with you.
How can a company have so much incompetence ..... Grandiose ....

The order page itself and the price seemed OK when I ordered MC tires. The problem is that the mounting partner that the tires have been ordered does not have time to assemble them so they are there and I can not drive ... Soon there will be a driving ban on the mound as I run the risk of not being able to go and extinguish the second from the inspection that affected bad tire pattern. Very annoying! Make demands that mounting partners also be able to mount once the tires arrive.

I bought two tires that arrived on time. Unfortunately, however, they were crushed and being tubeless not tallonavano. The tire repairer, moreover not the one suggested by them and to whom I had delivered the tires that were not equipped with the necessary equipment for my wheels, had to put them for two days under pressure to straighten them and make them mountable! Ten days after replacing a valve controlled immediately it costs me another 20 Euros!

Order and delivery worked great, tires are current production date and assembled, fits!

very bad experience with their insurance especially do not take it they look for all the excuses not to reimburse. I strongly recommend.

It is the second time that I purchase a train of tires from Gommadiretto, the price is advantageous, the delivery is quick (order executed Sunday 19 May delivery occurred Monday 25 May) and you can pay by Paypal.

The tires arrived in excellent condition and had been produced in late 2019 therefore very recent. Good and serious!

I had a flat tire on the motorcycle and had to buy a new tire. It is then really useless to take the seller, where the tire is shipped at lightning speed. They cannot influence the postal route, but in total - from order to delivery - no two days. Ordered in week 18 2020, tire production was 38 | 9, so everything was fine.
The shipping was free and the price was (at least) one of the lowest. It was not the first tire I bought here and not the last. But I hope it was the last flat tire xD
