Hello, so tires and rims etc. are really available at very reasonable prices. However, my experiences with the telephone customer support are underground. So bad, you could give yourself. Questions are not really answered. For example. I had the simple question of whether the rims fitting the bolts are supplied. Of course, if you see in the opinion of the rims and there hiding the hint that the rims are to be mounted with original bolts of the manufacturer / must, then you can guess the answer. The question as to whether a tire is an all-season tire or just a winter tire that you simply drive in the summer does not finally explain to REIFENDIREKT. Somewhat unsatisfactory. But as I said, if you know what you want, then the prices are just great.

Never again! Can only describe the short version, otherwise it would go beyond the scope. 2 tires were ordered, where only 1 tire arrived days later. DPD did not find the address and the store triggered the order incorrectly. Then a follow-up order was triggered ... And again ... DPD again did not find the delivery address and asked the package then also incorrectly to somewhere else ... Several calls and now about 40 e-mails went into the country. I do not even want to mention the more than unfriendly staff ... (just hang up, e-mails are ignored, arrogant tone etc.) I have meanwhile ordered the second tire somewhere else ... Nevertheless, I have been asked for days to provide proof that I did not receive the second tire, although it clearly emerges from DPD's tracking and I do have already submitted the requested document. SAIL! NEVER AGAIN!

I bought 4 tires on steel rims in September 2018 through the eBay shop of mein-reifen-outlet.de. They were also delivered relatively quickly, with one tire being delivered incorrectly. So wrong delivery complained. A fourth correct tire was delivered relatively quickly. I am still waiting for a return label for the faulty tire despite multiple customer service requirements. There is no response at all to e-mails and, on the phone, after a long queue - provided you don't fly out in between - handled dubiously. At the same time, my eBay purchase was canceled and the total amount repaid. Does not make sense? Right, I saw it that way and had therefore contacted Delticom's customer service several times. Reaction? Complete failure! So you can of course also ensure that you do not get any negative comments. Apparently they didn't want tires or money from me. Now, in May 2020 (!), There is a warning from Delticom that my credit card could not be charged (I had previously paid with PayPal! Which credit card do you want to charge?) And I have to pay the total amount + reminder fee within 4 days , otherwise a debt collection company would be commissioned and a Schufa entry would be made. Sorry, what can I do if your customer service is unable to respond to my emails? Your dealings with customers are an absolute cheek! In the future, I will avoid the entire Delticom group and have actively been buying something there! Highly dubious and definitely a black sheep among the dealers!

Not having found my favorite Michelin (I suffered because I always found myself very well) I looked around.
Gommadiretto.it had the best specifications for each product that allowed me to get the best information on the choice to make and the cheapest offer. (NB: I would recommend the possibility of searching for specific hold / consumption - AA AB CB etc.).
Order the 29, delivered on the 6th morning to the door of the house, mounted and balanced in the afternoon by my tire dealer (50 Euro).
The Dunlops purchased, which I have been using for a week, have proven to be specific, ie good grip especially in the wet (they drain water very well, have better performance with aquaplaning) and low noise ... For consumption. .. well ... my foot is a bit heavy and I don't know if I notice ... ;-))

Delivery of the tires was quick and smooth. The problem with Delticom is the return. I mistakenly ordered the wrong tires and wanted to send them back. Under no circumstances should you do that. Delticom assumes no costs for this and does not participate in any way. But the Slavic / German service on the phone was bad. Absolutely incompetent and difficult to understand. There should be a problem-free return, I will get the email soon, the statement was. But the mail never came. Upon request, the disillusionment ... according to the terms and conditions, the return costs will not be taken over. Point! No goodwill or participation. For the resulting costs, you can easily order a few more tires, the savings effect was gone ....
Sure, it's your own fault, what you don't look right. The mistake was clearly mine. The points are deducted for the contradicting statements made by the service staff on the phone and the lack of goodwill.

1 out of 2 tires never arrived but was charged, my legal protection insurance had to switch on. I became a plaything between Delticom, DPD courier and assembly partner and in the end I have to pay for the tire twice. Shame, will never order here again.
Tip: Always have the goods delivered directly to your home, otherwise you have no control!

It was easy to find a new set of tyres from Delticom's webpage. The delivery process was smooth and a monitoring of a delivery helped to anticipate when the shipment will arrive.

The tyres themselves were installed by a company having an agreement with Delticom. No problems in any part of the chain.

Order 5 van tires. Unfortunately only 4 were delivered. Assembly company assured that only 4 have arrived. Tire direct says everything is from the warehouse. DPD cannot be reached. Assembly company does not have the tire :( 80 for nothing and no one is responsible.
