Disappointed throughout. I ordered 2 tires on 09/21/2020. The order was placed at 2:08 p.m., until 2:30 p.m. I was promised shipping on the same day. 5 days later the goods have still not been sent. I urgently need the tires!
There is no response to emails and you are on the phone for 14 minutes and then you hang up. Incredibly dubious!

Fast information maybe to fast and to much. Its really important with correct tracking information. With that I mean the importance of tracking number connected to which part of the delivery. It is not clear if each tire cariies its own tracking number even if at least two come in pairs.

Easy order with information about the status of the order by mail. In addition, my 4 tires arrived a day earlier at the assembly plant. Perfect and happy again.

At the delivery of the complete wheels, the balancing weights had fallen off the rims, had to rebalance the tires.
The assembled tires have as production date 2016.
That means the tires are already 3 years old. A winter tire should not be used for longer than 6-7 years according to the vehicle inspection office.

The only thing it that was a little bit confusing, is the products were listed as available in the warehouse, after the purchase I got some funny messages that they were not able to confirm a delivery date. But the products arrived in a very reasonable time.

Home delivery also possible. ADAC member discount. Payment with PayPal without any risk, highly recommended. My tire favorite for over eight years is the all-season StarPerformer tire at the best price and with good performance! Was reliably delivered as a new tire (only 4 months old).

The order, delivery and purchase of the tires was very good and quick. Transparency in delivery through current delivery stages. Goods flawless. The only thing that should be updated is the stored prices for the assembly of the delivery workshop, that would be a great service, the prices were no longer current. The dealership also charged roughly the same amount again for removing the tires. Speaks around 14 euros per old tire for dismantling and around 14 euros for fitting new tires. Only the price for assembly was noted on the website. I would have been happy to know beforehand that a separate price for dismantling is still due without this surprise. But that's more unclear communication from the dealership. Is this general handling?

It took exactly two days from ordering to installing the tires! I can only give five stars ... excellent !!!

Site of forced sale Following a malfunction of their site the order was entered twice. As soon as I realized it was 2 hours after the order I tried to contact them by phone and by mail and no return of their share despite several mails. The order has been delivered 2 times without me being able to do anything and still no feedback from them. FORCED SALE SITE TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY
