Pneu ordered and paid immediately, payment was lost in the accounting. After 6 emails and a phone call payment was found. (2 weeks later) thereafter no apology nothing for it. After another 2 emails and a phone call and almost 2 weeks confirmation that the tires will be delivered. Then came 2 days earlier than planned and otherwise good. But 1 month for 2 tires ??? Then I got a fabulous almost 5% discount wait for 1 month ... sorry never again, go straight to the local dealer, you get something for the money and have customer care, nobody has never replied to my emails. Sorry I don't recommend her to anyone! 2 stars only because of the "mega" discount and actually only because the last consultant on the phone has taken the matter seriously.

I did that and NEVER got an answer. I recommend everyone, 10x is fine, but if you have a problem then nobody is there, you'd better pay more on site and everything is good! Service is everything !!!
