Recent purchase of 4 complete wheels winters. Delivery as advertised (with same 1 day in advance). In use, correct balance but wheels too inflated 1 b. We must control. This is my first 123pneu purchase. I will definitely return.

Excellent service, and from Germany as expected very efficient! The only negative was 1 of the 4 wheels was incorrectly routed by DPD and turned up 2 days later. Didn't cause an issue on that occasion which I expect was a once off.

I have placed an order on 10 November which should have arrived on 14 November, now its 23 November nothing arrived yet. I have called the call center who they tell me i have refused the parcel from Bartolini which is not true... o mailed and then had a response but then nobody responds me. MONEY LOST, BIG FRAUD MADE IN ITALY

We ordered 4 identical tires and got 2x the right and 2x the wrong model.

We have been waiting for the right tires for 14 days now.

I have already been promised 3x a new delivery on the Indian-looking, terribly difficult to understand hotline, nothing happened. Customer service cannot be reached by email, if you use the contact form you will immediately receive a standard email as an answer:

So far only ordered tires, everything went great, the last time 2 tires were missing, but they arrived after a week, so no problem. Am satisfied!

Easy to order, fast shipment and free home delivery by carrier, assembly is done in several workshops for a very competitive price. The list of workshops can be found on the site.

Big disappointment with this service

In fact, I ordered rim-mounted tires in September 2019.

The rims did arrive and in good condition but unfortunately the clamping rings and the bolts to tighten them were wrong and the unhealthy tires balanced.

So I contacted customer service to explain the case and was told to go and change the fake and balanced parts of the tires in a garage and all at their expense. Which I obviously did.

Afterwards I therefore sent the invoice to their service as requested. To my amazement, I received a negative response regarding the reimbursement of these costs. Indeed, they sent me the excuse that they would not reimburse me except for the rebalancing because I had undertaken the process on my own without having had their prior consent, which is totally false. Namely, I had to buy several parts because the ones I received from them were not the right ones and we could not therefore fix my tires on the car.

As of today (March 4, 2020) and after about fifteen e-mails exchanged, the situation has not advanced and they do not want to hear anything.

I am therefore very disappointed with their service and will never recommend them to those around me. My family and I will never order from them again.

No delivery dates met (delay of 2 weeks), no information and extremely unfriendly customer service hanging up in the middle of the conversation. I would never place an order with Delti and all the websites they operate on.

The quality of the tires is great and so is the order and all other things that have been processed directly by Delticom AG.
Unfortunately, the delivery of the subcontractors is poor.
On the one hand, 2 packages with 2 tires each were sent, which was still okay.
However, that the delivery is 3 days apart completely unclear to me, so the workshop appointment had to be postponed.
Furthermore, the delivery service delivered up to the building and left the tires there. Our secretary's questions answered them, I only deliver up to here and left them with the tires.
Conclusion ... Delticom gladly again

The order was quickly processed and shipped. Tires fresh.

On April 17th 4 new tires ordered. Then came an email that the order was passed on to the warehouse. And since then I've been waiting for my tires! Shipment tracking ends on April 20th, no new entries!
I could not be helped with inquiries.
So I will definitely not order any more tires there!

Delivery on time, as promised. Complete wheels exactly as described, execution perfectly. Will order again.

I fitted my now old car 4 times with new tires. Smooth delivery to assembly partners every time. But you should keep an eye on it, the last time I was pulled over the table. I paid more than double what you said. CarPoint Oranienburg - never again!
