Absolutely easy purchase and super fast delivery. Installation was carried out quickly and at a fair price by the installation partner Weiher in Bremerhaven.

First I was charged 5% more than listed, the final amount was to be converted into euros and then I had to pay another 5% more for the assembly for the partner than promised.
And not for the first time!
Next time I like the competition!

Easy website navigation and wheel and rim composition. Fitted perfectly with the car.
However, could well have used search of car make etc. by license plate. I did not find it.
Otherwise cheap and perfect.

Have bought tires several times and have always been well satisfied. This applies to both summer, winter tires and complete wheels. There is a huge selection in all price ranges.
It takes just a week before they come from Germany, but then you also have good tires at almost half the price.
High level customer service, and very helpful.

The order itself on Delticom went very well, but unfortunately the shipping partner DPD in our region is insane, unreliable driver, they do not leave delivery information etc. without the online or email information you are delivered, the goods go back to the sender and you pay again the shipping costs so that you can possibly get the goods, but mostly then works with another shipping company, maybe that's also intended ... too bad for Delticom ..

Have been buying tires for a few years and this year both summer and winter tires both made this year. Super fresh and reasonably priced.
Transport with Post Nord is a miss and it is understood that Post Nord has profitability problems.
The delivery included 4 tires and I ordered for home delivery and in the evening Post Nord comes with only one (1) tire.
Got to go to Post Nord center where people also wondered how the driver

I ordered the tires on Wednesday. On Thursday morning the following week, the tires came. The service was very good in every way. The final order was determined by the fact that the tires came free of charge. If the tires were ordered from Finland, the freight charge would have been 29.50.

Delivery of Delticom was again excellent. A star deduction for the assembly partner in Freilingen.

Unfortunately, it is only incompetent, unreliable and rude.

Basically, I was satisfied with the delivery of the motorcycle tires because it was quick and uncomplicated. I decided on an A variant with the idea that it was the best product. Unfortunately, I only noticed after the assembly that the tires are already 1.5 years old. So I have no longer requested the return. Basically, I don't expect old tires if I pay 10.- more per tire and that's why it's disappointing for me

I was having difficulty sourcing a pair of tyres for my classic bike, to maintain the original appearance, whilst meeting the needs of a modern, safe tyre. The Mitas H05`s have met those criteria for a very reasonable price. Service and delivery excellent. Highly recommended. Thanks.

I ordered 1 piece. Order with 6 pcs. Tires that everyone should have in stock. I got 6 pcs. Shipping Notices, 6 pcs. Notification of arrival stock, 6 pcs. Messages to confirm where the tires should be delivered. 6 pcs reports that the tires were delivered. I never want to repeat this! The tires I needed first came 1 week later than the 2 delivered first. Just stress in other words.

I am very satisfied: The web portal is clear and easy to understand. The choice is well thought out and simple. The prices are OK. Gladly again :-)

The tires are good, the buying process is good and the prices are competitive. Shame about the shipping that took too long.

Once and not again. Tires brought to a completely different location without information, no response from ReifenDirekt or the transport company to several messages. Without friendly neighbors, I would still not be mature after long waiting times, after Corona time.

It's not the first time I buy tires from Delticom : the best quality/price ratio and a good shipment service. I'll do it again.

I ordered and paid for four M & S tires on 28.10.2019. got two tires delivered. To my question, when the rest will be delivered, I received until today (09.11.) No answer. In the meantime, I have written three e-mail and one fax unsuccessful, after I did not get through by phone. Such a company is m.E. not serious and can not be recommended.

Good morning. I'm on my second tire purchase. Always on time delivery and excellent freshness of the tires delivered. At traditional retailers you can sometimes get a cheaper price but if you go to check it turns out that they are often old tires.

Everything went great reis price / performance excellent. Tires ordered on Mondays and they were delivered to the assembly partner on Wednesdays. Can just be recommended!

It is not the first time that we have ordered tires here.
The order is logically understandable, the offer is good and cheap and the quality of the tires purchased so far is very satisfactory.
Despite the current tense situation, the delivery time was very short.
Unfortunately, our workshop was not on the Delticom list, so we could not have the tires delivered there directly.
A small but almost negligible problem.

Everything was straightforward. Selection, order, payment, delivery.

The delivery was announced later by several e-mails as the delivery volume would be large and the parcel services were busy. You would be notified when the shipment is on its way. The doorbell rang the same day and the delivery man was already there. Luckily I was home.

Excellent service first time used no problems will use again.

Fast delivery. Professional workshop. High prices. Received a refund for incorrectly ordered goods. I am satisfied.

The idea itself is great. Select the tires you want, search for a partner nearby, have your tires delivered directly to your partner, contact them for an appointment, done.

+ AS Nord in Leipzig was great. The workshop is behind a car dealership and may not make a good first impression, but the boss was very nice and accommodating. The appointment was quickly possible, as was the tire change. 5 Stars !

- BUT, the information on reifendirekt.de was incorrect. Email address and the given prices were wrong. It is annoying when you stand in the workshop and the mechanic thinks that this price would not be possible. The website should have the information updated regularly.

As usual fast and good service from you. No one is cheaper.
