Good price, and delivery was OK, but there's something very wrong with their 1) System/warehouse 2) Customer service.
I ordered two Pirelli tyres and two inner tubes.
One tyre turns up OK, but the 2nd is an R18 rather than the ordered R17. No problem, mistakes happen.
Contact customer service - Lots of emails, photos, phone calls.
Inner tubes then turn up, and one is the wrong size - but the right one is for the wrong size tyre, so I can't even fit the tyre I have!
Lots more emails, photos, phone calls.
Wrong tyre and inner tube collected and reordered.
New tyre the turns up, and is the wrong size again, so we refuse it at the door.
Offered a very generous!! 5% discount for the trouble, but I decide to cancel the order for the 2nd tyre to get it from another vendor.
All good, refund acknowledged over the phone, so I re-ordered from another vendor, but that evening I receive an email from Mytyres saying they are very sorry but the new tyre had already shipped.
So now I'm going to have more tyres than I need, and I've no idea on the state of the refund.

Oh, and still waiting for the replacement inner tube.
