The 3 stars only exist because I have often ordered tires directly from tires and it has so far been easy (except for the strange procedure of sending an order as multiple deliveries). This time the delivery was delayed and it turned out that the company is not available. The tracking links (again two!) Were wrong, i.e. I couldn't track the delivery. There was no response to the request via the contact form. By phone (if you can find the number at all) you end up in an endless queue. The option to request a call back is nice, but was not fulfilled. I will order the next tires from another supplier.
