I recently bought some new tyres during this time of lockdown and the delivery times were fast. Also you cannot complain about the prices of these tyres as apposed to going to a centre which would sell and fit them.
I would highly recommend and will be returning for more on my other car.

I had a delivery problem but due to the courier .... then having the wrong tire order through the friendly and prepared customer service, I solved the problem by re-ordering the right tires directly with them and now I am installing.
I would say price service is an excellent site for purchasing tires

Well the website is easy to use easy to shop from and the shipping came well and if I had understood what the terms mean everything would have been great.

BUT as a private person I did not know what TT meant and got a tire that is not ideal for me. But but works to have a few years as long as I do not drive on a nail, so may well go.

But when I wrote to them and asked if they might not be able to change the info on the tires a little or clarify for us not familiar with the terms, I got the answer "We can not take back the tire because the 30-day right of return has expired."

After ordering and receiving 4 tires I was asked after months if I wanted to pay 2 more. This turned out to be a mistake because 4 had ordered and not 6. I also received 4 so the request for payment was dismissed. half a year later I got the question again, the same story again and nothing was done with it anymore. NOW FOR 2 YEARS LATER I GET A COLLECTION ON THE DOORMAT AFTER 30 MILLION. I only paid for this because I have had too much time in it. I would not order anything from a Delti company anymore. what a bad customer service, worthless!

I buy from Delticom since some years for two cars (summer, winter and allweather). I had no issues with them. Delivery was in the given estimation, the tyres had always a very fresh DOT.

The order took 10 days to arrive in Finland and the motorcycle tire was 2 years old ...

My note does not concern the quality of the product nor the reactivity of Delticom but the transporter DPD the parcel deposited in a concession (tire seller) of my village planned at my home because assembly by me, no message no trace in the follow-up of order so i got my tires myself after asking for info from Delticom.

As a regular customer where I actually always ordered tires every year. Unfortunately, after years of good experience, I can only agree with bad reviews here. I have ordered tires. Where I got the mail that they will be handed over to the warehouse. After several inquiries via mail, call and call back actions. Was always punished with standard statements and with delays. The goods were paid for immediately when ordering. According to information from the Support Call Center. Wanted to report this loud statement every day for 2 days. What They Didn't Do So I'm sitting in the empty. I get no information why the delivery is not made. And now understand why many people rate negatives rather than customer support. I have never had any contact with it before. But right now after the whole campaign that you are not there for customers. And this company doesn't just run under one company name. I decided to go to a regional tire provider who assured and delivered the tires I wanted within. And that in the Corona Griese under 24 hours. Now I'm still waiting for any response or shipping confirmation. Possibly. if I don t get in the next 4 weeks. The next step will of course be to go to the lawyer and open a Paypal case that I will at least get refunded on my paid amount.

The return is a single disaster. You get the goods quite cheap, but that's about it. You never reach someone via the service number, no one answers via email and there is no return slip. All at once DPD was at the door and wanted to pick up the tires again but there was no one at home, knew no one. On hold on the phone is announced how long it takes to talk to an employee, but this never works.

Went well with ordering, the tracking of the freight was so and so. The workshop in Uppsala was 5 star.

Payment and delivery took a *really* long time - I expected much faster from the info on the website. Very happy with everything else (choice on the site and ease of ordering etc) but will give myself 3 weeks' notice next time I want new tyres - for me at least, next-day delivery is definitely not a thing.

I ordered winter tires with aluminum wheels and tire pressure sensors as a complete bike, the delivery time was 8 days slightly longer than described, but I feel that in retrospect as acceptable.

The selection is very large. Had a flat tire (Uniroyal Rain Sport 3). Since the problem had to be remedied quickly, I contacted workshops and tire dealers in the area. Tires not in stock, sometimes not available or could only be ordered, of course with a corresponding delivery time. I ordered directly from the tire again and after two days the tire was there. So far I have ordered all my tires (motorcycles, cars) there and was always satisfied. I have never received an old bearing tire. Prices are cheap. Am satisfied.
