Well the website is easy to use easy to shop from and the shipping came well and if I had understood what the terms mean everything would have been great.

BUT as a private person I did not know what TT meant and got a tire that is not ideal for me. But but works to have a few years as long as I do not drive on a nail, so may well go.

But when I wrote to them and asked if they might not be able to change the info on the tires a little or clarify for us not familiar with the terms, I got the answer "We can not take back the tire because the 30-day right of return has expired."

Ummm no I did not say that either. So they do not even read the email but only send standard replies. Thanks
